We have all good things to say about this facility! We live 4 hours away. The salesman was very accommodating- he gave us a video tour of the vehicle, concentrating on imperfections rather than trying to hide them. He was honest and down-to-earth and answered all our questions. Staff was super helpful as well. Since we were coming from a long distance away, they accommodated our schedule for picking up the vehicle! We test drive the vehicle and we re elated with the quality they told us about.Pricing was fair - our experience was top notch!

Traveling home from vacation and had the check engine light come on due to a coil misfire. Stopped in and they got us right in and fixed up so we could get back on our way home. Everyone was super helpful and great to work with. We were incredibly grateful for their exceptional service!

Traveling through from out of state, our speed was restricted, wrench light and check engine light came on. Googled the closest Ford dealer to check codes for us before traveling further. Called at 1:30pm on a Friday afternoon, asked if it would be possible to stop by and have it looked at, completely expecting a No we don t have time until Monday. answer. We were very pleasantly surprised when the young man in the service dept said sure come on by. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was very kind and we are so thankful for the quick help and willing attitudes we encountered. Helped us continue on our vacation without stress.

We can t say enough about the great service we got at Philip Motors. Our F150 was in limp mode with a Check Engine light. We were pulling a trailer from Montana to North Carolina. The team at Philip Motor jumped into action, diagnosed the cause as a bad throttle body and replaced it in the parking lot so that we didn t even have to disconnect the trailer. They got us back on the road in less than an hour. Best service we have ever had. Many thanks to Craig Burns and his team.

Philip Ford dealership is A+ place to obtain service for your vehicle. I was traveling and had a check engine light come on. They went out of their way to assist me as I was pulling a camper, traveling with 3 dogs (one who is elderly with a heart condition), and I was alone. They could not have been kinder in meeting every need I had including helping me find a place to plug in my camper to keep my dogs comfortable and safe while they fixed my truck. Every single person in that dealership treated me like I was their neighbor even though they had never seen me before. I can t say enough nice things about them and the service department!!!

Blew a tire in the middle of South Dakota and they were super helpful in getting me what I needed to continue on my journey at a reasonable price. I just got home and I m feeling very grateful for their help. Would definitely recommend.

Took advantage of a small business and probably does to regular customers too. Lied on multiple occasions and when called out came up with nonsense. Will never do business with these people again.

I bought a brand new F 150 from Philip motor in 2012. It is now 2023 and the pickup has 89000 miles on it. The pickup has not had a breakdown in 11 years. They have been hard miles. A lot of gravel roads and pasture driving. With regular service I hope to get many more miles from this vehicle.

I broke down on the interstate near Philip while pulling my gooseneck trailer cross-country. Craig and crew went far above and beyond by towing both my truck and my trailer to the dealership and then did a top-notch job of repairing my truck (injectors went out). They got me up and running in no time and I was able to continue on my way to California. The truck performed beautifully after they were done with it! Thanks for bailing me out and for the great work and customer service Guys!

I was in the middle of a cross country move when my check engine light came on. They let me come in immediately and diagnosed my truck after another dealership told me they couldn't help. Philip is an example of what customer service should be!

We broke down going cross country for a load we had and they were the closest to us. We needed to get our repairs done quickly as we were on a time constraint. Unfortunately they couldn t get us in till Monday(we came in on Friday). Thankfully enough they got us a rental and we got the parts we needed and they let us use their shop to fix it our selves and let us stay overnight in their lot. We are beyond grateful and so thankful for their kindness. We would of been seriously SOL if it wasnt for them accommodating us. Service like this is hard to come by and we travel the country! Their kindness is better then gold. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service!! We had just finished a trip through the Badlands National Park and our tire sensor indicated a low tire. We made it to Philip just as the tire went flat. They got our Ford into a service bay immediately, offered us something to drink and in less than thirty minutes we were back on the road enjoying our vacation. They offer all that you could ask for: friendly, reasonably priced and fast! Small town service that rocks!

My wife and I were traveling and our Lincoln broke down. I called several garages and no one had an opening to get our car in for weeks. I called Philip motor and Isaiah answered. What a rockstar!!! He was very kind and understanding of our situation. He assured me that they would do what they could to help us. I was able to get our car towed, he worked us in, and they fixed our car in about an hour. Luckily it was a minor issue. He was so kind and helpful, he even told me where to get some great pizza for dinner!!!! He turned a stressful situation into a happy memory. Thank you Isaiah and Phillip Motors.

Was passing through on vacation on a Saturday afternoon and sheared the flex plate bolts off on my transmission. Ended up getting a rv spot in kadoka for my trailer and camped there. Got my truck into here Monday afternoon and Craig the service manager (I think) was really awesome and great to deal with. Not only did the have my truck fixed by the end of the work day on Tuesday but they went above and beyond. They went the extra mile and took care of me and my family. They also supplied me with a tow to the shop which was greatly appreciated. Thankyou very much Philip motors for taking care of me and my family!!!

