I recently utilized Black Hills Tire for vehicle maintenance, and I m extremely impressed with their service. Not only did they pick up and deliver my vehicle back to me, but they also utilize a payment platform that was incredibly easy to use and provided detailed information about the work completed. Tenice and Nick communicated throughout. They were friendly, the service was efficient, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Black Hills Tire has been amazing to work with since day one! The customer service is absolutely exceptional! The mechanics and techs have top notch experience that will leave you feeling comfortable with the care of your vehicle. Most of all, their loyalty to their customers and community is amazing! Went to Rapid City to take some photos and had some problems with the front end of my 2014 Jeep. Took it to them that morning and they had it ready in one day. This work was supposed be done before I took this trip by a local shop in Indiana. Thanks for getting me back on the road safely. Made it back home safely. You guys are the best.

I had no idea my car could be this quiet. My muffler has fallen off before and I've had it fixed previously at a different place but it was NO WHERE NEAR this quiet. Its amazing. Sometimes I wonder if my car is even on.Im kind of going to miss people trying to race me because of how loud it was while shifting though.10/10 would bring my car back here. Everyone I talked to here was great, and I am very happy with my visit.

BHT tries their best to get you in same day. The price of labor is fair. The service writer is very kind and will explain things in depth if needed. The owner has gone above and beyond to solve a suspected problem that was developed after servicing our vehicle. Turns out it wasn't likely directly their fault but the service exposed an underlying problem. The warranty'ed the repair amd conducted a 2nd alignment.But what sets them apart is as a business they sponsor an adolescent mechanic camp and I've personally witnessed the owners and staff return their blessing to the community. In particular, I called once asking for help on how to help a family warranty their tools (brand name auto tools) they'd lost in a catastrophic fire. In addition BHT donated to the family directly through the local credit union.Small town hospitality, generational work ethic, supported mechanics with continuing education and staff recognition. The kind of place you would chose to patronize even if it was slightly more expensive

Support this local tire shop. They do amazing work! We've purchased all our tires, rims, etc. Through them and they've always done an amazing job and have been super friendly. They do other automotive services, but we've never used them for anything other than tires, rims, and running boards. Highly recommend!

Found a screw in my tire and stopped in here to see if they had time to fix it. They had me in and out in 30 minutes at a fair price. Couldn't ask for more.

Awesome staff! I am a tourist and found a nail in the tire. I drove to BHT 7 am in the morning for the flat repair. The staff completed the repair in 20 minutes! This is really fast and awesome for a tourist! I would definitely recommend this tire shop to everyone!

I've been going since they've opened and they've always been very pleasant and easy to work with. I'm disappointed that they seem to have progressively gotten more expensive (out of line with competition). They replaced a cabin air filter and charged me w/o asking me (and broke a piece in my car while doing it). They recently claimed I needed a new battery but I tested it later and it was fine. I've also had two brake jobs by them both of which I've had issues w/ brake noise which I've had to take back in.

Every experience that I have had with Black Hills Tires has been positive. They find ways to exceed my expectations. The battery on my vehicle died recently. Once I got it jumped I called them. If I dropped it off, they said, they would try to get it worked into their very busy schedule, but sounded doubtful. I got a quote 5 hours later and it was fixed 30 minutes after that. It was a stellar experience!Service: Auto battery replacement

This is the shop to go to. We are a Marine Corps family moving from Virginia to California, and we were on our way to see Mount Rushmore for the day and popped a slow leak flat on a nail. We swung in here and they were fully booked. Seth told us to come back in an hour and they d get it fixed. They did. Took em 30 minutes, cost $27.50, and they had the nicest bathroom ever according to one of my daughters. Seth and everyone in there were exceptionally hospitable. If we lived here they would have earned lifelong customers that day. Don t hesitate to take your business here, true professionals!

Was getting a car checked out that I had recently bought to get a total diagnostic. Car was in shambles, they gave me a full breakdown of everything with accompanying photos. Didn't charge me anything AND I was slightly late getting there on a Friday, they were closed, and the last guy was leaving. Stopped, greeted me, still got me my keys. 10/10 service right there. Will be going back

Seth and crew did an outstanding job taking care of my car. Had a unique problem and they went over and above the norm to solve it even though most of it was outsourced. Still gave the best service I think I have ever had. Extremely trustworthy, honest, and very capable, friendly-the whole bit. Highly recommend their business.

The smoothest auto repair experience I've ever had. Text updates, virtual estimate and diagnostic findings, online approval (or denial) of services so you know what they want to do and how much it will cost and how long it willl take. Friendly staff and quick turnaround, very pleased!

BHT does a great job every time. I've been to them multiple times. Their work is efficient, the staff is always extremely friendly, and they have great prices. They actually saved me $1000 on work I needed done when other companies were going to charge me far more than those companies should have. Great business and I will always go to them.
