I recently went looking for one clip-on nut for a trim piece in my Toyota. The parts clerk knew what I was talking about, from my description -- have to give him some credit for that. He also was willing to see if he could find a substitute part they had in stock. Unfortunately, that didn't work out and he told me there was no way I could order only one. I had to order a 10 pack -- over $25 for a nut that's expensive at $2.50. Not his policy or fault, but needless to say, I left empty-handed.

Denny Menholt Toyota is amazing. I asked if they could arrange the service I wanted around a crazy schedule of travel and weird hours. No problem. I thought that the results of the service/repairs on my 2008 Tundra with 190000 miles was going to be $$$$$$. Nope. They did a thorough inspection and did what I thought needed to be done (the works-I love this truck) nope. A thousand bucks and good to go. Great people, service and value.

My review is 2.5 stars, rounded to 3.The staff at the service desk are friendly. However, I ve taken my vehicle for service two different times within 6 months (a recall service and maintenance) and have had to take my vehicle back to the shop because the technicians failed to fix the issues completely (so a total of 4 visits). It s highly inconvenient to continue to bring my vehicle in for service which should have been done correctly the first time. Additionally, I now have concerns about the quality of work and my / my family s safety when driving my vehicle. I understand the labor challenges in todays market, but would love to have my car maintained correctly the first time and have confidence in the job done. I ve used this dealerships service department when it was under previous ownership (I ve lived in the area multiple times over the years) and had much better service 6 years ago.

I have a new Tacoma Truck that needed it s 5000 mile maintenance. I thought the Customer Service was really fantastic everyone was super friendly and I absolutely did not wait even a minute. My appointment was at 8:30 am they got me right in rotated my tires and changed my oil and I was leaving at 9:05. I definitely think this Service Department is great!! Everyone was super professional and I definitely would recommend.

The service manager Nick is one of the most customer service oriented automotive professionals I have ever had the pleasure to work with. This is coming from a person who spent almost ten years working in shops. The technicians doing the repairs/maintenance always leave the car as it should be with the seat where I have it adjusted and I have always been pleased with any work they ve done. I often recommend the Toyota shop to others due to my many positive experiences there over the last ten years.

The service department was prompt, efficient and courteous. In addition to that our sales representative, Dan Anderson, had told us at the time of our purchase that the little micro scratches we noticed on our Highlander he would arrange to have the vehicle washed and buffed upon our return for regular service. This was taken care of by him just as stated. Excellent service from purchase to this visit.

I was able the schedule normal maintenance appointment online without any difficulty. On my arrival, Nick was very personable and was attentive to even the minor details I wanted addressed. Everything was accomplished in a timely manner. Thank you!

Very Happy with Toyota service department. My alternator went out on my Toyota. Without an appointment. Had it towed to Toyota. They got me a new alternator installed and ready to go, under a 24 hour day. That s amazing, and I thank John with the service department helping me so much. We don t realize how much we need our car. Thankyou Toyota

I always have excellent service at Denny Menholt Toyota for over 10 years. The Service Dept staff is friendly, professional and prompt. They are always ready for me when I arrive for my appointment, explain what they are doing and thoroughly answer any questions or concerns that I have. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have most of my critical repairs done atDenny Menholt Toyota! The service is great and the work is professional and done to specs! The people, including the service techs, service managers, and telephone operators are all very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable! The staff was attentive, kind and understanding. Their efforts to resolve the issue were genuine even if they thought there was a chance they couldn't resolve it. I was lucky enough to have the service center supervisor assist me. He was kind and listened to me without judgement....such a nice asset in todays world!! The technician was able to update my car computer so the application could work on my phone. Which happens to be a separate purchase after 1 yr. Toyota needs to do better about allowing customer to update electronics by satellite instead of driving 70 miles to nearest dealership.

Eric took very good care of me yesterday. I had a window problem I thought was going to be over $100, and when it turned out to be just a reset, they called and told me no charge. Then they did my service and replaced a cabin filter and got my car back to me in short order! Good job, Guys! Thanks Eric! I feel like one of the family!

