I called ahead to squeeze in a repair to the LF tire on my Ford F350. Brad and Josh were extremely helpful. The wheel swap was finished in ~ 1 hour and we were back on the road. We travel full time in this RV so a fast and proper repair was essential. I think the price was very reasonable and I didn't get any upsell pressure. I got excellent service today. A rare find. I feel gratitude and relief. Thanks!

They used to be my go to for tire repair, until this last year. I had previously taken a vehicle in for a simple tire balance was told it would take 30-45 mins. ( I run off time frames) 45 mins elapsed and my vehicle was not even moved. At that point I had to leave as I had other arraignments made. They underestimate the time it will take to complete a task. Recently which prompted this review I took a tire in for a simple patch and plug for a screw, rather than coming out to inspect the tire the service writer wrote it up and had me drop off the tire saying 30mins it would be done.I arrived to find out Bargain Barn said they could not repair the tire and that they tried to call me. I received no phone call about it and wasted 30mins waiting for them to tell me they couldn't repair it when the service writer could have came out and inspected it before hand. Time management, and poor communication give this establishment 1 Star. And for clarity sake I had the tire repaired at another local established without hassle.

I was traveling to a different state and my fuel pump blew in South Dakota . They told me they could fix it in 2 days. It took them a week and they over charged me for it. Almost $1000 for a piss poor job and they ripped out my gas pump as well and when I opened the gas tank they left some weird filter inside it too. None of this stuff was on the receipt either. Pls go to someone else if you need repairs

We wanted to take a minute to express our total gratitude to the guys at Bargain Barn. We had a tire go down the 2nd day of our vacation. Having 20" tires and rims on the car posed a problem for replacement. The guys were able to help us out with two tires and get us on the road in time to check out of our hotel on time and head to Mt Rushmore and many other wonderful places. The tires still going strong after our 5025 mile trip to the PNW and back to Michigan. We hope that many people take advantage of the great customer service we received. Thanks a million.

On a Saturday. Vehicle wouldn't start. After a night of attempting to sleep in front seat wonderful they supply coffee. From Montana and had to get back. Guys from West end shop went above and beyond. Wish I had gone to these guys before I bought new alternator andbattery at another shop. I'm sure tire guys as helpful as their mechanics. Not just a tire store. Pros fits.

Drove in from out of state and my front passenger tire weights blew off ... these guys took me in right away around 6:20pm and by 7pm I was back on the road. Thanks guys. Greatly appreciate it.

One of my trailer tires blew out on the way to Rapid City. I took the bad tire to these guys. They had me fixed up in no time! Great service!

Great service and quick! We had a tire go south in Chamberlain with the 112 degree heat on our pop-up. They replaced both tires and rims in under two hours with only an hour notice. Excellent work, now we can vacation with peace of mind for the rest of our trip.

Wont ever be going back here. I keep seeing how fast they are and that was not the case for us. We made an appointment for a possible new tire and ended up buying 2 brand new ones. Our appointment was at 10:30 and our car wasnt doesnt until the end of the day! They told us only a couple of hours and kept the car all day. Next day we woke up to an almost flat BRAND NEW TIRE. We got in the next day as they said to just fill it up and see if it holds, well it didnt and we had another appointment made again for 1pm.. 4:00 rolls around and still no car. They havent even touched it! Whats the point of a 1pm aappt time then?! They wont even fix their mistake in a timely manner for us. Extremely disappointed as thsy left us with 50 miles to drive back and forth to our house and cram all 4 kids 6 and under into a truck. I'm a very upset mother. Again, never coming back here. Waiting a whole nother day as we are a busy family and dont have time to sit and wait for hours and hours. So ssad to put a family through this.

I've taken my vehicle here in the past; always done a great job, always pleasant.Being a single woman, it's sometimes hard finding an honest mechanic. When one finds one, we always go back. It was almost 6:00 in the evening when we noticed we had a low tire on the trailer I was pulling. We discovered a very fast leak in the tire. The vehicle I was driving is not the usual one to pull the trailer so I didn t have the appropriate or efficient tools for changing the tire. After calling multiple places to, at the very least, put the spare on for me and being met with we don t have time or we are closing soon, I got help from the guys at Bargain Barn (on Deadwood Ave). They told me that I could bring my trailer, they got me in right away and back on the road. They did this with excellent customer service and kindness at the end of the day when you KNOW everyone is hot and tired and ready to go home. Many thanks to this business!!

These guys have always been great to me. I have an older car, and I had them give it a deep look through so that I can stay ahead of maintenance on it. They were very straightforward with what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. They also were good about showing me on my car what time as broken and why it needed to be fixed. In addition, the other day my car s electronics were going haywire. They fit me in that day to not only review what the issue was, but they also were able to fix it for me even though they were nearing closing time. These guys are the ultimate in terms of fair pricing and honesty. If you need a good, honest mechanic please come to these guys. I ve only been to the west location, but I am sure the east location is just as good. Highly recommend!

These guys are the best!! I called them inquiring if they would work on my car (didnt know they did other services besides tires). They said they would take a look at it and they got me in the next day. They even took me to work and were willing to come pick me up from work if needed. They called me letting me know the issue and an estimate on how much it was to be fixed. In an hour it was done and I've had no issues. They are pleasant and polite gentleman that I would gladly go back to. The dealership couldn't get me in until next week! These guys got me in next day early in the morning. Thank you!!

