My son was driving cross country to his new Army base in Kentucky. The used car he just bought had defective tires and Cory's Point S was very helpful in identifying and fixing the problem. We had to change all 4 tires and get the car aligned, but all is safe now. They also gave us enough documents to take back to the car dealership for restitution. Aspen was very helpful and professional. Thanks for all your help

The staff here are awesome. They had my ticket open for a month (!!) while we were waiting for my lousy tire supplier to send them tires. They called me several times to update me on the situation and were excellent at communicating. Once the tires finally came in, they got me in the same day and did an excellent job. The staff were very friendly.

I ve had all my vehicles (BMW M4/340i, Ram, GMC Yukon, civic, Ford Edge, Ranger) serviced at Corey s over the last 3 years and have had no issues. I ve called in and they fit me in as soon as they can. They are busy and they ve had change over like any other business but they aim to please and ensure that the work they do is correct. I just moved and I hope I can find a place like Corey s at my new location. Thank you guys for taking care of my family s vehicles and giving us peace of mind.

We were in an Enterprise rental car and got a mostly flat tire. Enterprise sent us over to Cory s to have them check things out. Cory s got us in, found 2 punctures, repaired, and back out again within 1 hour! Friendly team members, quick service, and clean restrooms. If I m ever in the area again and have an issue I would stop here first! Thanks guys!!

Something didnt feel right after I took my car in and I got the diagnostic for what I needed done. So I got a second opinion elsewhere, they suggested I take my car to Ford themselves because the issue with my car is better done by the actual maker of my car. As a woman who was in there alone, I felt taken advantage of and made to feel scared that the issue needed immediate attention. I was also quoted significantly cheaper by FORD THEMSELVES. Cory s has done some good work for us in the past, however I will not be coming back.

Cory's Point S is the best auto service shop I've ever visited! Not only do their technicians do great work, but everyone I talked to was incredibly polite and helpful. Plus, their comfortable seating and refreshments are a cherry on top. I highly recommend Cory's Point S to everyone!

UPDATE: Kris-that is not whatI was told by the girl when I asked. She said it needed two different parts. Also, your employees dont need to touch the radio so you should address that with them too. Mine was off when I left my vehicle there and on when I picked it up and I was told they couldn't hear the soundI was talking about. You didn't even address that issue.I took my vehicle to them because it had a leak and I asked them to listen for a sound it was making on and off. I was called and told that the oil cooler/filter housing was cracked. The paperwork showed that part twice and two different prices. They were the same part so they tried to double bill me for the same part. They couldn't hear any sound, which is hard to listen for when the radio is on, considering I heard the sound while leaving there after I turned the radio back off. They added a flush coolant system, which I didn't ask for. They were asking $1507.13 altogether. Trying to double bill for the same part is shady and absolutely unprofessional. I recommend you all go elsewhere.

Point S has saved my butt twice on this 12,000 mi road trip I'm on. Cory's got me in straight away, fixed my alignment, some fitment issues, and got me back on the road in just a few hours! With the comfortable amenities, and a staff that is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, I cannot recommend working with Point S enough. If you're ever wondering where you should go for automotive work, Point S is the answer.

My mom and I were driving across country and one of our tires started leaking; we are not seasoned drivers. The Cory s auto tech, Dave was a life saver. He was warm and reassured us that we would be on the road, heading towards our next destination in no time. We couldn t have asked for a more welcoming and comforting experience. Thank you, Cory s!

I cannot believe I had to pay $500 just for them to replace 3 spark plugs and ignition coils. I EVEN PROVIDED THEM THE PARTS!! This repair shop overcharges just like any other repair shop. It's hard trying to find a trustworthy, reliable, fair priced repair shop.

I'm driving from Salt Lake to Minneapolis and I have a tire leak. The manager at Point S, got me in just before closing and Ken found the problem and then showed me why I needed an alignment and also assisted with my dash settings to monitor my tire pressure. Both beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Point S!!

UPDATE:Spoke with Kris and they apologized for the bad experience and let me know the main person who had been assisting me is new and in training. Scheduled to have them re-check on the alignment. Makes me feel a lot better that someone followed up after seeing my review.Waited several days to take my car to Cory s Point S for an alignment and to get two tires checked for leaks due to their schedule being so full since the business had such good reviews, seemed worth the wait.Unfortunately my experience wasn t as good as others have had here. The person who scheduled my appointment made an error and didn t reserve time in their alignment bay for my alignment. It was rather awkward while speaking with them about this because at first they didn t offer any solutions and made me feel like I was out of luck and would have to either reschedule to a later date or wait the estimated 3 hours it would take before they could get my alignment done. One gentleman standing back from the other two people helping me just stared at me with a hard, set face while he tersely explained they only have one bay for alignments (like I should have known that) and that it would be probably up to 3 hours before they could fit me in. He acted like I had just walked in demanding service instantly rather than making my appointment several days in advance. The other two employees were more kind and eventually offered to let me take one of their loaner cars at no extra charge, I just wish that had been the automatic response to correct an employee error rather than me having to push for them to offer a solution. They said they found the leaks in my tires but after driving my car I noticed it was still pulling the same amount as before I took it in. :/When I called back and spoke with the same associate who had checked me in earlier and explained that I felt it was still pulling the same as before they worked on it I was told they had done a full inspection and there were no notes about any issues with the alignment. So pretty much, we don t care that you think there is still a problem with your car s alignment after you paid us to correct it, best of luck to you! This is exactly the kind of situation that makes me hate taking my car into any mechanic shop, even well reviewed ones because it still just seems like luck of the draw.

