Super friendly and fast service, clean waiting area. I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes with new tires. They addressed issues that I should have looked, and ensured I got the recall notification card to send out.

Absolutely fantastic and professional service. We were a long way from home and needed help with a nail in a tire. What could have thrown off our entire vacation to the Black Hills and Rapid City, they turned into a minor hiccup and got my family and me back on the road in an hour. Greatly appreciate them being here, and being so helpful. I can't say enough about Paul and the whole team.

This is a great store with great people. Got a good value on top rated tires. Scheduled an appointment online to get the free tire rotation. I was greeted promptly, the info on my car and tires was collected quickly and professionally. I was shown that my windshield wipers had a tear but there was no hard selling to have Discount Tire replace them. My tire rotation was completed ahead of schedule.

Thank you for the excellent service here!We ended up needing 4 new tires and they got the job done in under ONE HOUR!! On a Saturday with six other cars in front of us, their skill level is impressive!Highly recommend for all your tire needs!

I have only had good experiences here. I like that they do free tire repairs. It has saved me a few times. The last set they put on are great and were a competitive price with a sale that was running.

I have never been treated more kindly and with more professionalism than I have by the men who work at this store. Ended up needing 2 new tires that I wasn t expecting to have to purchase right before Christmas and the salesman I worked with bent over backwards to make sure I could budget in those tires and get on the road safely. And they got the work done so quickly! I will definitely be coming back!

Impressed with the friendly service but not the 'sneaky' pricing. Tire msrp was $115 but ended up costing $166 after mounting, tax, and old tire disposal fee. On top of that, they tried to double the tire purchase. Told them exactly what we wanted from the outset but they wouldn't leave it at that.

Brought a flat tire that had a nail stuck in the treads. they happily took it in and repaired and balanced it for free, took about 20ish minutes. Overall that was awesome and they were very professional.

I brought my sisters vehicle down to have a tire looked at due to a nail. Dustin Campbell the sales associate was very helpful and ordered the tire right away. Very friendly and great customer service! Thank you Dustin. It s people like you that make a difference in where people continue to shop. I will definitely be back.

Took my new 2023 Tahoe in for a new set of BF Goodrich tires today and was greeted with the utmost amount of professionalism from Cody & the rest of the staff. He has always treated us right when we're at Discount Tire. We are very grateful for his work. Always. And the tires are wonderful!

Paul and Dustin were absolute professionals, extremely kind, and knowledgeable. Came in to replace 4 tires. Dropped my keys off and less than an hour later my truck was ready. This is the place to go. There will be a little line, but it's worth the 5-10 minutes for the customer service you get. Forever customer. Thank you gents.

I went back and forth between a couple of places and finally pulled the trigger on a set of tires for my Kia. Did the whole process online which was seamless. Gives you plenty of options to choose from. Once I got into the store I spoke with Nate and finalized everything. They even had a sign for me for what bay I was going to be in. Asked Nate if the tires I purchased were a good choice. He said they were a great choice. Took about a half hour. Ty greeted me on the sidewalk while he pulled the car around. Overall, fantastic service. Will take my wifes 4runner here when she needs new shoes!

A great service with friendly staff. Knocked a star off because the entire place from beginning to end is designed to upsell you everything from more expensive tires to ridiculous things like wiper blades. Predatory upsell tactics are becoming more and more common in car service companies, and discount tire is no different.

They did an excellent job and had friendly service. They found the best discount and applied a pro-rated discount based on tred levels. What should have been a $1,200 bill bacame a $860 bill. That is impressive.The only downside is that regardless of having an appointment time, they still acted on a first-come, first-serve basis. This resulted in a longer wait as the walk-ins in line ahead of me were service before my scheduled appointment. That was a little frustrating. That is the only reason I give a 4 star instead of a 5 star.Other than the appointment issue, the service itself was excellent enough to warrant a 5 star review.

Great customer service. Honest and reliable. Tires rotated and balanced for $40. In and out in less than an hour. Inquired prices for new tires and didn t steer me to most expensive. Would recommend them to anyone. Note: Regular rotation without a balance is free!!

Great service here. Needed to replace one truck tire that became de-laminated. I bought two so I'd have matching tires on the front. That's when the associate offered to take off my truck spare and check it out - and if it's really old (original) they would mount my 'good' front tire on the spare for me so I'd have a newer tire as a spare. I would not have thought of this, so thank you guys for thinking of this and performing this extra work for me. Also a major bonus: they did all the work without making me disconnect from my RV.

As always Discount Tire does right by me. I purchased tires from Discount Tire in Ft. Collins, CO and this store here in Rapid City took care of a flat. No questions asked. The folks working here were professional and very helpful. I have been doing business with Discount since the early 80's and they have been above par with every experience I've had.

We barely made it there with a failed tire on a cross country road trip and they took such great care of us. The entire staff was extremely friendly, polite, knowledgful, and helpful. We ended up getting 4 new tires ordered and scheduled for a later date due to our unique tire specs, but the staff helped get us in a good place to still get around town on our spare and make us feel confident. Highly highly recommend this discount tire. You will feel taken care of.

As always, for the last 25 years (and especially as a single mom), I've been able to rely on this awesome company and great group of guys to make sure my tires are safe to keep my kids safe. I've bought many tires and even without a purchase, they're always willing to help when you have a flat or leaking tire, for free! There are few companies that do anything for free anymore. Thank you guys, thank you, Campbell!

Great service by very helpful, patient, and friendly staff. Good prices and they had the tires I wanted in stock and installed same day. I will definitely be back. Always been a Les Schwab guy but probably have switched.

It was a Saturday so I wasn t expecting to get in, but called anyway to see if they could put new tires on my pickup. Yep, they sure could, Dylan told me. I got there at 11:30 to a full house, so after waiting in line for a few minutes Camden took my info, helped me pick the right tires, explained the process, and told me the time they would be done. It went exactly as he said. I am very impressed. Everyone working there was friendly and professional in spite of the number of people they were waiting on. A great business!! Great people!!

I just needed my flat patched. They told me it would cost since I didn't get coverage when purchased. Then said it wasn't possible to fix or too deep a gash B.S. ! You could see the metal shrapnel at fault lodged into the tread. Then tried to make me purchase a new set since my other one was looking like a "may pop" and end up in the ditch. Shady place. Bet they sell cheaply Chinese made tires too that can't handle a nail

I came in to have two tires replaced. Everyone has been courteous, professional, and respectful. Thank you for having me feel heard concerning the wasted tire issues that had nothing to do with you but with another Discount Tire in Texas. Much appreciated.
