On our way from NE Montana to SW South Dakota, our exhaust on our 2013 Ford Explorer popped a leak and was crazy noisy. We knew trying to get it fixed in God's Country N Dakota would be unlikely, decided to hang in there until Rapid City where we would be camping for a week. Chad at Exhaust Pro's in Rapid got outstanding reviews, and I could see that he is an exhaust specialist, not like all the chain stores.We pulled in driving our motorhome and the car in tow. Chad came out and told me it was an easy fix, the problem I had is quite common on my model of car, he pulled another car off one of the lifts, pulled mine in, cut the old piece out and welded in the new one. I don't think we were there an hour total.What great service from an honest fella!Thanks Chad!

Talked with chad the owner, he gave me a very reasonable honest quote, new muffler, hanger, tail pipe, and only took an 1.5hr of my time. I highly recommend ! Thanks Chad !!

They only replaced what was needed on my exhaust and didn't try to sell me what I didn't need. Would recommend them to everyone! Call them before calling anyone else.

I had to recover one of our campervans that broke down in Rapid city. Since I flew from Miami to pick it up I was in contact with Chad for a week before my pick up time. All the process went very smooth and the service was very fast. I was able to get my campervan on the road after just 2hrs! I drove back to Miami and my campervan is in good shape as before. Thanks guys for the job! Highly recommended, very honest and reasonable prices.

The owner could have gouged me for a new muffler - but he fixed my 10 year old muffler for $20! When I need a new one - I'll be back.

The owner is awesome. Helped me out big time. I blew a hole in my muffler on my truck two days in on our vacation. I called Exhaust Pros in Rapid City South Dakota about 5:00 PM on Monday night. He got me in the next morning. Replaced my muffler and tail pipe.I had called a few places close to Keystone and Hill City no one would fix it or help me out.I am very happy I called this guy at Exhaust Pro .If I move closer or am in the area and need something ever again this is where I m calling.Thank you for getting us back on the road so quick.

My son had purchased a cat back exhaust for his Honda Civic and it had some interference with his front sway bar. They were able to weld and reroute the exhaust to make it work. The work was flawless and they charged a very reasonable rate. I will definitely use them in the future if I need any exhaust work. Thanks!

Took our 71 Ford Ranger in for new exhaust manifolds and dual turbos out the back. Oh my goodness! It's so quiet and smooth now. What an amazing team of mechanics!

Just like the other reviews you will read, Chad is awesome. We were on a road trip from Cleveland and the exhaust kept getting louder and louder. He squeezed us in in an hour and recommended a great local place called Pauly s up the street for lunch. I love finding and supporting local businesses like these!

I had a great experience with them. We blew a hole in our tailpipe while travelling from Sioux City.They patched us up, and got us back on the road, very reasonably priced.

My husband and I are traveling in our RV. The exhaust pipe to the engine wiggled itself lose from the clamp. The clamp was worn and could not be re-used Chad not only fabricated a better, more permanent solution, but he welded a bracket to assure it will never be a problem again. The service was outstanding, the job was exceptional and it was less than he originally quoted! Thank you Chad!

Amazing service. We're driving through South Dakota from Wisconsin and noticed our muffler rattling. Stopped first thing when they opened in the morning. And within an hour, they had us on the road again. Fantastic service. HIGHLY recommended.

Wow!! Amazing service! I highly recommended Exhaust Pros. We were on vacation and heading up towards Mt. Rushmore when our car got super loud. I called the Exhaust Pros and they said to come on over. He looked quick and told us to come back at 1:30 and we were done by 1:55!! It was very reasonable too! Thank you for helping us out!

I took my car in to have some exhaust tips installed and they did a great job working with me to get to a result that looks great and wasn't too much of a hassle. They are very fair and do great work at a fair price and got the car back to me in the same day. I will definitely be going back if I have any exhaust needs in the future!

This place is amazing! I didn't have an appointment dropped my car off at the wrong place..the guy there took it to Exhaust Pros..got a call within hours and in an hour it was fixed! Exhaust issues use Exhaust Pros.. outstanding customer service and family owned.

Went in there and he looked at my car immediately and quoted me. Got an appointment set up only 2 hours later and went back and was in and out in 30 minutes and not a bad price at all! Will definitely go there next time I'm in need of exhaust work. Tires Tires Tires tried to tell me I needed a whole new catalytic converter. I don't think so.

My RV exhaust needed repair. Chad scheduled it for the next day and repaired it with better parts than the originals. The shop is well equipped with a hoist big enough for the RV. The charge was exactly as quoted. I couldn't be more satisfied and highly recommended this business to anyone needing exhaust work.

I had them build a cat back system after I installed a set of long tube heads and a Y pipe. I went got a free estimate and them made an appointment for the next day. I dropped my truck off and about 2 hours later I was called and told my truck was done and ready for pick up! Their price was fair and they helped me save money by using parts they had from other builds. Great quality great price!!!
