I recently brought my new car to this place after it got scratched. The scratch was around 16 inches long, and they gave me a repair quote between $900 to $1000. They provided an itemized breakdown, which included charges for removing and re-applying decals and lettering. The strange thing was that the scratch was over a foot away from these areas. They insisted on resurfacing the entire lift gate, which seemed unnecessary.When I got my car back, the parts that were painted didn't have a smooth, mirror-like finish as I had hoped. This made me realize that they didn't repaint or resurface under the lettering at all. Moreover, there were multiple noticeable bubbles in the paint and part of the scratch, about an inch, was still visible. While these may be considered minor cosmetic issues, it's important to note that the repair itself was cosmetic in nature.To make matters worse, they partially melted my bumper during the process. Now, there's even a rattling noise coming from the lift gate. Based on my overall experience, I personally wouldn't recommend this place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Totally positive experience--my car looks great and a huge thank you to Tim for staying past closing time so I could pick up my car that day. J and J Trucking and Auto is the best!! Oh and I loved getting text messages updating the status of my repair.

When we were moving from Montana to the east coast, I damaged our Subaru Forester when I hit an icy patch going over a small bridge. Although the car spun in a circle and bounced off the guard rails, it was still drivable. The local Subaru dealership suggested we take it to J&J Truck and Auto Body for evaluation. The man who examined our vehicle was very thorough and assured me that the car was safe to continue driving, although it would definitely need an alignment! After hearing that he had 40 years of experience, I felt very confident in his assessment. I am pleased to report that the car did indeed make it to our final destination without incident! No wonder the Subaru dealership recommended J&J! They are competent professionals who render top notch service to their customers!

My U-HAUL center uses this for major mechanical and collision repairs and have always done a great job so there were no second thoughts when I got into my first accident for an estimate. They were able to get me in next day and are going to take care of everything with my insurance. They are certified Subaru partners so my repairs will have a lifetime warranty and repaired to factory value. Best truck and auto collision repair center in the Black Hills region hands down! Jeff and the entire crew will take care of you and your ride. They restored our RV to like new condition after being heavily damaged by hail. I will go no where else.

We had a problem with the front end of our tow vehicle pulling off while traveling. J&J was a preferred body shop with our insurance, so we took it there. They quickly had an estimate sent to our insurance company. We never had the work done, as the car was totaled, but the body shop was very helpful and professional the entire time. I chose them from the list actually based on other reviews, and was really happy we went there. Tim was always upbeat and helpful.

Brought my car in to get the bumper replaced. They did an amazing job, and even cleaned the inside and outside of my car. Definitely would recommend them!

I have been using J & J for over 10 years for my vehicles. There are very few experiences that I have had with businesses where I am consistently 100% satisfied. I own multiple vehicles and have used J & J for scratches, hail damage and major body and structural work due to significant collisions. My Dodge Ram was 8 years old and people would still ask me if I had gotten a new truck, in large part due to how well it was put back together after accidents. They are easy to work with, provide great service, and on the rare occasion there was something I had a question about after a repair, Mike D. was all over it ASAP. I can't comment on the work of other body shops because I will never take my vehicles anywhere else.

Great job! My car was fixed quickly and very good, they even cleaned up my car. Putting 4 stars only because there was a small confusion about the payment between them and insurance which taken more time then I was planning.

After being hammered with severe hail this summer, we took our truck to J&J, as we had them do work for us before. Excellent work again, estimate and final bill right on the penny. Truck looks almost new again, considering it s a 2008. Thanks Mike and Tim.

I went to J&J Truck& Auto Body to get an appraisal for hail damage. The gentleman who took care of me was very professional, went over the entire car and came up with the amount that was very satisfying to both of us. I decided to have my car fixed there because I was treated very good.

Don't take your RV to J & J. They don't know what they're doing!Based on local recommendations we had our windshield reset at J & J Truck & Auto Body. Big mistake! As we pulled out of Hart Ranch Labor Day weekend we noticed cracks in the upper two corners of the reset windshield panel. The owner,Jeff, had told us while they had the rig in the shop that they had a heck of a time resetting and re-gluing the windshield and charged us an additional $100 over what we had agreed on to finish the job When I contacted Jeff to tell of the problem he said that it was our problem not theirs. He told us me, after the fact, that there is no warranty on used glass. If they had dropped it or broken it during the resetting I would have been responsible for paying for the new glass. After the fact is not the time to make such a disclosure! I would have never agreed to this if I had been told this before the work was started..

Exceptional service! I needed a license plate mounted on the front bumper after relocating from a one plate State. It required drilling into the bumper. Thought it might be beneath a full service body shop. But he said "Sure," and did it immediately with a big friendly smile, and did not charge me a cent. Wow. What ever happened to people like this? Highly reconmended!

Hit a deer while moving across the country these guys are great honest people who gave me a quick temporary fix and go me back on the road. Given I was traveling with my wife and 3 small children this was an answer to our prayers. I would trust them and recommend them to anyone!!!!

They do repairs on semis they also do work on other vehicles all I can say is I have seen the work they have done on other trucks they are doin work on mine they got me prices I don't think it could been better looking forward to seeing how it turns out
