Great experience! B ew out a tire a few miles out of Fort Pierre on a weekend, Graham Tire sent out 2 guys and they changed the tire with no charge because we were scheduled to get 4 new tires next week. Very friendly.

I have nothing but positive feedback to give about Graham tires. They are really good at what they do. They are all so professional and knowledgeable. I had a flat tire and they fixed it quickly. I went to them by recommendation and I was not disappointed. Thank you to Hunter, Jeff, and their team. Hands down the best!

Used Graham at the referral of ANOTHER tire company that couldn t do a roadside that night. Graham came down to me 55 miles to Murdo. Quick response. Good communication. Did a tire swap with a tire that I supplied so it was all truly just a service call. Only charged me 3 hours. Very, very fair. I d use them personally or refer them to anyone in a heartbeat. 5 stars.

These guys were great, I wasn't quite sure what kind of tire I was looking to get for my RV. Jeff walked me through all the different tires they had and what they could order in for me. The price and service I got was great. I had to get tires, and I'm glad I went to Graham.

My husband and I were on a roadtrip from central Il to Mount Rushmore when our car broke down in the middle of the highway. We had a really nice guy tow our car to Graham Tire. This all happened over July 4th weekend, the day our car broke down was Sunday, so I didn't exect anyone be working then. July 3 was a Monday and was hoping someone would be available to work. I went to Graham Tire at 7am on Monday and was told there while there are people working, there were no certified mechanics. Okay fine, I get that. July 4 they're not open but was told that my car would be looked at on July 5th in the morning. I call Jully 5 a handful of times because by this time, my husband and I need to get back to work and were supposed to be back by July . After calling for the 4th time around 3pm on July 5, they said they don't know what's wrong with it and to take it to a dealership because it was probably something electrical. Would have been nice if they called me that when they found out instead of making me wait. So I get the same guy to tow my car down a few blocks to Wegner Auto who finally got back to me Thursday July 6 late afternoon saying it needs a fuel pump. A fuel pump.I ended up having to buy a new car because I had to get back to work by Monday and they couldn't guarantee it getting in-they had to order it online- by Friday (mind you it was Thursday, later in the day when I found this out). So I was quite disheartened to learn that it was only a fuel pump that was needed andGraham tire should have been able to figure that out.I gave them a star because the guys were friendly but it kinda seemed like they didn't even look at my car.

The staff at Graham Tire in Pierre have been great! They went out of their way to help me when I had a flat, gave me a good deal on a new set of tires & promptly installed them when it was convenient for my schedule.

After having some work done on my brakes, I was told to have the lug nuts re-checked on my tires after driving my car for about 150 miles. I made a trip from Rapid City to the northcentral part of the state and figured Pierre would be around that 150 mile mark. I called another place prior to my trip and they made me feel like I was asking the world being it was a Saturday when I'd be coming through and most places only open until noon. When I pulled into Graham that Saturday around 11am, they made me feel welcome and said no burden, tightened down the lug nuts in no time and even better surprise, they waved me away when I asked what I owed. Highly recommend this place.

I'm on a long road trip and picked up a nail in my tire between Wounded Knee and Pierre. The excellent people at the Pierre shop fixed the flat for free. Pleasant & fast. I recommend this shop highly!

Sometimes you just need something done immediately. Graham Tire of Pierre was there for me. I had a flat tire, got some air in it and limped in to Grahams as it was leaking. They pulled the tire, found the leak, made the repair, and got me going again in 20 minutes. Of course, there was the service fee for fixing the leak-- F R E E ! ! ! Literally No Charge!Guess where I will be spending $1200 to $1500 on tires next year. Thank you Graham Tire!!

I m really happy with all the experiences I have had with everyone at graham. They are always honest and always very polite. Hands down the best place in Pierre for any automotive places. Thank you all so much if something comes up I know who to call graham tire in Pierre South Dakota.

A huge thank you to an employee named Jeff at Graham Tire Co. in Pierre, SD. Traveling from MN in our Class B RV van. A support pipe underneath the van broke.Jeff assessed the situation, ordered a part and installed it for us and no charge for his time. Talk about great customer service and just kindness to a couple in a dilemma. Wasn t even a tire issue but he graciously helped us so we could get back home. Thanks again Jeff!Jill and Keith Johansen

While on vacation in my camper with wifey & 2 dogs I noticed rear tires were pretty worn. I didnt want to chance them further. I called and explained my situation, they sqeezed us into their packed workload. Prices were very competitive with my hometown tire stores. Because of our dogs inside they let me drive it into and out of the work bay. Work was fast & totally professional. Trust me I worked in a high volume tire store in my youth. Great job fellas!

I would give them 20 stars if I could. Stopped in early as I was passing through Pierre. Tire had a leak and it was determined to be in the sidewall. These folks were there early and got me rolling out right away

I can't say enough great things about this place, excellent communication, quality work, and full transparency. I have gotten two sets of tires here and I would recommend every one here.. I have made the mistake of going somewhere else in town and was very unsatisfied with their work. I appreciate the Team here and they have exceeded my expectations and very respectful.

I have a 1932 Cadillac and had a flat to fix. I got there 2 minutes before closing and the crew stayed late to make sure I was taken care of, my flat was repaired with a new tube (I had a spare tube) and the tire was balanced and swapped out, all within 40 minutes! Thank you, Graham Tire Team in Pierre! You are the best!

Excellent service, friendly staff, and eager to help me out on such short notice! Jerid and the crew got my tires and rims ordered/shipped overnight. Got them installed and ready on my Acura NSX. Very good technicians working in the back and making sure everything is perfect on my car!

These guys don't mess around. Fast, Friendly, Excellent Service. Drake did my rear brakes, routers, trailer wiring and all new tires in less than 3.5 hrs. Thanks Guys.

Quality work and courteous of your time.I had a mystery tire leak after driving down a gravel road. The leak was slow enough to be filled and driven off, but the next morning (today) I woke up to a flat.Graham was able to take me in on a Thursday morning with virtually no wait. The tire was inspected and repaired, and I was on my way within a half hour. Not bad considering it seemed busy, with several other vehicles being worked on at the same time.The tire light went off and I've been driving without losing any more air. Now I can continue my roadtrip without a major setback. Thanks!

Once they know you they'll go the extra mile for you. Several times I've gone in, they have done a good and quick job then charged nothing or very little.

Got a quote before the tire sale and purchased a set of 4 during the sale. The sale ended up being $10 off per tire which when you're spending $700+, doesn't seem like a lot.
