We took our 2011 jeep Cherokee in for our air suspension. While replacing the air spring on rear passenger side we noticed a wire broken so I thought hey I m not comfortable doing wiring let s take it in. It was done the next day and picked it up $200 and they even put my rear drivers side that I left in the back so I was happy. Took it home and the next morning the drivers side was slammed like the air shock was not engaged. Called and they were great getting it back in 2 days later when I called I told it was ready and owed $159 for it again when I asked why I was told the shock I put in (the passenger one) a screw was loose, well that s not the side that was having an issue staying up I said, well the other side we had to clean the connection. I replied, shouldn t that have been done the first time. I have no problem paying but I feel like I was charged twice.

My brother and I were coming through rapid city when our water pump went out. We took it to the amazing team at Dave s Auto Repair. The team worked over time to ensure that we got back on the road that night. I would highly recommend Dave s Auto Repair for any type of car repair. Huge thanks to the team for getting us back on the road.

My engine light came and I called a few places but there was a long wait, so I was referred by a few friends and I gave them a call and was able to get my car checked out and fixed in the same day! My car runs better than it did before! Thanks guys! Much appreciated for the work done!

Was on vacation this week and had some truck problems. Daves Auto Repair was quick to hop on our problem and to get us back on the road. In a world where customer service is a thing of the past we are truly appreciative of the guys at Dave's. They took great care of us, got our truck in and put and charged us a fair and honest price for the repair. Would.give these guys 10 stars if Google would let me. Highly recommend for anyone that lives in the area or that is passing through. Thanks again!

Great place! While traveling from the East Coast, our truck brakes failed. No one would take us right away except for Dave's. Replaced our leaking brake line and got us on our way. Friendly staff. Quality work at a fair price.Service: Auto brake repairService: Auto brake repair

Very prompt in getting my vehicle in on multiple occasions. The crew there takes real care in what they're doing and addressed all of my concerns while fixing a blower motor problem I had. Very fair in their pricing and honest in their work. 10/10 would recommend taking your vehicles to them.

Was very disappointed with this business. Since the new owner took over I took my car for a simple evaporative hose to be installed. Well, long story short, I was charged $300 labor for 1/2 hour work. I was looking for a family type business, hopeful to bring more of my vehicles here, but not in a million years! If I didn't know any better, I would say I was robbed. $600 an hour? Stay away. Go to a dealer, they're cheaper.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are saved in my phone as Dave's Auto Criminals. Took my car in for a diagnostic, they called me at the end of day WITHOUT diagnosing it or ever giving me an estimate, just saying it was "done" and that I owed $600. I angrily said I didn't ask for you to do anything other than diagnose my vehicle. From what other locals have said, my case is not an anomaly and these people are trashy, low-down scam artists. I'm re-pissed about what they did every time I think about it. Stay far away, and tell everyone you can to do the same.Service: Exhaust

After $ 540 charges the vibration is still there.they replaced wheel bearing without even diagnostic drive. High frequency vibration like that mainly caused by drive shaft. This is what I learned calling other places and fist place I took my truck fixed it . After the last owner this place is terrible. I don t trust these people and don t recommend it for any kind of repairs.

Was on a trip from montana to Alabama and had issue with my truck over heating, was trying to make it to south Dakota and called they up. They said bring it in, brought it in at 8am and they got it in and had it done by 2 and was back on the road. Amazing thank you guys again

These guys are awesome! They analyzed and fixed my car quickly (but not hastily) and did an excellent job. I have an older car and I have been looking for a car doctor for it, I found a good repair and maintenance shop. I highly recommend Dave s.

My entire experience with this shop was amazing! I drive an old Volvo and finding someone that would be even willing to work on it has proven to be a little difficult. The crew at Dave's were able to get me right in get my parts that I was told would be very difficult to get and had my car turned around and back to me several hundred dollars under budget! They're dealings were honest, prompt, the even cleaned out my car and it had that new car smell when I got it back! Outstanding customer service!

I brought in a 2015 dodge dart for a throttle replacement. I got my car back in abysmal shape, the technicians they use don't care about your car, my alignment was ruined, they didn't listen when I told them to fix everything, not just the throttle.In the end, I had an overall wonderful customer service experience, but the technician obviously didn't listen and messed stuff up. As a result I've spent a lot of money fixing the braking and alignment problems they caused. Don't trust rapid mechanics, they don't care about your car.

I was on vacation from Chicago and these guys couldn't have been more helpful in getting my family and me back on the road in a short period of time. Very professional, and had a part I needed at the shop within an hour. Thanks for keeping our vacation on track in what could have been a much bigger disaster. Can t say enough about this place! Was traveling from out of town when our water pump went out. Called around to numerous places and was given an oh well we are booked try calling around town for someone to help you . When I called Dave s he had the sympathy and told us to bring it in and he will take a look at it. He was upfront about that parts could be the bigger problem. They were able to help us get our vehicle fixed the same day. I would recommend this place again in a heart beat.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have made this shop my car's family doctor....Dave and his crew have always been helpful. ..reasonably price, and up front. I have had my axel, wheel bearing, power steering pump, engine mount...numerous other items worked on over the last two years. he says two hours or two days, that is what it is - appointments are better - good mechanics get alot of business. Had my oil changed at a Speedy Lube place....Two days later Dave doing a checkup on my car. Noticed a missing oil pan screw - replaced it for free. Lube place didn't even notice it - but said I had a leak.....lol.....Thank you Dave

I had an electric problem with my Dash/tail light. After two days they told me that they could not find the problem and they charged me for 2 hrs of labor.They did nothing, wasted 2 days of mine for 2 hrs investigation, Charged me for a blown fuse $5, and they did not contact me go give updates, I had to call them.No wonder why I could not find too many cars there to be fixed.Do yourself a favor and find a better mechanic and do not trust them that they do electrical repair!Update: I took my car to another place this morning and they fixed it by afternoon. It was a simple short behind glove box.

Remarkable! Very professional. Made sure I was aware of the problem and what it took to repair my vehicle. Very fast service. If I need anymore repairs, I definitely will be going back to these guys!

Great guys, nice and quick services when we rented a moving truck. Explained what we needed to know. It's to the right of Dollar General when you pull in(minor confusing seeing them back there)

I have a Ford Escape so it clearly needs work and I've had several great experiences here, Dave's does great quality work in a timely manner, very reasonable prices and you leave not feeling like they tried to sell you extra stuff or give you the "run around". I highly recommend this place and it's now my #1 go to. Thanks guys!!

This repair shop was beyond helpful when we had our air conditioning go out on our RV. They helped get us going really quick. The service was beyond compare. If you want a really helpful place stop here! The owner was incredible.

They ripped me off is how I feel I took my truck in there because it said intake manifold runner stuck closed they charged me $600 for this fix. I pick my truck up and the check engine light turns on which it was never on so I take it back and inform them something isn't right because my truck now says intake manifold stuck open they charge me another $287 I go get my truck and the same problem is happening intake manifold stuck open. My truck now has check engine light on still and sounds the worst it has ever sounded. I would NOT recommend taking your vehicle here!
