We hit a deer in December 2023. We took our vehicle here and had so many issues. When we got the vehicle back at the beginning of February we noticed our license plate was put on crooked (which is something we can fix no big deal.) We also noticed the washer fluid light was on. Since they had to replace the washer fluid reservoir, we thought they just didn t fill it. When we got home, we filled it, only to find it is full. I contacted them and was told to bring it back in. Since we live an hour away it took us about a week to make it back. When we brought it back, they found the radiator had been cracked. How was this not noticed before? We were told this would be fixed the next day, since I live an hour away I needed to rent a car from another party. I contacted the next day only to be told we can t make any promises it will be completed today sorry. I became frustrated so my husband called and we were then told it would be completed before 4:00. At 4:30 I received a call it was finally done. Got it home and my husband noticed the wheel well trim was lifting. We went back in and they fixed it. Only it isn t fixed, at this point I am tired of dealing with them and said forget it. The picture added is after the fix .We worked with Brian and he was really nice and helpful but the work just wasn t the greatest.

I had pretty extensive hail damage to my Lexus fixed by Denny Menholt Collision. car looks good as new. thank you.

The collision center recently worked on my Tahoe and did a really nice job. I especially appreciated the updates on the progress from Casey Cooper and also from the automated system telling me when it would be completed and ready. Highly recommend if your car gets in an accident or you need work done!

The 2nd time is the charm. Had my car fixed. They failed to reassemble it correctly. Could have cost me my engine if I didn't catch it. Triple the alignment of parts and the clearances.

Being from out of state, we had no idea where to get our car fixed when a deer smashed into it. We had it towed here and the entire experience was top notch.
