First time using this place. Dropped my 2021 Indian Challenger off for a back tire and to have my clutch looked at. He went above and beyond with looking up Indian clutch issues. Washed the bike and treated me like a person instead of a revenue. Will be going back again.

On our way to Sturgis we Arrived in Pierre on a Saturday night. Wheel bearing was going out. Through connections Abe called Sunday morning by 8am. We took cycle over there right away and Abe had us on the road in a little over an hour. We really appreciated someone to take time on a Sunday morning to get us on the road again. I wish there were more people like Abe. Thanks Abe!

Great shop! We were on a trip out to the black hills from Wisconsin and lost a rear tire on one of our Harley's the night before Easter Sunday and nobody was open to fix it. Prairie cycle got back to us late Saturday night was able to get us back on the road the next morning (on Easter!) and was super accommodating!Fantastic shop!

Where to begin. Simply put, I have never enjoyed a mechanic shop experience. This shop and its owner (In shame, I've forgotten the owners name) went completely above and beyond anything I could have expected.I was on my first day of a motorcycle trip from Minneapolis to Yellowstone, ran into some issues and the bike died on me right as I got into Pierre on Saturday night. Looking for shops in the area, I noticed no one was open on Sundays. I took a shot at sending the business page a FB message and the owner gave me a call Sunday morning asked what was going on, I told him my issue and that this was my first leg of the trip. The owner opened his shop and let me come down to take a peek at it. I was honestly ready to throw the towel in and head back to Minneapolis.Over the next two hours, the owner had my bike up and running better than it had ran previously. My carbs needed a good cleaning due to, what looked like seeds, getting blown into the engine...Now for the truly exceptional part. I am a Black kid from Minneapolis, the owner is a white guy from South Dakota. What our current reality would tell you is that the two of us could not be any more alike. During the course of his fix of my bike, we discussed a range of topics from family, relationships, pop culture, to politics. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or unwanted. The owner made sure I felt right at home and for those two hours it was just two guys talking. We could discus and disagree without a cancelation of dialouge, the way it should be. His beautiful family even came to the shop to say hi, who were all as kind as he was. When the narrative around you asserts that we are all so different, it is more than refreshing to have an experience that completely contradicts what "society" says it should be. The owners kindness, expertise, and flexibility easily made this the best mechanic shop interaction I have had and most likely will ever have. I am beyond thankful to have crossed paths and even getting a better bike out of it!Oh, and a bonus the price to get everything back up and running was less than a tune up in Minneapolis!

I have to say, I was impressed with the quality and timeliness of service at this shop. I was traveling from the twin cities to Bozeman and noticed that my tire was wobbling. I took the wheel off my bike and brought it in, Abe was not only perfectly happy to balance it for me, he also lent me a jack lift the bike, and didn't charge me through the nose for the whole thing like other shops have.

We stopped in for some issues with my wife's Spyder. They took it right in and addressed the issue. Great guys! We were passing through, from MN, on our way to the Sturgis Rally.

Had our jet ski for 9 months sent him 1k when we dropped the jet skis off and nothing happened. we did a compression test prior to sending it to him and it was 110 and 90. Finally got it back and still reads same compression. Paid for a top end rebuild kit and same problem. He told us it was running with a little bit of a cut out. I got on it and it won t even go 30 mph. Can t say I d ever go back

I dropped a side by side off 11 months ago. He finally got it done. I called several times even stopped in. I had to keep on Em to get it done. Plus our machine has always been kept in the shed. After he left our machine outside in the weather for a year everything is sunfaded and cracked. So our machine is in worse condition then when we brought it in! Take your Buisness elsewhere.

We sent a jet ski there to have the top end of a motor redone and even put money down before and it still took him a year to get it done and it came back with the same compression it had before.
