You know this shop never worked on anything of mine. However, they set an expectation that they will not be able to get to it in the timeframe that I needed. They were nice respectful and got the point across. I think that proves this place is interested in doing quality work instead of volume.

Chuck and the team were great, got the truck in timely, diagnosed not only the reported problems, but on check over found a few problems that were addressed to keep me off the side of the road. We needed a front wheel seal replaced on our motorhome, Brian did not have time at the main shop to do it so he called the Excel West shop, not only did they do it in a timely manner but they were so friendly and professional and so incredibly reasonable on the price. We would 100% recommend either location for motorhome repairs.

Didn't actually have the privilege of doing business with them due to calling just before they closed. But the gentleman that answered the phone gave several recommendations for other businesses that could help with a truck I had broken down in Wall, South Dakota.
