Before we purchased our Polaris Ranger from Four Seasons Motorsports my husband contacted a couple of businesses that sold the same machine. The deciding factor was the attention and commitment to a sale that Michale Bay showed us. He is very knowledgeable and had lots of patience with us as customers. After we said Yes to the Polaris he went through every aspect of the machine with us for operating and maintenance. If you need a machine we highly recommend Four Seasons Motorsports and Michale Bay.

I am giving Brandon all the stars deserved. He s an excellent mechanic and is looking out for my interests when working on my tracker boat. He calls when he has any questions as to exactly how one wants things done. I ve had a number of upgrades done to my tracker and each time he goes over it with me a couple times to ensure I m getting what I need. This is actually Lincoln and not Dawn writing this. I just wish the warranty department had the same ethics. Thanks Brandon! I d also like to give a shout out to Cory who helped me at the front desk. He s very personable and appreciated his assistance as well.

If you re looking for a new side by side you ll find one at Four Seasons Motorsports! Michale Bay answered all our questions, was very personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Michale to be your salesman in purchasing your next machine. He also serves a mean cup of coffee!

I took them a newly purchased (used) 2007 Polaris Switchback and asked them to go through it and see what it needed.Sam the mechanic made out a very detailed list of work that has to be done, work that should be done and work that can be done if I want and explained each to me, I learned a lot talking with him, very knowledgeable and competent.I had him do all the work.Afterwards I had a small issue and Sam was very accessible and helpful in getting it straightened out and I now have a great running sled.He always made me feel like my satisfaction was his number one priority.We still keep in touch as he wants be sure it is still running up to my expectations.The service and parts managers were very helpful in getting me squared away also. I felt they went beyond what I would have expected of themEveryone I met there was friendly and helpful without being pushy.This is the way a business should be run and they have all my business from now on.I highly recommend Four Seasons if you need service work done and when I am ready for a new machine, they will be my first call!

My wife and I recently purchased a 2020 Polaris. We are very pleased with our saleswoman (Chrissy B) she ensured we knew all the departments, followed up with us and helped with everything. The service department is the best I ve dealt with. 4 Seasons will be where we buy our next UTV. Cannot say enough, their customer service is second to none. Thank you!!! Eric

4 seasons did an outstanding job on the maintenance and repair of my side-by-side They. repaired things that were questionable as to who caused the damage and they. Stood behind their product anyways. I really appreciated that I would take my toys to four seasons anytime to be repaired.Ashley is the General Manager and she is superb!

Brought my 2012 Pro RMK in for an engine miss I could not figure out. Four Seasons mechanic Sam went beyond my expectations to figure out the issue. Even though it took several days for Sam to figure the issue he refused to give up until it was right. Sam kept me informed of the progress of diagnosis and repair. The snowmobile runs perfect and Four Seasons was fair with the bill even with the multiple days invested in diagnosing the issue. Snowmobile runs perfect now.

Have bought four wheelers, boat, and now a side by side and I ll keep coming back because of the customer service. The entire staff are friendly, respectful and don t try to get you into something that s more then what you came in looking for just to make a bigger sale. So keep up the great work guys and congratulations to Jessie for moving up the ladder.

Chrissy was great to work with. Everything was installed on our new razr that we asked for. She even made sure that the pricing was correct when we went to pick up. She called a couple times to check on us and make sure everything was good. Overall it was a good buying experience.

Reached out to them via Facebook Messenger regarding a Polaris four wheeler part that is not available online. Was able to do everything over Messenger, pay online, and they are shipping the parts to me. Great experience, will definitely reach out to them for any future needs.

Beware!!!! We took our boat here as the man we purchased it from was getting it repaired and booked and paid for it!! We took it out after getting it back and had some major issues immediately! Returned with the boat only to be told we needed a new motor! Surprise!!! We asked what the price of that would be, and them roughly two weeks later got a call telling us to pick it up and take it to someone else to work on it. Hmmm ..not impressed pretty sure my boat needs a new motor because of something that was or was not don to it at this shop. And super impressed that you didn t even offer to make that right for us. Just take it elsewhere!!! Fabulous customer service. Negative on the 5 stars!

We moved here from out-of-state years ago and they've serviced our Polaris Ranger since we arrived with it. Because of my positive experiences with Four Seasons' maintenance and parts departments, when it came time to add a Polaris Sportsman, that's where we went. I knew exactly what I wanted and appreciated that the sales people we worked with, Christina Deitsch and Nick Tigert, took me where I wanted to go with my purchase. They didn't try to upsell me or change my mind. They answered my wife's and my questions and let us decide. They were honest and helpful and we bought the exact model that we wanted and Four Seasons already had in stock.

I've only seen & used the sales team once but the experience was top notch!What keeps me coming back is the best service team I've ever had to work with. Their efforts make it easy for me to drive past all the other places available in the Black Hills.Knowing the caliber of the service team will make it easy for me to back for additional purchases in the future!