The friendly and helpful staff go the extra mile to make sure your car is not only serviced correctly, but safe as well. They do this without being asked, because they clearly care about their customers' experiences with them. Not only that, but they do all of this at the most competitive price points in town. They also have better hours of operation than anyone else in town. I could keep singing their praises, but I'll simply say they've made a repeat customer out of me for sure. I'll never go anywhere else.

They were able to get me in quickly, and the work was done efficiently. They were done sooner than they originally stated and it was cheaper than estimated! They treated me very well as I was checking out. I will definitely use their services again! I appreciate not being ripped off because I'm a woman!Also, I called SIX tire places in the area. Bargain Barn is the only one that answers the phone, every single time. That is also appreciated!

Just wanted to say this is a Top Notch crew! I'm traveling through from Florida and needed to rotate my tires on my 2021 Ram 2500. Even though they were one person down, they were able to work me in on Sunday and very reasonably priced. Thanks for your great service and great tip on lunch

Super Nice! Everyone was amazingly friendly and helpful. Called at 4 o clock was able to get my car in at 4:30 for an oil change and was on the road by 5. CRAZY QUICK. The other places I ve been to, I would have to sit for 1.5-2 hours! Keep up the amazing work!

We were traveling across country when our 4 wheel drive started struggling. We called bargain barn and despite being busy, they were kind enough to get us in the same day when everyone else said no. The mechanic offered to stay later to help us. They even kindly gave us a ride to our hotel and picked us back up when our truck was finished. Thank you to the great crew here for allowing us to travel safely to our new home in Nashville. Y all are amazing!!

I was visiting from NC when an enexpected storm hit and I needed tires. I called the shop at 5:15 (they close at 7) they were busy but fit me in at 5:45. I was given 4 options and provided what I consider to be sound advice. I was not pressured to spend more than my budget. The staff was great and finished the car at 6:58. Really pleased with the service.

I have trusted the gentlemen at Bargain Barn Tires for years. I have always been treated with respect and professionalism. They are also polite and courteous. We discuss what I want versus what needs to happen to my vehicle, giving me options throughout our conversation. Being a female, I really appreciate someone that talks with me not at, over or under me.Thank you for doing such great work!

I was traveling from near Davenport, Iowa to Billings, MT with 4 children by myself. I was concerned about how my car was handling. They got me in quickly, addressed the problem and got me back on the road. Every guy working was very polite and kind while all five of us filled their waiting room. Awesome service!!

I was waiting well over 2 hours to get new tires on my car, WITH a prior appointment set up AND I was told only 20 minutes three times throughout the wait. There were NO apologies and no discounts offered for the inconvenience. I would not recommend, the employees dismissed me.

I had a great experience with Bargain Barn Tires! From my initial contact with them all the way to when I purchased my tires, they were helpful, professional and honest. They went out of their way to provide great customer service and I even complimented them on their customer service that I observed when I was waiting for my new tires! Robbie is awesome and made my day!

Wow! I was here earlier this summer because I has a not to slow leak in my tire. They had me in and out fast! They even gave me the screw that was in it as a souvenir. Haha! Use to be my go to place, I will never go back. Had them fix ac/heat problem(which they had my pickup tore apart for a week), couple months later was acting up again. Took it back, said they fixed it, got a ride back to town, driving home messing with it, figuring out was not fixed. Took the pickup back for the 3 time, they thought they knew what it was and quoted me 100 dollars over my service plan deductible. Told them didn t want to do it, go to pick my pickup up, and everything is still undone under my dash and carpet pealed back, not put back together. Took it to different shop, which fixed my issue, which was not what bargain barn said was wrong with it! Oh and they lost my volume button on my after market stereo deck... and that s my problem to replace to I guess. Oh and the 3rd time i took it in I called the night before told someone I was going be dropping off before was open and what deal was, dropped my keys in drop box, get a call that day around 11 wondering why my pickup is there. If you can t tell by now, I m well over that damn place! And spreading the word!!

These guys are heroes! Found out I had a screw in my tire when it started going flat in Sturgis (next town over). I gave them a call around 6 asking how long it would take to patch and if I could get it in that night as I was moving across the country. They were super friendly over the phone and said it would be no problem. By the time I got my spare on and drove back to Rapid, it was 6:50 and they said it was no problem just bring it down to their shop. They got it fixed in about 20 minutes and I was back on the road. These guys saved my road trip from disaster and made it a better experience than it could have been. Definitely check them out!

To be honest these guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with a set of tires! I appreciate everything they do! Out of all the shops I called in Rapid City they actually showed me what customer service is all about! I will make them my one and only place for tires!

When I arrived at the Deadwood Ave location, I walked in and asked one of the managers a few question and he offered to have one of the techs take my vehicle right in and put the four tires on and within no time waiting.. My tires were on my vehicle. Great customer service, friendly team of managers. He even explained the extra bonus package included. I would recommend anyone to go here for their tire needs. These guys are great. Been using them for 4 years for my truck and my wife s car and I ve been extremely happy with them. Friendly, honest, and prompt service all the time. They won t try to sell you on things you don t need either.
