We would recommend granite to anyone. Colin was are salesman and he was great to deal with!! He listened to what we was looking for and took us over to the used truck section. There we ended up finding one that fit the bill. Colin and Steve were willing to go the extra mile to make sure we came to a deal and we left happy. We are from out of town and they bolth called after the weekend to make sure we was still happy and had a good trip home.

Good car buying experience. Our salesman, Austin, is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on your lot. Very friendly and professional, knows what he's doing. Rozlyn, the business manager, was GREAT, and very fast with all the paperwork that needed to be done.Steve, the sales manager, Aka THE CLOSER, finished the deal and got us into a car that we love. We left feeling like we got a good deal, and you got a good deal.

Was looking for a truck and granite was the only place in town with a combination of good vehicles and good prices. Our salesman, Undre, was definitely the best dude I ve worked with and helped make this one of the few times I bought a car without feeling ripped off. He and everyone there were super friendly and helpful without nagging or pressuring you into a decision. I would definitely buy a car from him again.

Matt in Service was customer friendly and awesome. However I was sent to parts and rang the bell at the counter and parts manager was stern and unapproachable. After visiting with him a bit, he did warm up. However, he checked on my part and shared that service will have to do up a ticket and order this, so sent me back to service. He acted like I should know the process. The back and forth seems cumbersome and not very user friendly. Customers do not know how the back of the house works, thus it's not a smooth transition and becomes an awkward experience.

While preparing for our family's recent trip I noticed that the vehicle we were driving, our 2018 Toyota Rav4, was in need of tires. Since I have had outstanding service in the past I called the next day and talked to Kyle in parts, told him what we were needing, our budget and time frame. Both Kyle and Rocky in parts were very helpful and they were able to get the set of tires ordered for us. Because of their fast response to our need the tires were available for next day delivery.Chris in the service department was also extremely helpful in getting the mount and balance service schedule the same day our tires were delivered. To help make it as easy as possible we had our Rav4 at the shop all day so they could get it worked in. Between Chris and the shop tech Brett, we were able to have our vehicle back by 4p that day. To expedite our entire experience, they were able to take our payment over the phone.Overall I can't say enough about how outstanding the Granite Buick/GMC service and parts team was in getting our vehicle taken care of. I don't think our experience could have been any smoother. We will certainly continue to bring our vehicles here for service and parts.If i could rate 10/10 stars it still wouldn't be enough to show our thanks.

I was unimpressed with how I was made to feel like I don t know my own vehicle. When I made my appointment I requested my rear windshield wiper system be looked at. It had not been working for 2 months and prior to that would periodically stop during use. Of course when the technician turned it on it worked. To be asked if I was sure I was using the correct button to turn them on was insulting. I left frustrated and insulted, not a good feeling. Maybe next time a simple we were unable to mimic the problem would be sufficient.

Great Experience buying a used truck from Granite Automotive. Undre Holt was our sales person. He took the time to listen to us and answered all of our questions about the vehicle. The truck was being purchased by my son who is in the military and stationed overseas and Undre and the Granite staff work diligently to help us complete the process. We would recommend them for your vehicle buying experience!

I've always had my oil changed at GMC since I've owned the car, so since 2016. Last time I was in I had an oil change completed, and they did the multipoint inspection. Here is what happened.. not only were they EXTREMELY rude...they told me I'm going to need new breaks and tires very soon. My drain plug was needing to be replaced. I had asked them if they could do that while I was there and I'd pay the extra.. they said no I have to take it to Volkswagen (I have a VW Jetta). Didn't make sense because it's a standard bolt. Anyways, fast forward to recently. I take my car to VW to have an oil change done and replace the plug. My tires and brakes are perfectly fine, plenty of life left. But here is also where everything went wrong...the tech at GMC had tightened the bolt so tight that the tech at VW almost couldn't get it off. They had my car rocking on the stilts. Next...the oil cap where the filter goes, there's a plastic stem that is in the middle of it...it wasn't there. Now that doesn't just fall off since the cap is literally screwed on. Also it was missing the bottom screw cap and the Valve inside the cap that seals the valve so it doesn't leak was busted. So I've been leaking oil since August/September and I had no idea because of my oil pan which was saturated in oil. I had almost no oil left in my car. I'm so thankful that I drive my car maybe once a week... this could of turned out way worse and could've costed me a new car... so my advice DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO GMC.

