I could not recommend Wagner's Towing more highly! Their customer service, professionalism, and attitude were all above and beyond what I expect from a business. This summer while driving across the country I was stranded on the interstate after a tire exploded. I was stuck on the side of the road in a construction zone in 100+ degree heat. I was alone on a cross country road trip and am not from the area and after calling a few other businesses who told me they couldn't do anything until after their lunch breaks, or did not want to make the trip, I called Zach and he was there to tow me to safety within minutes. Once we arrived at his shop he spent an hour calling around to find me replacement tires (my car uses an uncommon size) he drove to pick them up for me and I was able to purchase them with no-markup. He gave me shelter, AC, and refreshments while putting them on my car and got me back on the road before the end of the day! If I had not found Wagner's towing I would have been stranded for days. The price was much lower than I expected for the amount of work and time that was dedicated to me, and Zach's attitude and hospitality made me feel safe & taken care of in a stressful situation. I could not recommend Wagner's more! Thank you!

Zach is a great guy. My bf and I broke down on I90 at a rest area and we are from out of town. We called AAA and they connected us to Zach. We got towed over 100 miles. He is a super sweet guy who cares about service for sure! His truck is clean and he s not afraid to get to know people. I wouldn t want to get towed by anyone else. My brother and I were traveling to North Dakota when our car broke down, they got our car fixed within an hour and had us back on the road quickly. Fair prices and treated us great. Did all this on New Years day, great company!

Thermostat housing cracked on way to Pierre coming from Canton SD van was over heating gave this guy a call and he found us the piece and fixed very quickly and after 5! Friendly and knowledgeable! Price was right! Even has a kitty to play with while u wait!

We called another shop in town and they told us to call Wagner's Towing. Thankfully, he was able to get us in pretty quick and fix our problem. Got us back on the road in just a couple hours! Very friendly service as well. Hopefully we won't breakdown in this spot again but if we do, Wagner's Towing is who we will call.

I m usually not one to write reviews but we felt Zach s great services were definitely worth mentioning. Our camper (travel trailer) broke a leaf spring going over the 1-90 bridge and we rolled into the gas station just across the river. Our trailer tire was rubbing against the frame and close to catching fire. We thought for sure this would be the end of our vacation, but we happened upon Zach s phone number and he showed up less than 10 min later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had a wheel Dolly with him which he used to tow our camper back to his garage. After finding some replacement springs at a nearby parts store, Zach s team installed them promptly and expertly.Zach is a friendly and honest businessman and knowledgeable mechanic and his labor and towing prices were more than fair considering our predicament. We were back on the road in only 2.5 hours!I highly recommend his services!!!Service: Car towing

Not your average towing company. Zach goes above and beyond in his work and his relationships with his customers. I highly reccomend to anybody wanting to be treated correctly. This dude is super nice and he stayed super late to help me and my girlfriend out in a really tight spot. I would only recommend Wagner if you re in the area for the best service and make sure you stop in to see Daphne and Velma!

Was driving across the country and had my transfer case go out, Wagners towing got me back on the road in record time. Above and beyond service, and 7 months later repair is still in good working order! Thanks again Zach couldn t be happier with the service!

Zack was awesome! We broke down randomly driving from CO to MN and Zack was awesome and towed us all the way to MN! He s a great guy also and we felt very comfortable with him the whole time. Thanks Zack!

A chair took out our tire on our way East back to MN. Zach was excellent and provided great service and was exceptionally kind and helped us source a tire after all the other shops were closed and for an extremely fair price. If you re looking for a simple tug to get your vehicle pulled out of a drift, DO NOT call these guys, a simple help will cost you $400!!!! When people do this kind of stuff out of kindness. Highly DO NOT recommend

Mr. Wagner is awesome! He came and got us pretty quickly, and even coordinated with AAA for us. In the middle of our cross country trip, our car broke down and he came and gave us a tow to the closest shop. Drove us about an hour out and was very nice. Zach was great had to come pick up my car after I blew up the engine. Was super awesome about loading my car we couldn't load it forward because the bumper rubbed and so we had to take her backwards. Had a great attitude instead of your normal grouchy tow drivers ya always get. Will definitely go through this guy. Thanks so much man. Keep up the great workService: Car towing
