I used to be a repeat customer, but the last time I took my vehicle here, I had a low tire pressure light on. It was marked as checked when they finished my oil change. The light did not turn off after I left, and I checked my tire pressure shortly after and one of my tires was still very low, so clearly the tires weren t fully checked. The waiting area and bathroom always felt grimy as well. I ll gladly take my car to the dealership and wait a little longer and pretty much pay the same price for better service.

Prices up and service down.I typically turn down the offer to vacuum my car, but I wasn't even asked. Check my receipt though and it says my carpet was done along with my windows, tires, lights checked, and more.None of it was done. I was in and out with oil, nothing more.Plus an extra $10 misc labor charge added.I've been going there for 2.5yrs and all I see is increasing prices with decreasing service.

If you like a 13% surcharge (!?!) on a synthetic oil change, then go for Big D (Big Dollar) oil. Staff ignored our request for hybrid oil and took it upon themselves to install full synthetic. What happened to customer satisfaction and integrity?

What used to be a $60 oil change is now a $100 oil change, and that is not even including using namebrand full synthetic oil, that only covers their Sinclair brand. They always mark vacuum completed but they never have, same with light check , never has been completed. And then, on top of that, five dollars for a special filter charge on a Honda accord. I will never be back.

Had a discount coupon for a competitor in hand (and enroute) as I passed by Take 5 on MtRushmore Rd / St Patrick. I turned around and decided to give them a try.102 degree day. On arrival, I was greeted and I given a bottle of cold water. I have air conditioning. But this team gave a great first impression! This also showed me they take of the customer before self. The team was extremely upbeat, professional and worked like a fine tuned clock. I was informed what they were doing during my entire short, quick stop. As long as this crew can keep up the great customer service and upbeat, professional service, this will be my go-to for my vehicle service needs from here on out.Rapid City NEEDS to see more can do, let's do it!! attitudes like this business/ this team! Give them a try and see for yourself.I got all of this despite scorching hot temperatures they worked in an open bay. Nice job!

Take 5 on Mount Rushmore rd/8th st was incredible. Awesome customer service. It was also done in 10 minutes or less which is impressive. They also work together as a team. I will definitely keep going to them.

Not only do they offer quality, fast oil changes but they also do full transmission flushes. They are now also offering tire rotation as well. Try to pick off peak hour times, like everyone else they are short staffed and may close early or open later

Asked for the $79.99 oil change, the bill ended up about $105. I didn t even get a new air cleaner or nothing extra. My pickup has a top Mount oil filter specifically asked if they knew how now to make a mess with it, now my skid plate is covered in oil and dripping on concrete that is only 2yrs old. Tried calling twice to talk to them about the price and there clean up of the skid plate But no answer and no call back

Did not check tire pressure, vacuum interior, check tire pressure, check differentials, wash windows, or check lights and wiper blades. These things were listed as completed. Then they charged me $72.00. All they did was drop the oil and change the filter and fill the windshield washer. Very dissatisfied. Stay away from this place. The waiting room was also dirtyService: Oil change

Was very satisfied, 1st time customer with new vehicle, needed an oil change fast before leaving for a trip, was in and out in about 10 minutes, no nonsense and great service. Definitely will return, highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff! I came in to buy windshield wipers, which I got at a great price and they installed quickly, and they answered my other, unrelated questions with patience and understanding. They also helped me fix a part on my car that was about to fall off. They also gave me coupons!

Our oil change took about 20 minutes, they knew the car and what was done before. The waiting room was clean with a bathroom in it. Free coffee. It smelled strongly of exhaust , so we were glad to leave quickly. The employees are nice and kept busy. The sign behind the desk was cute and I do agree with the policy

I thought this place was pretty awesome. I needed only an oil change. They had a good oil selection and they were extremely quick. I was in and out in no time at all. Price was also really fair. Great experience.

I ve been coming here for years. They are fast and courteous. They have free coffee in the little waiting room and just updated the bathroom. They have air fresheners to pick from and put some quality wiper blades on last time I was there. Also changed the air filter. Saved me a time of time and didn t cost too much either.

The only place I take to get my oil changed in my vehicles. I've been going here for over 5 years and have never once had an issue. Amazing staff and service!!
