We were traveling through from Minnesota and started having battery problems in our minivan. We pulled in here and they tested our battery and it was bad so they replaced it. The guys working we're so friendly. It was so fast and efficient! This place is awesome.

I went into this store and was promptly greeted as soon as I walked in the door. A gentleman named Greg asked me to pull in the bay and tested my battery for me. He was helpful, nice and had my new battery installed in record time. Give this man a raise! He also prorated the new battery as my old one was around four years old. Such a refreshing experience. I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could. Will tell all my friends and family to go to this establishment, for their battery needs.

My experiences at Interstate have always been speedy, helpful and 100 satisfied. It s the only place I go for mine/kids car batteries, they last longer than all others.

Great service, trustworthy products and very convenient. I'm usually given at least 3 options of battery type/brand/quality. Makes getting a new battery extremely easy and they take the guess work out of it. Plus, they install the new one and discard the old one. They are the best!

Went into the store for a charger or a battery, explained my issue and was recommended a new battery. Price of the new battery was very reasonable and I was back on the road a half hour later to return my old battery for the core deposit. I forgot my receipt at home but the staff was able to get me squared away fast. 10/10.

I basically had a dead battery and had a co-worker provide a jump start in order for me to get down to Interstate Battery in Rapid City, it was the coldest day of 2022 and I had called to confirm they had the correct Battery on hand and they did, however they were extremely busy, but much to my surprise by the time I arrived a spot had just opened up in the shop and I pulled right in. Needless to say I was in and out with my new battery in less than 7 minutes. This is the second occasion in less than 3 months that the good people working at Interstate Battery in Rapid City have provided myself and my wife with truly outstanding service and I appreciate it very much. My wife commented on returning from town to get a new Battery for my Massey Ferguson Tractor that from now on we will do all of our battery business with Interstate Battery in Rapid City.

The store associates all were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped answer all my questions. I had to buy 2 batteries for 2 Separate vehicles in the negative cold weather we had and it was a very quick process. Thank you so much!

Great service. Employee got the product and made sure it fit. He could have said it s over there, but actually got it himself. He was friendly and smiling the entire transaction. I am not used to good customer service so this was a nice surprise!

I came in really fast asking for a battery test. The tech got me right in tested explained it was a bad battery. Asked how much it would cost to replace and he the price right away. Gave him the ok to replace. He replaced the battery in 10 minutes and during purchase he explained the warranty really fast and I was on my way. Very knowledgeable and fast service. Great job!

Always has the battery or batteries I need great customer service and the also sell tires idk what other work they will do but if you need a battery you can't find heres the place to find it

I came here because my battery died and thought I would be buying a new one. Unbeknownst to me, since I had an Interstate battery, they charged mine for free overnight!!! Don't worry, they also give you a loner battery!!! Few places have this kind of customer service anymore. A shout out to Chris and Steven for the exceptional service!

Nice guys, picked up a load of used batteries and it only took about 15 minutes, easy enough for my tractor and trailer to get in and out of, worked with a gentleman named Glenn I believe, great attitudes.

Disappointed, I wanted a quality battery for my daughter's 1st vehicle. But Inside of a week the battery was dead so i put a trickle charger on it. And it worked for about another week. So i thought there's a problem with the vehicle and took it to a mechanic. I was informed that intersrate battery has a problem with this happening, I was told to return it and get a walmart battery. When I returned it to the store about two months later the associate was borderline rude and told me he will replace it this time but if it happens again they won't cover it with my warranty. I can only assume he thought this was my fault somehow. Well not to worry based on the customer service I received and the fact that something was wrong with the battery I dont plan on coming back

Had trouble keeping my battery charged that they installed just over a year ago. I was given every excuse, except the battery. They put in a loaner and kept mine overnight. The next day I was told that there was nothing wrong with the battery, might need a battery maintainer. I came home and put my charger-maintainer on, the battery was at 57%. I cleaned the posts and cable ends. It then went up to 97%. No more problems. I watched 2 different guys work on this and neither one caught this simple fix.Never go back.

Very happy with this business. Was not in a hurry yet they got me my battery pack to me today. So many businesses in this town have you in a bind being they are the only one in town. Not this place! Small task they took care of me.Thank you!

Found out that our battery was lacking voltage so we had a new one installed on site and back on the road in about 15 minutes!

These guys were AMAZING! I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes! Excellent customer service as well!