I have had multiple great experiences at Philip Motor but most recently I locked my keys in my car. I have become so dependent on my phone app to lock and unlock my car and when the app stopped working, Craig gave top notch service and skill in unlocking my car! Thank you so much!

My wife and I needed a new tire for our vehicle on Labor Day weekend because we had a blowout, and they were able to put a new tire on for a very low price and very easy to work with. They even recommended a nice coffee shop nearby called ginnys. We really appreciated Pat from Parts and his quick work

Super helpful and friendly. They helped diagnose my vehicle and worked with me while I was half a state away. The guys were flexible and patient with the repairs and were more than reasonable with their prices. There aren't many mechanics that I trust but they have earned mine.

This dealership is absolutely best in class when it comes to providing an excellent client experience. I had my 2017 truck towed there with a broken transfer case. Chelsea and Janet (service reps) kept me informed throughout the day regarding the work and warrantee. Craig (Manager) provided the best customer service I've ever experienced with a car dealership. They even made recommendations for places stay that were dog friendly. I'm from NC but I will definitely purchase my next vehicle with Philip Motor Inc. This is team is the best.

We are full time RVers so having truck in good working condition is a must. Our 2009 Dodge Ram 3500 started giving us trouble and this was the closest place to have it checked. Service was amazing! They ran diagnostics as soon as we pulled in. They explained the problem and put temporary fix in place. Unfortunately part that needed replacing is special order and they did not have it in stock. We were not going to be around to wait for the part. But they researched the next Dodge service place for us, printed history of part maintenance and really did all they could do to help us out. And all of that at a very reasonable price. Entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Larry, Jeremy and mechanic whose name I don't have. I highly recommend this place.

My truck had a major problem while travelling. Stopped at a large dealer in Rapid City, but they had no interest in helping me get my truck fixed. But they did give me a list of other dealers. Called Philip Motors and explained my problem. They gave me an appt for the next morning. They took my truck right in, and had it fixed in less than 30 mins. I've owned trucks for over 40 years, and this is the best service I've received from anyDealer. They turned a bad situation into a truly memorable one. An amazing Service team...

Generally speaking, Philip Motor has parts in stock for many vehicles. The older the vehicle, or more specialized, the less likely you might find parts on hand. My experiences here have been good. If they didn't have the part in stock, they could generally get it by the end of the day, or afternoon of the following day.Staff in the parts department has always been helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to help you find something that will work.Service is above par, given that Philip Motor is a small town business.I would definitely return in the future.

Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!They don t call you back, I ve taken my vehicle in for the same problem 3 times and paid! They still haven t taken care of it. I highly recommend you go elsewhere! Save yourself the trouble. The managers are a complete JOKE! They don t do anything to make things rights. Oh, I m sorry they ask you bring the car back in! For the third time and still don t fix it!!

We broke down later in the afternoon on a cross country move after hitting a particularly rough pothole. My insurance called around to a bunch of different places, but they either couldn't take me or it would take a couple days to get to me. Philip Motor said they could start working on it first thing in the morning. They worked so hard to get us taken care of and back out on the road. To Janet and everyone else, thank you from the bottom of my heart for getting us going so quickly and being so kind to a couple of stranded strangers.

I took my vehicle to the dealership just to ask if someone could put air in my tires because the tire light was on. They got me in and out in minutes. I tried to give Daniel - the technician - a tip, but he wouldn t take it. They have the friendliest people working there!!

When our Limousine driver found himself stranded in the middle of nowhere overheating with a bad hose, Greg at Philip Motor really stepped up to the plate and worked late that same night to get our driver on the road early the next morning. What a great job they did for us! Thank you Greg!

On a cross country road trip, we broke down in the Badlands, and Craig in the service department was our saving grace! Though they had a full schedule, Craig came and gave us a tow, as well as squeezed us in same day to replace the alternator and battery. We were back on the road within just a few hours, and cannot thank Craig and his team enough. Give that guy a raise!!!

My family and I had just arrived at the Badlands, for the first major stop on our vacation. That's when the lift pump on my 2004 Dodge 2500 went out. Philip Motor was the closest shop that could work on the Cummins diesal. It was nearly closing time for the dealership and by the time the wrecker would arrive and transport my truck to Philip it would be well after closing. The service writer, Chelsea, offer to meet me at the dealership to get the truck checked in and to get us a rental car. Thanks to Chelsea caring and going above and beyound what was expected, my family and I was able to get to our hotel and continue our vacation. The truck was repaired and made it home. A big thanks goes out to everyone who got us back on the road.

Omg...Craig and Tom are Lifesavers!!! We ran into problems with our F350 on the way to Sturgis. They stayed late and worked MIRACLES for us. These guys are incredible. Couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful.. what awesome after-hours angels!See you

Had a flat tire ... Weird size ... Pat found me a used one to get me home and changed the tire for a reasonable price and under 1/2 hour. Excellent people there!!!
