These guys were awesome. Super nice and personable, great price for what we got. The new guy accidentally brought out the wrong end and they were more than willing to run back and get the correct one, no fuss. Plus we got the part we needed for a fraction of the price. And I don't understand what everyone's saying about them being racist. A Mexican gentleman showed up that didn't speak any English at all (it seemed) and they were still trying to communicate with him and get him situated. Overall, GREAT experience.

Great service! We were looking for rims and the gentleman had us put them on to make sure they fit which was helpful because the first set we found didn't quite fit. And he gave us a great deal!

A few of these clowns called them racist! They are old school and not politcally correct. If you act respectable, you will find good service. These days, they let a few people in at a time, small operation. The racists are the ones stealing parts and wondering why they get there feelings hurt. Act like an adult and shoot the breeze a bit to let them know your not a thug. a bit pricey, but at least they have the parts.

Obviously doesn t want to do buisness. Husband and son have gone in multiple times and he refuses to sell anything even has the nerve to say we don t have certain vehicles when clearly they can be seen they are there. Very rude and feel as though they don t want money or need it to be honest.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! they are crooked. Picked up an engine we were told 3 times it would work. Paid 750 dollars for it. Put engine in and didnt work. Gave us the run around bullcrap for 3 weeks. Did not have another engine and would not give money back. Wanted to give us "store credit". Not to mention the hours it took to put engine in and take back out again. Then put another one in. The guy we dealt with started ignoring phone calls. How old are we?

Small family business, left a message & got a call within the hour that they had the parts for my old car. Pulled them & had them for me within another hour. Guaranteed the pieces. Great service & selection.

Great service. This is pry one of the best salvage yards I've ever been too. Had my parts instock, got then for me quickly, and maybe I paid a bit of them, but I like the place.The reviews are kinda deceiving, but if you have a good attitude and are willing to talk a bit you'll be fine. I'm a return customer.One thing I did notice, A and A had lots of my hard to find parts instock, I went to a lot of yards that recommend other places, but none recommended A and A.In short, check with them, don't be offended, and good luck.

They were awesome to deal with took their time to find something for me and gave me an awesome deal. I thank them so much. I got some rims for my vehicle. I will go back in the future and there place is relaxing to be in also in my opinion.

Zero stars is not an option? Do not pay for any part unless you're sure it's the correct part for your vehicle. Dan and Mike have no empathy for any issues you have after they are in control of your money. You will pay a premium for their parts with no recourse for a mistake made by A&A. Do not be deceived by the decades of experience they have in the business. You will not receive a refund. Customer satisfaction is not in their business model. You've been warned.

Bought an engine for my Chevy Silverado. It was a low mileage engine and is a great Buy.Called and asked how my engine worked out for me and has been a good runner ever since. Great customer service would recommend to family and friends anytime.

They have lots of parts. Really great supply of cars but I can't recommend them in good conscience because they are unabashedly racist. I'm white and I see their overt disdain for natives. They treat natives like trash. They tell them to wait outside while they shoot the breeze with me and cut up. They paused our conversation to tell a native lady to go outside. Talked to her like a dog. Please do NOT reward their behavior. Go elsewhere.

Always pleased with Dan and MIke , very prompt , and friendly . If they did not have the part put me on the line with another yard .I would recommend to everyone , parts have always been clean and ready to use , no junk ever .

I called a few years ago looking for a passenger side window for my 97 Chrysler Sebring. I was told they had one, and it would be $75. My boyfriend at the time called and asked for the same exact part and was quoted $40. These guys treat women like we don't know what the hell we're doing, and will take advantage of that. I haven't been back since

This place is one of the best in Rapid, if not THE best. These guys practically helped me rebuild an old Dynasty. Very helpful and knows every vehicle and part on their lot. I alway recommend them when people I know need car parts. Been going to these guys for almost a decade now. Wish I could give more stars. Go there......you won t be disappointed.

I own a fleet of vehicles, Fox PIlot Car SVc, from Racine, WI.I spoke with the owner (the old man at the front desk) five minutes ago. Said he had a Town and Country van On a rack I could look at, and to come by any time. I m a brown skinned man mind you.Just walked out the door; the man said he can t get to it right now after looking me in the eyes just a few moments, but I was just told On the phone I could have a look at it.Why tell a customer to come look at the part I needed anytime, within five minutes before arriving to come have a look when the vehicle is not accessible right now . Maybe he was to busy hob nobbing with his buddies than to provide customer service.<<Not a friendly visit>>.Other recyclers in town have much better customer service.Don t waist your time unless you like a rude attitude and inflated prices.

Man who answered the phone was very rude. Raised the price of the part in question by $25 because I didn t understand what he said the first time. Said he didn t have time to give me a small part of the part in question and simply stated if you want it come and get it and hung up before giving me a chance to ask any other questions. Will order online before ever calling these guys for anything.

Called them several times and wanted to know if they had a part that I needed. They played games both times by not letting me know if they had it and insisting that I come in. I explained that I was 50 miles away and didnt want to make a special trip if they didnt have it. He said "you must come to Rapid once a year"..What a joke..these guys are a joke...I guess they think if they get you in the door itll increase their sales.. A&A- Your not a car dealership or a place where people go to look around...You sell parts off of wrecked vehichles... No Thanks, ill spend the extra on a brand new part instead of dealing with these clowns. Btw this is the first review ive ever wasted my time on writing in 47 years just to let you know how ridiculous this place is.

Very rude and racists white people(Dan and mike) Dan who asked my father and I to wait outside while the guy grabbed a part for a white man inside very bad customer service, we had money to get a part and when we got there he said while handing a receipt to the other customer "they paid money can you do that?", do not recommend only for the very last resort if that.. of course only good reviews on here are mostly from white people.

I'm writing this on behalf of my husband.I've been doing business for about over 20 years, they have always treated me fair and square and like family. They are always my first choice of Salvage Yard to go to, if they don't have the specific part I'm looking for, they immediately tell me they can have it by the following week and they usually do. So I recommend to go there in person, talk to this guys, build a relationship with them and they will help you with whatever is that you need.

This place is not worth going to. The employees are very unprofessional. They talk unprofessionally and are rude. I attempted to do business with them 4 times each time I was extremely disappointed. You'll want to find someone else to do business with.

Since the first day I went there they greeted me with kindness they asked for parts I needed and I told him and they also went out with me to look for the parts and then when I was able to get the part worked with me on the price I was also getting another vehicle running at the time and I asked if they had a motor for the car that I needed and they went out and looked for the motor with me once I found the car with the motor that I wanted they worked with me and price and instead of just selling me the motor they just gave me the whole car and just told me to bring back what I what I don't use and how great these guys are the first car that I got the motor was knocking really bad so I took it back to them and they just took the old car and they had another one just like it and put it on my trailer and then they just did a whole exchange for the one car and now my car is running great because of A&A Auto Salvage All Out Auto Salvage don't have everything that you need so you'll have to go to place to place but the place that I do recommend to go to is A&A Auto Salvage just because they worked with me they will work with everybody they people just got to be patient and you know you treat them with kindness they'll treat you with kindness they're not going to screw you over the part that you think that you need they'll make sure that's the right part you need before you take it and before you buy it
