Got rear ended and took my 4Runner here. The paint matches but other than that looks terrible. Panel gaps, paint in the gaps, fish eyes, overall terrible fit and finish. They sent an automated text asking how the service was and I didn t rate it well so they called me saying they d fix it. I d prefer that they do it right the first time though.

Very GOOD EXPERIENCE at CARSTAR .. from initial estimate to them obtaining parts needed to scheduling and making repairs. Ken briefed me on procedure and how repairs will be made.Upon drop off I was surprised with texts giving me updates on repairs and progress. This was unique and a very welcomed addition adding value to their service.Repair progress was received on a regular basis and repairs were completed two days ahead of schedule. CARSTAR handled my claim and worked with my Insurance which made this a very seamless and easy situation for me.Upon inspection of repairs I couldn t be more IMPRESSED or HAPPIER!!! My vehicle looked like new again .. inside and out!!!!!!CARSTAR and Ken did a FANTASTIC JOB!!!! Was assured EVERYTHING would be RIGHT and it was!!!! Can t Thank everyone enough at CARSTAR for their professionalism and concern for GETTING THE JOB DONE RIGHT!!!!

I have brought in 3 different vehicles in 2023 and the first two were ok experiences. This last one was horrible. I brought in my van after a deer hit and the tires were just fine. They fixed the damage and sent a text saying there was a slow leak in the tire. After picking the van up, the tire was completely flat on the rim within 6 hours. When I asked them to fix it, they said they could, but they would be charging me. I spoke to Ken, the manager, and was calm and reasonable on the phone and he quickly and rudely hung up the phone on me. I will not be going back.

They didn t even take the duct tape off the door handle to see the damage to the passenger door. Wouldn t give full quote once I showed the damage and just said eh maybe another $300 . If you would like an accurate quote don t take it here.

CARSTAR in RAPID CITY did a fantastic job on my car repair. Once the parts came in, which didn t take too long, they got it in and out of the shop in less than a week and it looks great. up

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Ken and his staff were amazing from start to finish. They got me right in to repair the hail damage on my car and had it completed sooner than promised! The customer service and the work done were both stellar. I know where to go for all my autobody needs and I will be recommending them to everyone. The overall experience was great! Vern was very professional, they did a great job on my car, they fit me into their schedule so I could get it quickly, they went above and beyond by fixing more than I had seen and they did it for an amazing price that was cheaper than they quoted!They have definitely earned my future business and I will be referring all of my friends there.

These people are so helpful, attentive and they even detailed the inside of my daughter's car after she had some work done. Pretty quick turn around for a broken suspension, new door, front bumper AND putting in a newer transmission; around a month and very good communication between them, us and our insurance provider. They've redone the inside and it's pretty snazzy with a coffee l/espresso machine, TV and beautiful electric fireplace. Will be recommending to family and friends.

The last two repairs have been plagued with delays in getting the repair done on time. Their default answer is "waiting for parts." Won't use them again

They did more than they had to. The requeated work was done quickly and they did extra at no charge. The car was returned clean inside and out. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We had an estimate completed by Paul. He was rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory towards soldiers. He lacked expertise in defining what damage to our new vehicle was. We will not get our vehicle fixed there and will definitely never recommend to anyone, especially soldiers. We alerted USAA of their poor demeanor and unprofessionalism.

Started with estimates after a hail storm. They gave professional estimates with pictures and details for our insurance company. Had 2 glass pieces replaced today..windshield and small side window. When I made this appointment the company searched and found a used side window in perfect condition and a new beautiful windshield. Service was performed in under 3 hours total. Price was the best out of 4 I had called. Glad I was able to do my business there since they had done our free estimates for us. Will do dents at end of summer with them. Office and waiting area are very comfortable. Heard other satisfied customers when they saw their cars after dent repair. Very professional.Service: Body & Trim

Unfortunately we are repeat customers. That being said, whenever one of our vehicles gets damaged I just call Paul and everything gets handled.
