I had a crack in the windshield that grew quickly on the way to Rapid City, I knew it would be a violation. My dispatcher found this place and they replaced my semi-tractor windshield within an hour which was great so I could get back on the road to deliver my load. I appreciated the kindness and sincerity of the people here. I did have to drop my trailer elsewhere to come here which wasn't an issue. They even let my dog and I hang out in the office while we waited. I would highly recommend this place.

Same day windshield replacement, they were able to get me in with no notice, and I still had my car at home that night. Pricing was reasonable, and staff was friendly.

I went to Frontier Auto Glass for a repair of a chip in the windshield (stone from a big rig). I arrived earlier than my appointment time, they got me in and out very quick. Very professional, I'm very happy with the repair results. I will use their establishment if/when I may need to in the future. I recommend them.

Headed cross country eventually to Yellowstone Park. Ended up with a chip in the wind shield. Temperature was going to be in upper ninety's to 100. Chip may spread quickly! Called Frontier, they got us in Wednesday morning and out at our appointment time! Great job! Even gave us some tips on route for the day to Custer State Park. Thanks fellas!

Frontier Auto Glass has replaced several windshields for me over time. Each time the work performed was excellent, professional, and timely. Having checked around town, I found that they do have competitive prices, and seem very knowledgeable about what they do. On top of that, while my vehicles were in the shop, they offered a free courtesy vehicle to do a little shopping around town while they did the work.Great work and customer service. If you crack a windshield, this is the place to go.

I broke the rear window on my Honda Pilot and needed it replaced. The folks at Frontier found replacement glass, quoted a reasonable repair price and scheduled my replacement. I was delighted to learn that they clean the broken glass particles out of the body panel and that they provided me with a loaner car to drive for the two hours my car was in their shop. The replacement glass is a perfect fit. No glass debris remained in my car. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I will hands down to go Frontier from here on out for glass repair. My windshield was replaced and it s flawless! I was also treated very kindly. They re professional and every one of them just seem like such great people. Very warm, down-to-earth, and personable. Dwight and his team took great care of me and took all stress out of the repair and service. Can t say enough positive things - I highly recommend!!

This is an extremely well run shop. I was impressed with how knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly everyone was. These guys really know their stuff. I would not hesitate to use them again for future auto glass needs.

I left Wyoming headed for Connecticut when I realized the crack in my windshield was much worse than I originally anticipated. I called Frontier Auto glass at 8:00 am and by 10:30 am the same morning I was on the road again headed for CT. The service Dwight and his staff offered me was second to none. You won't be disappointed doing business with this company.

I m not from Rapid city and I was here for a family emergency. I had to use my sons truck. The side mirror was broken and they had to order parts. They came quickly and fixed the side mirror very quickly. I appreciated it so much as this was a big truck and I needed that mirror. We had a great experience today with Frontier Auto Glass for a windshield replacement! First of all, we had to reschedule our original appointment because of a storm. They were very understanding and accommodating. When we brought our 30' RV in today, they were already prepared and waiting for us to pull in. We went and waited at the coffee shop just down the street. It took them less than 2 hours. They even cleaned our entire dash which was filthy from us renovating and they left a glass cleaner so we can clean the rest of our dirty windows. I needed my windshield replaced. These guys have a 4.9 rating and decided to book a day to get it fixed. Absolutely beautiful job at a price I can't complain about at all. The gentleman that I spoke to over the phone was very very kind and very very helpful. Great place to get your windshield repaired or replaced. They listened to the problem I had and fixed it. They resealed my windshield after the last place my vehicle went to screwed it up. No more leaks no more whistles. Awesome work keep it up.

The entire team at Frontier is awesome! Our Class A RV with an 81/2 x 5 foot windshield picked up a half dollar sized rock on Wednesday. On Thursday morning, we called and told them we had a dime sized star on our windshield, and they said they could see us that afternoon. When we came in, Gary gulped and said he was pretty confident he could fix it. He did give us a 50-50 chance, and we let him fix it. While he was starting the repair, the other guys started cleaning the windshield that hadn t been cleaned since Florida. All four men were working on our RV and we were happily back on the road in just about an hour. The cost, well, you wouldn t believe it if I posted it. Needless to say, we were happy. Very professional, excellent repair quality, and patient as saints as I paced back and forth worrying and asking questions like, is it necessary to heat up the windshield? Had a very limited time in Rapid City with a tour bus. I needed a couple of rock chips repaired. They were willing to work me in and repair the chips. Then had me backing out done, 45 minutes later. My window wiper sensor fell off my windshield and for a year I have been trying to fix it myself. Today someone suggested going to an auto glass repair shop as they would have the correct tools/glue to fix it. I went to Frontier Auto Glass just as a walk-in to see what they would suggest and not only did they fix it for me, they also tried to fix my window wiper arm that I guess is badly bent. They couldn't fix the arm completely but went above and beyond what I was expecting. They even called Toyota to see how much a new window wiper arm would cost me. And to top all of this amazing service, the gentleman at the desk made my two year old daughter and me some hot cocoa. I highly recommend Frontier Auto Glass and whenever I need something fix I will be coming to them!

I called Frontier Auto Glass from our motorhome, while traveling from Deadwood SD to Custer. We had a rock hit our windshield and wanted to get it repaired before it cracked across the entire windshield!! They told me they were short one person and incredibly busy, but to come on by and they would work us in!! They were lifesavers!! They took us in, and immediately repaired the crack! We messed up their lunch break time but they. gave us a priority when they were swamped with work!! Thank you Frontier Auto Glass! Great service, pleasant and courteous employees who helped make our vacation to their state more enjoyable!!

2009 Lexus GX470 Windshield replacement. I m extremely impressed with Frontier after today. Over the last 10 years or so, I ve had 4 windshields replaced, all were at another locally owned shop (rhymes with Lakotaland, lol) but when I called them this time, I only made it as far as stating the make and model of SUV before the gal on the phone cut me off and said that if I could find the windshield, they d install it for X amount of money. ..wait what? I have to find it first? She repeated what she d said and then told me to have a good day and hung up.Ok, ..cool. So I called Frontier and 5mn later I had an appointment set for a new windshield that undercut Safelite and *WITHOUT* me having to go find the d*mn slab of glass myself.I just got my truck back from Frontier and I m really happy that the other place blew me off. Installation is perfect, the glass and seals are perfect, wipers are positioned correctly, the dashboard is clean, even my rear view mirror is in the exact same position as I d left it. Also, I have no idea how they managed to transfer my paper oil change sticker without tearing it. On top of all that, their loaner car was the nicest that I ve come across. I ve come to expect the faded Dodge Intrepeds with 3 wheels and a sticky seats that most shops seem to have but what I got was a really clean and well maintained Nissan Xterra. Not that I had much time in it, as the install was done an hour early. The people there are awesome, too. Friendly, professional and very efficient.Frontier gets a 10/10 across the board. 2002 Toyota 4runner windshield replacement. Amazing service. Appointment was set at 11am, I dropped it off at 930am and by 1130am they had called me to tell me it was done. I took 3 flat mirrors in to have them all cut to size and Jon and his team did a phenomenal job. The mirrors I took in were dirty and chipped up but they cut the damage out, cleaned the glass and smoothed the edges. They looked brand new when I got them back. 1st time using this business and will definitely use again.
