Service is friendly fast...as far as parts are concerned..GMC should probably not put cheap plastic handles on cars that sit out in -20 degree weather and freeze shut

I would like to thank Beck Motors, specifically Beck Motors Collision center for there first rate "outstanding" customer service. I have used this team of professionals for over the past 15 years. Each and every time I have reached out to Beck Motors for services, from oil changes, vehicle services, both personally and for my business vehicles, as well to the unfortunate body work needs, this company, Beck Motors, has gone above and beyond with customer service. From minor bumps, to major hail damage there service department is by far the best in South Dakota. I highly would recommend Beck Motors and the responsive service oriented staff for all your vehicle needs. Living in Sioux Falls, I would never consider anywhere else but the top rate company in Pierre.

Had an auto start put on at Becks. They are top notch! They were prompt to communicate when the part arrived, and an appointment was set up immediately. Beck Motors are professional ; they let me know when my vehicle was finished. I highly recommend them as a class act!

Had body work done recently from storm damage. They were courteous, had a very nice loaner for me to drive. Kept me up to date on progress. I was very grateful in a stressful time. Highly recommend! I will definitely use them in the future.

Mike and the staff at Becks Collision center are second to none. I have dealt with other body shops and always had to go back to get little things addressed. Not with this group as they always go the extra mile. Thank you to Becks Collision Center for making a annoying repair be as simple as possible.
