Always the absolute best service! I grew up with my parents taking their vehicles here- so naturally as an adult, it has always been my go-to! I have never received anything leas than exceptional service... they are the only people I'd trust to give an honest evaluation of my vehicles and to have integrity with their process! Brad and Carson are the BEST here, and we appreciate them so so much for all they have done over the years! Will never go anywhere else

Visiting from out of town. A heater hose issue caused all my coolant to run out. Called the shop around 10:00 on a Saturday. They got me right in and were finished inside of two hours.We were back on the road and enjoying our visit to the Black Hills.Thanks Zach and company.

They Never Tried To Upsell me on Anything, would diagnose my own vehicle, and ask them to do what I wanted. But..They would hesitate, ask me why I think I need the part I told them to change, would give a logical explanation & they would verify the symptoms dealing with the part I needed to change and do what I asked right after. Think I had them change Ignition Switch on 03 Chevy Impala. Updated 2 years Later*

Shout out to bargain barn! Tried doing a brake job on my 2008 Mazda 6 and couldn't get a stubborn lug nut off after trying many different things, I called bargain barn at 830 this morning. They were awesome enough to get me in at 1030! I had really only needed the one replaced on the passenger side, but when I came out all 4 new ones that I had purchased yesterday were on there! So appreciate the quickness of Getting us in there today, and when I asked how much, they said no charge! Could of hugged the guy after paying what we have the last few days. Bargain barn you guys are a life saver, there's a reason why I keep going back! Awesome customer service here, highly recommend these guys!

I went to get my brakes fixed and ended up having to make an appointment for the following week. As I turned to walk out, one of the guys at the desk made a rude comment and they both snickered. Against my better judgement I kept the appointment. When I came for my appointment they gave an astronomically high estimate. One of the issues was they were putting on a reconditioned part that was more than $25 more than a real Toyota part. Along with the other highly inflated parts and being a female I didn t feel comfortable having work done there, but I was stuck because of the severity of the issue I had to get at least half of it done. I am taking the other half somewhere else to finish. They didn t even put one of the tire valve caps back on. Never again will I go back to that really dirty, questionable place.

I had my Lexus serviced at Denny Menholt Toyota and they said I needed brake pads and gave me a quote. I told them the vehicle only had 25k miles and I was surprised that it would need brakes so soon. I got a second quote from Bargain Barn and it was much less. When I took the car in for them to put on the new brake pads Carson called me soon after to let me know the existing brake pads had over 50% and not needed at this time. I agreed and they put the wheels back on and did not charge me for time or inspection. Honest people and will be going back for any further auto needs.

Bought a brand new trailer had them put tires on it and I am now missing a hub cap after driving it home. I will call tomorrow in hopes they make it right because this was clearly carelessness.

Had a balancer that could fit my 37 s (which a lot of other places couldn t)Wanted all to re-balance all my wheels but after they took a quick look at it they noticed it just needed the tires rotated (I went in for a small vibration)Got me in and out quick and saved me some money(UPDATE)- I got my tires rotated at a place here in North Carolina on a road trip... Bargain Barn cross threaded lugs on both my rear tires. I had to purchase new lugs. As well as studs and had the place I was getting my tires done at fix it. I shouldn't have had to pay for that but I guess with them knowing I was leaving South Dakota they didn't care.

Very impressed! We had a slow leak that turned out just to be a loose nut holding the valve in place. They fixed it quickly and didn t even charge us. A less honest place could have really overcharged us, but the folks here were just as nice and forthright as could be. Highly highly recommend!

Traveled to Rapid City from Montana. Right when we pulled into Rapid tire light came on, and we had a flat. We called Bargain Barn Tire and asked if they had time to fix a tire- they did! We brought it over at 6:30 and were done and ready to go a little after 7:00. We very much appreciate the service and time to help us even as it was close to closing time!

Love going to these guys for my tire maintenence. I go there every time for my balance and rotations, or any issues with my tires. Been going for about 7 years now and they've been nothing but great to me. Always treated me with respect and kindness, and have never tried to sell me something that I didn't need.

Helped us out BIG TIME!!! Had a big bulge in my tire in the sidewall. I've got an uncommon size the most shops didn't have in stock. They did!! Made my appointment, got there early and they took care of me!! 20 min or so, back on the road, safe and sound for the trip home!!! Thanks guys!!