Oliver was a pleasure to work with and knew his stuff when it comes to cars. My husband and I spoke with him about a vehicle, that one wasn't on the lot but he directed us to something very similar and we fell in love with it. It was exactly what we were looking for and checked all the boxes. If you are looking to enjoy the car buying process and have someone lead you to the car for you, I would recommend Oliver for sure! This is a great pls e to go get a vehicle. I recently just bought a 2023 Nissan Rouge and Kevin Spain was the associate that helped me. He was very helpful and very patient. He greeted me in the parking lot when I pulled up and was super nice and was willing to work with me and what I wanted. He cared and has followed up after I got my Rouge and that is great. If you go there ask for Kevin he is great!

Our salesman Brett was the greatest! He went about and beyond to answer all the questions that we had. After we got there to trade in my car we decided to trade in my husband's pickup too. He took the time to show us everything they had in our price range with the options we wanted. Thanks for everything!!! We will be bringing our business to Granite Automotive from now on even though it's a 2 hour drive.

I own a 2017 GMC Sierra and recently traveled to Rapid City from the Bangor Maine area for a a funeral. During my trip the infotainment system quit. We were still a few days away from arrival so I called Rapid Chevrolet service to see if I could schedule it in for service while I was home for the funeral and was quickly told that they were booked until the end of October so there was no way they could get it in during my visit. I quickly called across the street to Granite GMC and spoke to Mike Walker and explained my situation. He explained that they were very busy but that he would be glad to look at it and that when I arrived in Rapid City to just drop it off. He reminded me that depending on the problem he may or not be able to repair it but they would diagnose it and fix it if possible. I arrived on Wednesday October 5th and dropped it off about 2 pm. We were greeted by Blake Bump and given the royal treatment. He made me feel comfortable leaving my truck with them. By 4:00 I received a phone call explaining the problem and the solution. Unfortunately, due to the current UAW strike the needed part was not in stock and unavailable for 7 to 10 days. I picked my truck up the next day and Mike had a list of documentation to share with my dealership in Maine so the part can be ordered and waiting for my return. The level of professionalism and the great culture of doing whatever is necessary to satisfy the customer is strong at Granite GMC. I m proud to share my experience with Mike, Blake and the whole team at Granite GMC.

Staff was helpful when making my service appointment, and very friendly when I was there for the service. This is a modern facility with a great array of customer-friendly conveniences, including a play area for children, a snack area in the waiting area that included juice, fresh coffee, fruit and baked goods. Very impressive!

While the work completed on my vehicle was on par with my expectations, the customer service was abysmal. I was given a courtesy shuttle ride to attend to a few errands while my car was in service knowing that it would take a while to complete the work. I specifically asked the shuttle driver if they would have a service to come get me when it was done. I was explicitly told I leave at 12:00, but they will have someone available. When the dealership called at 11:45 with an update on my car, there was no mention of if you need a shuttle back, all of our drivers leave at 12:00. When my car was finally done and ready at 3:45, I was told that they didn t have anyone to come get me, which left me stranded. I was told by the sales associate that the next available shuttle would be Monday, which was three days later, and that I would have to spend more money via a ride share to come get my vehicle if I wanted it before then. After getting a Lyft across town, I told the sales associate that they should tell their shuttle drivers not to make promises that they can t back up. I was told they are old and forgetful. I am still quite mad about the experience and uncertain if I want to continue to use this dealership if this is how they are going to treat their customers.

We bought a new GMC out if Indiana and were on our way through SD when we broke down. $900 later for the tow to the nearest GMC dealership, we thought we would be greeted with some concern and eagerness to assist. Much to our dismay, the guys in the service department responded with an "I don't give a s**t" attitude. No effort was made to help or assist us in any way. Coming from someone who owns a large fleet of beautiful GMC's, I am shocked, disappointed, and frustrated with such jerk attitudes that were displayed toward us.REPLY:As a business owner we are never too busy too assist, and have a compassionate attitude toward our clients. Being busy is never a good line, especially when the General Manager of our dealer called your dealership asking for your assistance as a professional courtesy in any way possible. Your dealership was even rude to him. Not acceptable, but thank you for letting us know you are just too busy for loyal GM clients.

Called service dept to see if they could get me in for check engine light. Gave me appt for 6 Nov but Told me if I could leave truck with them they might get it done earlier if someone dropped out. This was Monday- Called me Tues to let me know they had gotten to it! Rapid Chevy couldn't get me in until 10 Nov. Really appreciate the quick service.

I have a Chevrolet and I m 2,000 miles from home. The Chevrolet service department across the street couldn t get me in for a simple oil change, but they recommended Granite. So glad I came here. Friendly people, fast service. Excellent experience.They also have a fantastic, clean, well-stocked waiting area.

We started out with Westin and he was so great, but unfortunately was sick the day we showed up. Undre stepped up and helped us find our dream car and was so patient and understanding with us. We loved working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone! Kevin then helped us with financing and made things fast and painless. Overall, great team and great service!
