Bought my first Harley. Salesman was great, listened to my thoughts and found used machines that met my needs. Bike was ready for pick up as requested, all polished up. Full tank of gas. I was impressed by this dealership.

UPDATE!!!We went back for a 3rd :)We visited Harley 3x over a week trying to decide what was the right bike for our son. Tito is our salesman. He is phenomenal his opinion and hospitality is genuine! He went out of his way to help us find the right bike. Not only did we find the right bike we ended up buying two!!!!Thanks to Tito, Lisa, Kerrie and Londa for going above and beyond from the sales floor to financing & apparel while ensuring we understood our bikes on our way out the door.My husband and son are very happy and we will be back for a trike!!!!!!!Thanks Harley Davidson, Rapid City.

In purchasing a new to us HD Triglide, it was a no pressure environment and helpful process. We were treated well and kept in the loop of every step, even thou the day was busy with other buyers. Reed was able to present us an awesome deal that we found hard to pass by. I look forward to riding this spring around the Black Hills and beyond.

I was presented plenty of options of motorcycles that fit the needs of what kind of riding I wanted to do that were in my budget. Nothing ever felt forced throughout the buying process. The buying process went at the perfect pace. I left there with a great motorcycle at a great price and the maintenance plan for added peace of mind to protect my purchase. I look forward to enjoying this motorcycle for many years to come.

One of the women employees in clothing sales actually remembered us from a year ago. She told us she'd been there 5 years. She was very friendly and helpful. We remembered her from the previous year too. Back when she was working with a broken foot. Anyway, their sales items were marked down up to 50%. Their prices were irresistible, and markdowns were on first-rate items, not just stuff nobody wanted. They also have an amazing number of new and used Harleys in stock, as well as parts and accessories. Their service department also looked first rate. This is an unusually friendly, welcoming, helpful, and competent full service Harley dealership. If you're in the area and in to Harley Davidson, you should definitely stop by.

Very accommodating, I was at Sturgis rally riding through the Black Hills when my original bike broke down. I had it towed to RCHD and considered repair but a purchase seemed to be better option, so they helped me every step of the way. And seemed to be very well organized considering all the chaos.

I didn t go in looking to make a purchase. The salesperson I was talking to never pressured me in any way. Never rushed me and answered every question I had, even when he unaware of my intentions. In the beginning, I just had a few questions about the new Harley s. That turned into listening to him explain in detail, the different new and used models. I must have asked him dozens of questions and he was never annoyed. I could tell, he wasn t just there to push a sale, he thoroughly enjoys his job and he respects the client. In the end, I rode from PA on a Honda and left on a Harley. Thank you Orlando!

My wife and I just purchased a new '23 Road Glide Special from BHHD and couldn't be happier. Our salesman Dustin Emery was awesome, we came in looking for a nice used bike but ultimately decided to go with new. He did not try to steer us toward new in any way or put ANY kind of pressure on us one way or the other, his first concern was budget and not putting us in a financial situation we would be uncomfortable with. (I gave him a bit of a bogus budget just to see how he would handle it). A no pressure sales environment is pretty much non-existent anymore and boy was it refreshing to deal with Dustin. This is not our first bike, but is our first Harley and he patiently answered our 500 questions and helped us find the model we were comfortable with. He worked with us on price a little and let us change a couple of accessories around no problem. He also provided his cell phone number and let us know that he's never any more than a phone call away if we need anything. Next up was Curtis in the accessories department/chrome shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable and guided us through 500 more questions we had. He thoughtfully showed us a few things that would give us a more enjoyable riding experience and he wasn't wrong. Again, no pressure here to buy anything. Lastly, Trevor and Londa in the finance department were very friendly and efficient. Trevor guided us through the various extended warranty options and prices were clear cut and no trying to sneak a bunch of b.s. in like every other place tries to do right at the end. Zero pressure here to buy any warranty. Londa was very quick and streamlined with the final paperwork and had us gone in no time. The service department squeezed us in with a very busy schedule to have our accessories put on overnight, wow! Even better yet they had everything in stock which is crazy. Sorry about the long review, but these folks earned it. I did not have high hopes for customer satisfaction going into a big dealer like this, but i couldn't have been more wrong. Thanks so much guys and gals at BHHD, you'll be seeing our faces a lot more in the future!

The showroom did not disappoint. As we walked in the door and moved about the showroom, we were greeted often and offered assistance. The salespeople were not pushy but rather were very friendly. After browsing, we spoke with a salesman about what we were looking for. He picked out a few bikes that he felt fit our needs. The dealership also has riding gear and bike equipment. Would love to visit again.

Black Hills Harley-Davidson was one of the worst sales companies I have dealt with.Reed, The salesman did a great job and worked his butt off for me. However, the finance person was rude and condescending to me as well as my significant other. They made a deal. Broke the deal. Made another deal and broke that deal and I was willing to give them one more opportunity and they broke that deal as well. So I cut ties and will never do business with Black Hills Harley-Davidson again. Absolutely a garbage experience.

Tito and his fellow employees are great people to work with when buying a new bike. Tito has always done me right. Any time anyone asks about buying a bike I recommend talking to Tito first.

The staff was friendly and so helpful to my daughter that is in a wheelchair. They even offered to move clothing racks so she could get up and down the isles. They were amazing!

I want to thank Andrew for all that he did for us. We had major engine failure. We were traveling from California to South Dakota with a group of riders when we pulled into Black Hills Harley Davidson, they serviced us immediately and took great care of our situation, along with some other travelers that came in right after us, worked out the best options. Almost traded in my bike for a new one there, but due to California regulations, we re not able to. Decided to ship bike back home. He went out of his way to make sure that our luggage and supplies were shipped back to San Diego. He spoke and worked out details with my local dealership and got things squared away. Thanks to the team at Black Hills Harley Davidson. I would buy and service the bike there any time.

The best part was they left you alone until you needed help, could look at bikes and I didn't feel pressured into anything. I highly suggest talking to Reed Thompson.

Stopped in during our bike trip. One of our bikes needed an oil change. Took about an hour or two which worked out good because it gave us a reason to look around. It's a big dealership with everything you need to get into motorcycle riding. Staff was great, clean dealership. They were getting set up for Sturgis big rally. Man was there a lot of bikes.

Good selection of used and new motorcycles to choose from. The staff was helpful during our visit showing us different motorcycles. Lites selection of the revolution motor models but that is likely from the current demand.

Sturgis Bike Week 2021: Huge store with plenty of merchandise on display. Employees were very nice and helpful; though it was super busy, they still had time for your shopping needs. Easy on easy off Interstate ramps near by. I will return if in that area again and recommend this merchant to my friends and family.