Excellent Service, Had A Flat Tire, Was Riding On A Donut. Got Me In, Only Had To Wait 40 Minutes To Get In. Staff Friendly And Awesome. Prices Reasonably Fair. I Was Very Satisfied. Will Come Back Whenever I Need Tires, Or Service.

We had a flat tire on our journey and i called in advance for appointment and they were very friendly on the phone, we arrive much earlier than I anticipated and they were able to squeeze us in earlier than my appointment time even though they were very busy. They fixed the tire the right way (patch not a plug) and were very fast. Despite how very busy they were staff continued to be pleasant. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended! I woke up early this morning for work and my rear door wouldn t shut, like the lock was stuck. I hadn t called for an appointment but swung by the shop before work at 7 to see if they had any openings. The gentleman told me he was completely booked but would see if he could fit me in. After two hours, my car was fixed! I picked up my car after work, and when I went to pay they had said it was no charge for an easy fix! (Just needed some lubrication). They will definitely continue to receive my business - incredibly nice employees that always have a smile on their face, great prices (have taken my car there for other things, too), great service! Thank you guys, you re the best!

I have been a customer with them for over a decade. Always fast service and great work. Have never had an issue if something broke down before my payday and I needed my vehicle fixed and I could just pay on my payday. I give a 4 star rating for this. Starter went out this weekend and they kept my car all weekend saying they'd get to it on Monday and they could hold my car until it was paid. I told them I'd try to find the money over the weekend and they agreed to fix it. On Monday they hadn't even started the vehicle and moved the date to fix it as they had other work to do. I believe they weren't gonna fix it until I paid them. As I've said, they've never not worked with me before with the financing area. So for this I give 1 star. Should've known they've changed things last time we brought a car in they took a look and said the engine was shot and they couldn't fix it. Took it elsewhere and it was just the alternator. I had it towed to this location as it was right around the block and my previous great service. After this one fix I think our family is done with Bargain Barn.

Fast service, but not impressed on the cleanliness of my tire post their work. I dropped my vehicle off with a clean, slow leaking tire. I got it back fixed with an extremely dirty tire. I don t like paying for service that causes me to do more work when I get home. If I drop it off clean, I want it back clean. Not sure I will go back. Customer service at the counter was good though.

We were on the road for our family vacation and picked up something in one of our tires. I didnt want to continue to fill it once every day and limp it back home to my tire shop. I called and spoke with Brad. I asked if he could get me in early the next morning if possible and he did. In and out in under the time he promised. Great job! Brad was professional and courteous. Great customer service. This would be my tire shop if I lived in Rapid City.

I made an appointment and told them the specific tire size 5.30-12. And I wanted my bearings regressed and bearing buddies installed. I showed up for my appointment and no tires in stock. Not sure if they can even pack the bearings. All said and done its $465 for parts and labor for 3 tires and 2 bearings. And they charged me for balancing. Theres not a wheel weight on any of the tires. And no bearing buddies.

After being very poorly treated by the sister location of this establishment (multiple times), I called this shop in desperation as I had a flat tire AND my spare was quickly losing air. Not only were they able to help me quickly (I had a rowdy 2-year-old with me), they did everything in their power to make my experience with them better than my earlier experience with the other location. I will definitely be using this location for all of my future tire needs. Thank you for going the extra mile to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

Made an appointment for a tire patch. It was pretty straight forward. They had all my information from a previous repair I had done. They were pleasant and easy to work with. The patch was like $17.50 or so. Will continue to do business with them.

Awesome staff, very friendly and professional. I was driving through Rapid and noticed a big slash on my tire so had to get tire changed. They even called for me to other shops in town so that other things can be fixed and taken care of before I hit the road again.Was really impressed with the service.

I was traveling through South Dakota and suspected that my alignment was off due to a recommendation from my dealership during my last oil change. Instead of chancing it, I stopped in and the courteous staff looked over my alignment and concluded that while the tires were worn, the alignment was fine. I had suspected that my dealership was trying to upsell a service I didn't need and they confirmed it. The guys at bargain barn were prompt, professional, and didn't even charge me. Fantastic service.

Just got my breaks done and replaced my tires here. The price was more than I expected because we only talked about the rear breaks. both the front and rear needed to be replaced. They were amazing and lowered the price a bit and gave me the hazard insurance on my tires. Extremely satisfied customer here, I would highly recommend them!!
