I would give this place nine hundred stars if I could because that's how many more dollars I was quoted at Peerless where I was told very quickly my tire was not patchable. Luckily I found these guys and they know what they're doing. Very friendly and fast and trustworthy.

I wish I could give a higher rating. This shop is incredible. In terms of customer service, they are old-fashioned in all the right ways. They also manage to be extremely up to date with technology and their craft. I was extremely impressed and grateful for the help I got with my car. They quickly fixed an air leak that I've been trying to fix for months. I had taken it to several other shops previously and none of them were able to solve the problem. I highly recommend Hill Tire & Supply.

I made an appointment for work to be done on my Dodge ram for 6/30. I purchased the parts for them to install + I'm 25 miles away. When I showed up, I wasn't on the schedule. Nobody seemed to know why or at least that is what I was told. I showed them my call record on my cell. I like to support locally owned shops and do. But after this I doubt I will return there.

Great service and quality. This one poor worker informed me of the charges and happened to catch me on a bad day, so I started crying. Later, my mother thought he was overcharging us and yelled at the man over the phone (I made her apologize). He was so respectful even though he did not deserve to be treated that way. In the end, my mom learned that he was not overcharging us. The price was fair.

Replaced tires on the RV here and about 150 miles later, we lost both of the valve stem extensions because they didn t get put back on correctly. Nearly lost a tire because they started bleeding out air after the valve stems were damaged by getting beat around in between the wheels.

Absolutely wonderful people to work with. We were coming through on vacation and ended up leaking gas everywhere. We called Hill's tire and they got us in immediately. They were able to get us in early to fix the car. Prices were great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

I am from out of town and needed help with a blown tire. The owner of the shop personally came out and looked at the truck tire. He quickly and reasonably got me back on the road. Next time I need tires, I will make the drive to Rapid City to shop at Hill s Tire and Supply. Awesome service!

These guys are awesome. Were on a family vacation and had major car troubles. They absolutely went above and beyond to help us out and get us back on the road. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough.

Took my pickup in to get aligned. Prices were reasonable, but steering wheel was at least 5 degrees off when I got it back. I called them the next weekday and they scheduled me in again to readdress the alignment free of charge. Great customer service!

We are traveling through on the tail-end of our honeymoon and trying to get home. Last night we had some wonky noises coming from the rear of our Subaru Forester. We tried four different places this morning before calling Hills Tire & Supply- Kory was able to fit us in immediately, diagnose the problem, and replaced our wheel bearing within an hour. They gave us great prices and fit us in on a busy (fully booked) day. Kory was so kind and we are so grateful- our car is running so smoothly now and we are on our way home again!

Could not have had any BETTER service than this! Trailer with Harley on it was out of balance on trip out to Sturgis and they got us in the next day at 8 AM!!! Took care of us immediately for the very small cost of $18! It could Not have been any better than this! Nice clean shop, friendly people, nice waiting area, all-around great experience!

Great place, honest staff, great prices.Honest auto on 1st is my normal goto mechanic, but I needed tires done.( 06 ranger ) I wanted my back tires moved to the front and two new tires placed in the back just some I had, and an alignment. Turned out my passenger side ball joint was shot. All that for under $380 with there parts, didn't even have to bring in my own parts to save money.

When I needed to fix my wife's flat and walked right in to Black Hills Tire, Weston immediately greeted me, and I was so very pleased to be treated with such great customer service. Service here is very prompt and they did great work. I was ecstatic to find out that for future business, I was able to put in a reservation before hand. Truly felt well taken care of with Weston, and I have found my new tire place to go to!

Awesome! Great people! best prices!! I was looking for a Cooper st Maxx everywhere I went was $360 to $445 per tire not installed!! I got them for $310 here!! I will not go anywhere else!!

I am now using this company as my, first choice, for tires and muffler's. They do excellent work at a good price. I had several problems with my former tire place ,they must have been born in a Barn and we're no bargain, if you get my drift. Hills Tire and supply is topnotch

Drove through a blizzard, had an appointment and everything, they refused to help me and sent me back into the blizzard with absolutely no options to fix the car.Terrible customer service and terrible people.Absolutely don't recommend.

They're always friendly, and service is fast and inexpensive. All the repairs they've made to my car have stood up well. I prefer them over the dealer for my repairs, and they're right across the street. They also made great recommendations when they don't have the tools for the repair.

Hills Tire was recommended by another mechanic. I am from out of state and had some brake concerns and a nail in my new tire. I was very pleased with the service I received. They could have taken me to the cleaners but were VERY HONEST in evaluating my vehicle and did not take advantage of my situation. I would not hesitate to return or recommend them to someone else.

Hills Tire was able to assess and repair the DEF pump on my 2011F250 6.7L when no one else had availability. I'm thankful for their workmanship and fair pricing.

They were able to fit me in the same day. Very friendly staff. Talked to me very openly about issues that arose during the inspection as well as its effects on the original estimate. Will definitely be making this my go to place for tires and brakes.

Blew a tire on route16 leaving campground. Hills Tire and supply got us right in and replaced our 4 tires right away and got us back on the road fast. Thank you so much. Traveling from Florida to Washington and back.

The employees at Hills Tire are always polite to my Dad and I. They are also efficient it never takes any longer than 45 minutes to get all 4 tires mounted balanced and on our cat. I give them 5 smiles

We were traveling through town and we had to stop due to low tire pressure. We googled this place and we chose to check it out. They were able to get us in quickly and fixed our tire. I was afraid we would come back and they would say our tire was shot and we would need a new one. It s hard to trust these kind of places these days.Thank you for the great Service and your honesty

We are Australians travelling through Rapid City (while on a Stormchasing holiday) and needed 2 tires replaced....one of them urgently. The guys couldn't have been more helpful - they sourced tires for us at a reasonable price and found a way of slotting us in and had us on our way in 30 minutes. Thanks to these guys we had our best stormchase in the area.

The Catalytic Converter on my Kia plugged up. Steelership wanted $2900 to fix it. Hill s replaced it for less then $400 and it runs like new

Went in for custom exhaust on my 1966 Dodge Coronet. Outstanding work performed on my exhaust system. Show quality. Highly recommend this shop to all Hot Rodders.
