I was quoted 279$ for a transmission service that they recommended. I called and was told that it would be roughly 250$. I scheduled the maintenance, and was charged 370$ after the fact. When I asked why it was so much different than the quote, he said that they charged 230$ for the transmission fluid.I should mention that an average transmission flush for a vehicle is 250$ in the US.I ve also been getting oil changes for years, a few times I ve noticed my bash plates loose after the oil change.They have always been respectful, but I was double sided with the 90$ price jump. The local auto shops are good, just take it there.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Called to ask if simple fix, of course they can t let you fix it, they have to bring you in and charge you 10x the cost of the item. No complimentary inspection gets done anyways. Can t wait to not be stuck with Nissan.

The service at my local Nissan dealership is always excellent! Linda in service is very helpful. She's a great asset to your company. Justin is as well. They are my go to people, when I stop in.

I have worked with Andrew Pribyl on my last few trade ins and have always received professionalism and a comprehensive explanation of my options. He listens to my wants/needs in a vehicle and provides choices based on what I ve told him I m looking for. I never feel like he s pushing me into a deal I m uncomfortable with.Any issues that I ve had, no matter how small, the entire Granite team has gone above and beyond any other dealership I ve worked with. Anytime I ve had a question, Andrew has gotten back to me quickly, and even if he doesn t have the answer right away he touches base to let you know he s working on it.I appreciate the quality of customer service, even after the deal is done!

Antwan Evans was fantastic to work with! Purchase of a 2021 vehicle was extremely quick smooth and finance department was not pushy either. Would definitely buy from them again!

I have been working with Caleb on getting into a new car and although the first car we looked at didn't work out he got back to me with another option within a hour. really enjoyed working with him on this.
