THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!After trying 2 times at O'Riley's to order my Blower motor for my 08' Mazda 6, I was skeptical to try again as I didn't want disappoint in it being the wrong one. I went in and compared pictures with Jess(sweetest lady by the way) and we ordered the part. I think we both had fingers crossed it would be right. I received the part today, seeing it I was a little skeptical. But hey, it was in a BIGGER BOX! (A good sign!) I decided to take out the old one and see if the new one fit. I didn't have the correct bit, the guys were awesome enough to let me borrow the big roll out tool box! after about a half hour I got the old one out and tried the new one, I was very stoked to see that it fit! And trying my heater switch I actually HAVE HEAT. I was told by O'Riley's I needed to order it online or off eBay being a OEM part...forever grateful for car quest. I will try them first before anyone else!Thanks again guys!

This place is a joke most of the time they get the wrong part then what you ask for and the employees are rude!!! I use to get all my parts from this store but never again and I will be telling friends and family not to give this store any business learn to hire people with customer service skills!!!!

Sold me the wrong part for my vehicle which caused a lot of extra expense at the dealership they say they will correct it if they do I will change my rating

I cannot express how amazing the employees at this Carquest are. They were knowledgeable, dedicated to their workup, and provide amazing customer service. They would quite literally give the shirts off their backs in order to help someone. They were persistent in helping us with what we needed even when other businesses couldn't. Thank you Carquest Rapid City ... our family owes you all for the patience, kindness and helpfulness you all gave us!

Awesome service. I was traveling and needed a new battery. They had the specific one I needed and they installed it for me. It was 100+ degrees outside! It was not the easiest install and he did it anyway. Highly recommend this place!