I brought my RAV4 in for routine oil change and once over. Nick walked me through what was going to be done and listened to me. I know I wasn t their only client but I felt like I was. I was in and out with my oil change and tire rotation in less than an hour. I have in the past gone to just a random place to change my oil. I wanted to go to a Toyota service department because I had just made a 1500 move with her. The prices where equivalent to the random places and the service was top notch. I ll be taking my Luna RAVioli back in the future. Thank you to Nick!

I love doing business with Denny Mehnolt Toyota. They went above and beyond my expectations again this past visit. I was overdue for an oil change abs first appointment was a couple weeks out. They told me if I could drop my truck off that they would get it worked in. They did that! Great service as always.

A very helpful service and parts department. They helped me diagnose a problem that cost nothing but labor where it could of been a $400.00 fix. THAT is honesty because I would have never known the difference. They also accommodated my late arrival due to illness, I didn't have to reschedule. Great guys, great service, always! Been going there since 2010.

Service crew there is very friendly and very helpful. I have a Lexus certified vehicle and they take amazing care of my vehicle and do a great job utilizing the service plan to ensure I get the most for my money. Very, very pleased with the staff and service!

While I was in for a warranty appointment Denny Menholt personnel also asked to get my oil changed. Honestly, I was floored how affordable the oil change was compared to my regular guy in Nebraska... PLUS a car wash. You've got my business again Denny Menholt. Thanks for making us feel valued.

This time I called for a simple question. Some may even call it a dumb question.. The scheduler was pleasant, helpful, easy to talk with, and solved my issue with a single phone call. The experience was great.. I would recommend Denny Menholt Toyota service to anyone.

Great job overall. Excellent customer and tire install and other service. Would recommend others checking service and tire replacement costs/prices at Toyota as they are quite competitive with great service overall compared to other tire stores in Rapid city.

Oil Change Service scheduled in advance. I had to wait several weeks to get an oil change. I ve been worried about a small power steering leak discovered at last oil change, and I called in advance to inquire about checking this leak and also a service notice I received in mail for inspection for a possible leak in rear cargo light and was told not a problem. When I arrived for my appointment, service writer told me there were not enough technicians working to have the cargo light inspection completed while there for an oil change. They told me they looked at the power steering leak again and could not pinpoint the exact location, but that it was noted in service report. I thought it a little odd they had time to inspect for power steering leak but not have time for cargo light housing leak. I was asked to reschedule a return appointment for a 5 minute inspection. Doesn t seem like good use of my time or dealerships.

On Friday, my car had no engine start. My husband jumped it and we let it run about 15 minutes. Sat morning, I tried to start my car again and got nothing. I called Denny Menholt Toyota because they are my dealership and have been for decades. They had the battery I needed and we dropped the car off at noon and the car was fixed by 2 pm on a Saturday! I couldn t believe that at the last minute they were able to work my car into the schedule. I was very appreciative!

Was a good visit, couldn t get an appointment when I have time off so had to go in and hope I didn t have to wait too long. The service team did get me in and general maintenance complete within 2 hours. Happy, thank you service!

I saw my vehicle sitting in the parking lot when it was done with the service. I had to go find someone to check me out. Come to find out my ticket was sitting on someone's desk that was not even there that day. Who knows how long I would have sat if I hadn't taken the initiative to go find someone to complete my ticket.

The guys here are absolute Rockstars. From communication to price and accuracy there is literally nothing I can complain about. If you need something serviced on your vehicle don't even bother looking anywhere else just bring it straight to Danny Menholt Toyota. They will take care of everything you need and treat you like a priority no matter what you're having done. I would give them 15 stars if I could!

Service person was very unprofessional. She made comments to me that were uncalled for. "Just wondering why you're in a bad mood." Brought truck in for service and after, was told my Toyota Care was over and had to pay. Should have told me before hand.

I was traveling across country when I needed to do my 5k tire rotation. Bookings were for a month out but Kim made sure I was able to get in and get my oil change done as well. Thank you guys. Great service!!!
