I have been taking all of my vehicles to Dave and the crew at Black Hills paintless dent repair for years. Absolutely exceptional service, every single time. Communication is on point, and my vehicles always come out looking brand new. Highly recommend!

Dave at BH PDR was very flexible in working us in over the holiday to fix a nasty dent on our business truck. It came out better than expected and the price was very reasonable. As always Dave is professional, polite and great to work with!

Dave at Black Hill Paintless Dent Repair did a great job on my 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass.It eventually needs a full-blown paint job, but Dave was able to take care of some of the bigger dents, quickly and cost effectively. Everyone there is super friendly too!I would highly recommend Black Hills PDR to anyone looking for paintless dent repair in or near Rapid City.

David s experience was very evident. Wasn t sure my numerous dents/dings on my truck could be fixed, but he did a great job at a very fair price. Even had a dent/scrape that left white paint on my black truck, and he was able to remove the dent/scrape AND the white paint like it never happened! Definitely a customer for life! Thanks again David!

Had a door ding. They got the car in super fast, and repaired damage for a reasonable price. The repair looks great! They even went above and beyond and buffed out a scuff on the opposite side of the car.

Dave and the crew at Black Hills PDR have taken care of us a few times! From a small fender bender to a serious front end collision, the cars have came back looking like new. They handled the entire claim from start to finish with the insurance company, taking that headache and frustrating process off our shoulders. I am utterly impressed with the people at Black Hills Paintless Dent Repair and how they so perfectly repaired two small dings in my 2014 Jeep Cherokee (one was approximately the size of a dime, the other of a silver dollar). I had my concerns about the efficacy of a quick-repair shop, but I have been convinced: in less than one hour, it was if those two small dents had never happened in the first place.Despite their busy schedule, they repaired my car immediately, even though I had not made an appointment. Their cheerfulness in service and responsiveness made me feel very comfortable, and I would highly recommend their business to any individuals in the Rapid City area. I know that in the future, should I ever need small dents repaired, I will never return to a body shop Black Hills Paintless Dent Repair has me converted!Total cost: Approximately $120, and I consider this a great deal.

These guys made getting my car repaired easy. They were very transparent in the process keeping me updated every step of the way. There was a hiccup with insurance and they were able to get it resolved quickly to get my car fixed when I needed it. My car looks even better than it did before getting clobbered with hail. They did a GREAT job on my personal vehicle! BHPDR did everything they said they would and a day quicker! This is the shop you should use for all of paint less dent repair, not just hail damage. After 3 other PDR companies told me my F150 needed a new hood instead of hail dent repair, Rapid City Paintless Dent Repair did a phenomenal job on fixing all the hail dents . The price was reasonable and the hood looks new!
