Got a flat and needed to change for snow tires. They got me in real quick over the weekend when everyone else was full up or closed. They worked on it right away and were done in an hour. They noticed my windshield wipers were broken and asked if I wanted them fixed too. Fair prices and nice people.

I ve been on here before and it was a good experience. I am helping someone else with their vehicle and told them to go there. They changed the pills and took care of an oil leak we came back again because there was showing no oil on the dip stick- they changed the valve gaskets and it was expensive/ 2 weeks later we are in here again with an oil leak - and no oil on the dip stick again. Person had to put 2 quarts of oil 2 days ago. So I hope this can be resolved and not be expensive again

Stopped in on a fairly busy Sunday (3/3/24) with a nail in one of my tires. We are from out of town, and they got us going in about 35-40 minutes. Thank you so much for the prompt and professional service!!

April and the crew were friendly and knowledgeable. Oil change just shy of half-an- hour. They even changed the battery in my key fob.

Nice and friendly and felt very fair I thought too. I got a flat on my road trip and Bryce (I think) was really nice, got me a new tire, at what seemed like a very fair price, and I was on my way in probably 30 minutes. Really grateful for them.

Received amazing customer service and amazing service in general. Had a nail in my tire and we were about to move to another state and they got me in right away (didn't have an appointment). Not to mention, they were extremely affordable and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Highly recommend!

On a Sunday, with 1000 miles to drive the ne t day, I was having a tire pressure alert. The team was so nice and professional that they checked my tire pressure, reset my TPMS, explain me what most probably happened and let me go without paying anything. Great professional. My rental car needed a change oil . Enterprise representative made an appointment for me with Cory s Point S on a Sunday . Bryce at the counter took my key got a mechanic to do the work and within 30 mins or less I was out the door. Highly recommend this place if you re in Rapid City,SD. Great people and great service.

I am traveling solo, on an extended roadtrip.� My right front tire developed a slow leak.� On July 23, 2023 I stopped at a big name tire chain in Littleton, CO.� After about 20-30 minutes, I was sent on my way, with alledgedly a "valve stem repair" at "no charge."� After a couple of days, it was evident that the tire was not repaired as it continued to lose air. One week later, I was in Rapid City, SD, and stopped at Cory's Point S Tire & Auto on Campbell.� Both Brice and Kyle Iistened as I described the recent history with the right front tire.� The technician removed the tire, promptly found the leak, and then removed a screw from the tire.��I'd say Cory's successfully repaired the tire. I appreciate Brice and Kyle's professionalism�and skill. If I was in Rapid City, SD again, I'd not hesitate to patronize Cory's Point S Tire & Auto.

Michael and the rest of the guys down here at Cambell St. Cory's Point S are absolute pros! Prompt, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable all around. They also don't put pressure on you to perform extra services, but give you great information on the condition of your vehicle. Great prices on tires and services too!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. They treated my daughter with kid gloves while explaining her car issues and taught her step by step how to open the hood and check her fluids. I really appreciated the patience they showed. Also appreciate that they were honest about the fix being more than the cars worth.

The service was great. The salesman, Michael worked with me to get the wheels and tires that I was looking for at a great price. It took a couple of hours to mount and balance, but when you're going with 19" wheels and low profile tires you don't need them to rush. Great company!

Exceptional customer service which is RARE these days! If I weren't moving from South Dakota, I would use these guys forever if I could. I would recommend them to anyone. They have great deals and have been top notch for working with the customer and demonstrating excellent and consistent communication!

I've been here 4 times now over the years. I do all my own work so I use them exclusively for tire mounting and balancing. They do good work here and I've never had an issue. Always professional and kind, wait times are pretty standard for a shop like this, but never excessive; I'd rather they do the job right instead of rushing them and leaving with partially tightened lugnuts.Keep up the good work, I don't plan on going anywhere else next time I need tires.

Always get treated like I run the largest fleet of vehicles in the country when I come here. They have always been fair, honest and I have my daughter go there now, and they always treat her with the utmost respect as well.

My wife and I were travelling back to California and we stopped to see some sights and by accident went over parking lot spikes since we entered the exit instead of the entrance. We still have about 22 hours of driving so we looked for a tire shop in rapid city and called Cory's. They answered right away and said to come on down and they would take a look to make sure the tires did not have any holes or leaks. We went right down and Cory came out and took a flashlight and slowly and thoroughly inspected each tire. He said everything looked good and we were fortunate. He didn't even charge us and when we tried to give him some money he refused to take it. He was even giving us suggestions on which roads would get us back to California the fastest. We felt both valued as a customer and like he genuinely cared. That's not always so easy to find and he put our minds at ease. Would recommend him and if we are ever in South Dakota again and are in need of tire assistance we know who to call.

My husband John always comes to this place for service. He won't go nowhere else. We always recommend Cory's to our family and friends. The staff is great always nice and friendly. Prices are very affordable however the wait time is a bit long and is well worth the wait.

I ve been coming to Cory s for years. When I bought my Jeep the dealer screwed me over and the guys at Cory s have saved the day every time I ve needed them. Matt and Ken always make sure I m in the know about what is going on with my Jeep and explaining things to me that I don t understand....even to the point of showing me on my vehicle exactly what is happening. And the best part is I never have to wait weeks to get my vehicle in or for it to be done. They have done TONS of very involved work on my Jeep and it has never been there for more than an overnight stay. I m telling you I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. These guys are a diamond in the rough in a profession that can be shady as hell. I can t even begin to say how happy I am with their service over the years. If you need your car fixed or even just maintenanced... bring it here. You will not be disappointed :)

The two times I went there, I had bad experince. First time, I had slowly leaking tire. How hard it would be to fix that? I had to return because they didn't fix it the first time, they just put air in it and charged me $20. Second time, I went there to replace the lower controller bushing, it would had taken me 10 minutes to get done at home if I had the press. Anyway, they f up my lower controller arm, dented, scared so bad but I had to replace it plus they dented the new bushing plus they charged me $95. Wait, they charged me for an hour labor, even tho they called me after 30 minutes to tell me the arms are ready... Haha, this place is a joke. I will not go there again.

I've bought a few tires and rims from these guys over the last few years. I have always been treated right and they price competitively. I would highly recommend theses guys. Matt and his crew are awesome. I highly recommend them.

Ken Ma was not only efficient and helpful, but gave useful suggestions, and carried a great attitude through out. Some last minute changes I requested, were taken care of smoothly. While I'm sure it was inconvenient for Ken and the team he worked with, but he made me feel like I was the only customer he had this week.

Cory's Tire Factory is excellent. I went one time because I found my tires cheaper there and they actually saw something wrong with my car and just fixed it because it wasn't anything major. They didn't even charge me. I have been going there ever since and if I've asked them to check something they check it if it's small they just do it for free. The staff there is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about Cory's Tire Factory.
