Overall great experience during a stressful time. A deer jumped into the front right corner of our only vehicle while my husband was on his way towork causing extensive damage to the side of our car. ABRA was able to get us in quickly and our estimated completion date was very reasonable. The receptionist made sure we had pickup accommodations and even kindly offered to call our rental car company to pick us up. ABRA kept us updated throughout the whole process and even finished 3 days early which saved us money on our out of pocket portion of our rental. The pickup process was simple and our vehicle looks as good as new.

Everyone was highly professional and extremely helpful. I was always informed of the progress of the repairs. When you has a question they had an answer for you. My pickup was so clean and polished you would not know it was in an accident. Overall the truck looked brand new. With out hesitation I would recommend ABRA for accidents.

Wonderful service. Called me frequently to keep me up to date with their progress. Considering they had to wait for parts a couple of times, they worked fast and did a great job. I will recommend them to my friends.

Very easy to work with, quick! They made sure all the parts were ordered correctly and arrived on time, put together! Worked with my insurance and had everything ready to go before I drop it off to be worked on! Awesome customer service, readily available! I and wife have used numerous times,because of nature and weather. ABRA's keeps me updated on all repairs and delays (if needed). Very nice and friendly employees. Quality of service is awesome. Ken and the rest of the team at ABRA were very friendly and easy to work with. We have used ABRA for many years in the past with great satisfaction. We moved to Beulah Wyomng, so have not returned. This return experience was beyond our expectations. Myrna at the desk, and Ken who was in charge of the work were professional, courteous, and efficient. If you're not getting your repairs done here you're going to the wrong place! Shawn took exceptional care of me and my truck and I'm openly very picky when it comes to my stuff and take care of it, Shawn and the Abra Team treated my truck as it was their own and returned it as good as new, possibly a bit cleaner!!! Thanks Shawn and Abra Team, I hope not to need you again but knowing you are there is comforting!!

I backed into a pole and had Abra do the repairs. The service was great, and the repair job appears perfect. Axel Strickland and Ken Shoun were particularly outstanding in my experience there. The receptionist was wonderful as well. The only thing better would have been a loaner vehicle as the rental car alone cost me over $1000 even with my insurance company paying their part.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did an awesome job for me! A deer head hit me and did a lot of damage on my right side of the front. I am honored that they fixed my jeep. They all were so good to me and they helped me in so many ways, they went the extra mile, over and over!Everyone there was so nice to me! I was in a pretty bad accident in Wyoming while moving from California to South Dakota. ABRA was the company my insurance recommended so that's who I went with. I couldn't be happier. Very professional folks and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. The finished product is absolutely second to none. My truck, a 2021 Ford Ranger Tremor, looks like it did the day I bought it! Very impressed and will definitely use them again if needed! They started out great, when picked up my vehicle it was not right, had adverse noise coming from axle. Was told by Abra that mechanics checking alignment would and could not because of women parts. After discussing with Insurance and them calling Abra, I returned my vehicle and was taken to Toyota for repair to front suspension that was caused in original accident... Dropped the ball first time around, still need to check rest of the work preformed on my vehicle before signing off...Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Maybe looks like ok work. But I've been waiting for 3 days for them to have a tech on staff to install a bumper on my Jeep! That is a ridiculous problem to have for an auto body shop. Costing everyone more time and money.
