This is by far the best, most enjoyable shopping experience ever! I love this place so much!They have pretty much anything you would ever need or want with an impressive selection of everything, and they have very reasonable prices, and offer great discounts and deals.The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.The store is incredibly clean, organized, spacious, and the layout makes it fun to roam around and easy to find whatever you are looking for.The only problem I would say is that I could and want to spend all day there!!!

This is my husband's go-to store for almost everything! The granddaughter goes straight to the equine section; My favorite is the women's plus size clothing section - true sizing, good selection and reasonable prices. Helpful staff and a clean store.

This place is awesome. Traveling through rapid city on Black Friday decided to stop in since we had never been. This place is massive with all kinds of things to buy. (Not just farm and ranch items) we got some hunting outerwear for 1/2 off. And a lot of clothes for 25% off. Great deals great store.

First time at store and was overwhelmed by all the cool products! Even better, a gentleman helped me find a mixing tray that was not on the floor....but I had a sku. A very pleasant experience with exceptional customer service, I'll be back!

This was my 1st time in fleet farm. The store was well lit clean and we'll kept. The staff I encountered were all friendly and helpful. They were the only store in town to have bib overalls that fit my son. For that reason alone I'll back to see them. Didn't see much else in the store as I was there for the overalls. The place is huge. They got a lot of stuff. Fir me they are well worth the stop.

The item ordered is not the item sent. The website picture show a different item than what is being shipped out. when talking to customer service i was told it's my problem and if I want to return the item I would have to pay for shipping. When I said it was not my mistake and I'm not paying for their mistake and website description issues the C.S. representative would not let me talk and told me unless it's damaged she could not do anything for me. When I asked to speak to a supervisor and or manager she told me NO she will not transfer me and when I said again it was not my mistake and I wasn't responsible she hung up on me. The worst customer service experience I have ever had and do not and will not support this company. I would give zero star rating if possible. If you are selling items on the internet then your website must be accurate as the customer can't touch and feel the items through the computer screen.

So glad to have this in Rapid City now. As expected, product in-stock and employee friendliness were fantastic at the grand opening event and days following. I've been able to visit a couple time since then and in-stock is still strong, but employees have appeared too busy to say hello. That's unfortunate. Making customers feel welcome goes a long way in ensuring repeat business. The photos attached are from grand opening weekend. The car wash has been out of service much of the time since. Hope it gets back to full function soon.

I don't normally do Black Friday shopping but I did this year, and Fleet Farm is one of the stores I went too. That was my first time experiencing this store. There's a wide selection of everything from clothing, to tools, to fishing and hunting equipment. I would definitely return to this store in the future, just too bad I live so far away

Great place to shop. There are even some grocery items, laundry, quality clothing, canning supplies, outdoor recreational items, and so much more. The store is always well maintained.

Went shopping for boots. I'm a size 13 but lately have to go to 14 to find anything that fits. If you're a size 9 or 10 they have all kinds of boots for you (all made in China though). Anything bigger and you're SOL. Had to go to Amazon to find my size. This is so frustrating...

Went to look at a new pistol. 3 guys working for he counter and not one asked if I needed any help. Frustrating and Service in the store is not so good. Just thought I d try a new store. I will go to First Stop they always want me o sell me something new. I would have bought the Kimber black ice they had in the case. Does anyone know what customer service is anymore?! I even took a photo and still not one person asked can I help you sir?

I have always been a fan of Fleet Farm. Great selections of work clothing, tools and sporting goods. Toyland is set up by October so I get plenty of good ideas for Christmas gifts.

This place is huge! Can't think of much that you would need for your outdoor pursuits that isn't available at Fleet Farm. Prices at Runnings are a little better but the selection at Fleet Farm is far superior.

If you go early, you have the whole place to yourself. Easy shopping, in and out. They have an excellent selection of pet food, equipment, plus bird food. Big clothing selection as well.

Being that fleet farm is one of my favorite stores, I might be biased. However, this store in Rapid City is the biggest one that I have been too. A great place to shop for all of my fishing and hunting needs. I highly recommend going to any fleet farm but especially this store in Rapid City, SD

they had a discount of 12% off almost everything in the store. I found an item that was marked clearance and wasn't expecting the discount to be honored on a clearance item. I checked at customer service and they advised yes and checked me out on the spot.

I recently had a bad experience there and the GM Steve went ABOVE AND BEYOND to resolve the situation and I have NEVER had an Employer care so much for their customers! I will forever be grateful to him and how he handled the situation and will definitely be returning to Fleet Farm just because of him.

I had to go get a tire repaired. They were very helpful got me out in a minimal amount of time. All the employees I had an interaction with were kind and cheerful.

If you need good warm winter clothes it's the place to go!! If you want a bargain you can find that too. My first time there and I will definitely shop there anytime!!

Excellent place to shop. I'll only go here or Cabela's now but this place specifically got me in with a fingerprint lockbox extremely great price on it. I didn't like having to be escorted with my firearm but I understand if it's to promote safety.
