From the front office to the shop excellent experience. We needed two tires replaced and Mike and his team in the shop when above and beyond to make sure we were on the road in good shape and in excellent time. Can't say enough about the customer service. This will be our go to tire shop. Thank you again.

Brought in my car yesterday. They got it in got it looked at told me what was wrong with it and what he needed to be done all in a timely manner. Very friendly, very responsive when it comes to calling the shop. 100% would recommend.

Store is somewhat outdated, customer service was pretty good and my tires were installed fairly fast. However, one of the tires keeps leaking air since they don t check for air leaks after tires are installed. I Purchased 6 new tires and valve stems, but the valve stems were never installed, even though I was charged for them.

I would like to say Thank You to everyone at this location, especially Mike (Service Manager). They went way above and beyond to help me with my truck issues at a last minute notice. I was 1000 miles from home and NO one else (I called 8 repair shops) before Mike responded with a yes on looking at it. They were able to fix (2) issues but the 3rd they could not. Mike was so concerned about not being able to fix the (main) issue, he gave me a discount on the bill (significant) and also gave me his personal number if I needed a ride . They were so concerned, that they were able to get me an appointment on Friday morning (next day), last minute, at their other location. By noon on Friday I was ready to head back home.Both locations were phenomenal with a genuine concern for their customers.Top notch, HIGHLY recommend.Thanks again to both locations for getting me back (safely) on the road.And a BIG Thank You again, to Mike

Great Western Tire did a great job helping us out in a pinch. We got a flat and they were able to swap it out quickly. We called many many other places but they were the only ones that had the tire. Very friendly and we enjoyed doing business with them!

Got a flat on vacation and stopped only 20 mins before they closed! They immediately patched our tire and were so friendly. When they saw they we would need to change our spare back; they said just back in and put the patched up tire back on for us!

Very helpful! Had a blowout on a business trip, and while we were teaching at a nearby hotel, they were kind enough (for a $50 trip fee, of course) to send someone to pick up the car, put on a new tire, and bring it back before our instructor had to drive to Gillette. Only complaint is they didn't ask what grade of tire we preferred, and stuck on a more expensive one than I would have preferred. But overall, kudos for good service.

After making what I assumed was an appointment 2 days ago- we talked price, day and time to be at the store to get new tires put on my car, I was at the store at the agreed time- 7:30 am. The car went right in and up on 4 floor jacks. At least 2 technicians were on it and had the tires removed in less than 5 minutes. Then all work stopped. Over 1/2 hour later I went to the front desk and asked if there was a problem and if they need to go and get the tires. He went to the back and came out with 4 tires. As I found out later, it is the salesman's job to have the tires ready. When the salesman finally showed up I asked him about the problem and reminded him of the appointment. He argued with me about that and said they never make appointments. By now I've been there an hour and watched the technicians mostly smoking and snacking. I saw no need to argue anymore, so I told him to put it back the way it was when I came in. He walked away. I reminded the technicians that the tires were balanced when they came in and should leave the same way. One of the technicians yelled at me "I don't take orders from you". Now I left the building. Approximately 15 minutes later the manager came out and apologized to me. While we were outside talking about the situation, one of the employees said "are you talking about me?" The manager reminded him that he is an employee, only to get another response-"you can't come at me that way" in what I took as a threatening posture. I was happy my car was ready to go. This store has a lot of employee problems. My hat is off to the manager for keeping his cool, at least while I was there. I forgot to tell you that while sitting in the waiting area, you can see everything going on in the shop, including the employees visiting the whole time I was waiting. So while I sat there waiting for over 1/2 hour, at least 4 employees didn't care that I could see that they weren't doing a thing to get me taken care of.

The communication between the guys selling the tires and the guys doing the work is not good. We thought we were buying different rims than the ones that were installed.Upon installation the tires were inflated to 80 psi, when they were supposed to be 110 psi.

They very kindly helped us with the air in our 40ft rv tires when everyone else in the area could only go to 100psi and we needed 120-130psi.

I contemplated visiting the dealer for the tire issue I was having. Instead, I took it here and was glad. Ford dealerships seem to always have trouble with my tires but I watched these guys as they worked and they were very competent, had all the right equipment including the wireless TPMS reset device, and got me in and out fast without trying to sell me anything. I was very happy with my choice.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning with a flat trailer tire. They pulled me in right away and took me to the office. The gentleman behind the counter asked my name and entered it in the computer. They had an old address from when I was stationed at a near by military base from 1996. I was impressed with the fact that I was still in their system. He updated my information and billed me for the tire replacement. By the time my bill was paid the technicians had the tire replaced, changed on my trailer and the spare mounted back onto the trailer and we were ready to hit the road again. Less than 15 minutes! Wow, Been a while since I was treated this well in an emergency situation. Great guys in the shop and the office! Thanks again.

These guys are great. Had a bad valve stem. They got me in and out fast. Would definitely recommend them and if ever need tire repair or tires and in the area this will be top of my list.

I bought 2 new trailer tires from them and asked if they would check the tire pressure on the other trailer tires (not the semi just the trailer) being that they would be down there putting on the new tires anyways. They charged me $25 to just check the air pressure! They didn't even need to add any air but still charged me to check them, I've been to a lot of tire places over the years and they are the only ones that ever charged me to check pressure even tho I bought 2 brand new tires from them whereas every other tire shop checking/adding air is a courtesy. Will not be using them again!

Flatted on a road trip and these guys were quick to get us fixed up and back on the road. Fastest and nicest service we ve ever had dealing with a vehicle. They even let me keep the rock found in the tire

I went to this store looking for a tire and rim (and ken tool for lugnuts on larger trucks).They didn't know what a kentool is... that's fair... but when inquiring about the rim and tire, I was told "we're not really into that"!!!!????My question is... can Goodyear recommend a local business that sells rims and tires?I'm sure the kentool is much to big an ask at this point.

I owner of a Winnbego RV and have problems with it.because the Winnbego inc doesn't want to fix the problem. But Derik you is a manager he was very helpful and helping me to argue with those companies you made those vehicles and don't wanna take responsibility for the vehicle in warranty.Thank you for your help Derik and all the team