Always speedy service for an oil change. They have a nice waiting area as well. They're honest, and never try to sell you something you don't need like some other shops do.

I brought my nissan in to them for a third opinion on what was causing this ticking noise in the engine. I got two totally different reasons from the two shops before i took it here. They looked it over and gave me their opinion and i trusted their assessment. I got a call the next day my vehicle was fixed and ready. I had explained the issue before handing the keys over and the opinions of the two shops prior. The issue was not fixed and substantially cost me for what they did do. I called them back and told em the issue is still there. They said they ll have to take apart the engine to find the problem .

I have taken all 3 of my vehicles to Cory's. I trusted them to be professionals and not take advantage of someone who knows next to nothing about vehicles. I try to do my research and know a ballpark of what I can expect to pay for services. So I was beyond shocked when they quoted me $930, after taxes, to fix 2 sideview mirrors. Then they attempted to convince me that was a bargain, as they were "cutting me a deal" on cost of labor if I had both sides fixed at the same time. I called around and multiple places laughed at the quote. I finally landed on a local bodyshop that quoted $358.91 all in for both sides. I probably wont return to Cory's in the future for anything as they excessively overcharge.

Been going to Corey's point s for 10+ years. They have always got me in and took care of my all my vehicle needs. Motor work, maintenance , oil changed, wheels, tires etc. Never once had a problem with anything they have done for me. I wouldn't go anywhere else in town.

First time using an auto repair shop in Rapid City. Asked Cory's to put on 4 tires that I had and an alignment. The tires and alignment were completed. The tire pressure sensor light was on when I picked up truck. Asked about it before I left. I was told that the truck had to be driven for awhile before it would go out. Got home checked tire pressure. All tires at 39lbs. Supposed to be 29 lbs. Went back next AM and told Cory's about pressure etc. They did correct tire pressure. Found out a tire pressure sensor was bad. Shouldn't they have found that out during appointment? Shouldn't they have filled tires to correct pressure. The person who waited on me on my return trip acted like no big deal. Also made me feel like what was my problem, a sensor is out and tire pressures are wrong. I do not think it is wrong for me to expect these issues to have been found and corrected when the tires were changed the previous day.Wow! Still looking for a good repair shop in Rapid City.

On our way cross country back to the Midwest - we ended up with a flat tire on the highway near Gillette, WY. After getting the spare on, we stopped in the next town and were told that the tire was toast. After calling all around Rapid City, SD, with no Michelin tires in stock, we ended up at Liberty Jeep - although they didn't have tires in stock, one of their Parts Department guys pointed us to Cory's. Trevor and his team took excellent care of us - it turned out that the tire could be patched. Cory's salvaged our trip back home - great customer service - great friendly people. I highly recommend dealing with them - you will not regret it! Thanks again for your help - Cory's in Rapid City, SD!!

I dropped off my truck, and told the brand new service writer that I needed new shocks and struts, and wanted something as good as or better than the wore out stock Ranchos like Bilsteins, as well as to have the steering checked out and an alignment and tire rotation since the front tires were wearing on the inside. I then flew out of town.I called back a WEEK later to ask if my truck would be buttoned up and ready to go since I would be getting in late. I was told that they had to find my truck. They called back an hour later, and said that all that was available were basic NAPA shocks, and that they had not checked the steering. It was clear that I had fallen through the cracks. I declined, as frankly I didn't trust them at this point to do the job by the time I was due in, and I wanted something at least equal to what was stock. If they couldn't do it in a week, I figured they weren't going to get it done in 8 hours.Overall, a poor experience. If the service writer tells you they just started that week, ask for someone else or walk out the door.EDIT: Cory's Point S claims to have called me, but I have no missed call, voicemail, text or email from them. When I called them, they didn't give me a quote or state that they had performed an inspection.

My wife and I are from Bartlett tn. On a 3 week vacation in our rv pulling a Jeep. We were at Mt Rushmore today and on our way to Custer wildlife loop when I noticed a noise which was a serpentine belt.I called the store and spoke with Ken and told him my situation he told me to bring the Jeep in and they got right on it replacing the belt. Ken and all the staff were very professional and this is how a business grows by doing such a great job. Thanks again Ken and staff .

I cannot explain the depth of our gratitude to these guys. Our alternator went out in South Dakota just 1 1/2 days before we had to head back to Indiana. They worked us in and got our car done the very next day during their busiest season, and they stayed 2 hours after closing last Friday to make sure it was completed for our journey home. It is running like a dream now! You can t find this kind of customer service just anywhere. By far Cory s Point S stands high above the crowd. They called us with updates, and everyone we spoke to was courteous. THANK YOU doesn t seem like enough, but thank you for everything!! We won t forget it!

I came in with an idea of what I wanted. Having done my research in the "big box chain" stores, I just thought I would compare prices. Then I talked to Mr. Jackson. Got a lesson on tire treads and gripping features. Also got a GREAT deal! It pays NOT to know everything.Local folks that LOVE what they do. EVERYBODY was treated like gold. Give these folks a try - you won't be sorry.

*****Do not use this shop*****OVERPRICED LIKE CRAZY!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!I loved waiting 45 minutes just to have them come tell me a list of upsells they saw and say okay now we will start on the alignment. Like wth were they doing for 45 min?! I know all the issues they found and finding them only takes 5 minutes. Seriously disappointed. It really is Walmart automotive service vibes around here. The service writers have very poor people skills and do not communicate well. Also i wish i knew how much this wouldve cost because going to Toyota wouldve saved me alot of time and money.Ended up being 2 hours for a front end alignment. What a joke!!!
