I have family in South Dakota that I was visiting, but had to drive across the state to fly back. If you know anything about the upper midwest, you know that nothing is close by and you have to drive at least a couple hours to get to the next civilization..So, we were about to start a longer drive and stopped at this Shell to get gas and prep. Usually gas station stops like that are ones you want to make quick and not mess around.However, the trip to this Shell is one I still remember, because of how awesome the attendant Sharyl was! With a huge smile on her face and all the friendliness in the world, she started our drive off the best it could have with how awesome she was. She even offered us paper towels to take with for our snacks.I specifically remember her saying how, your mom isn t around right now so I ll take care of you like a mom would . She was unbelievably sweet and unforgettable- this will be the gas station I come back to in the area just because of her!

We stopped, like most people, on our way across the state. Just another gas stop, right? But then the gentleman working to clean up the pump area mentioned to my husband that one of our trailer tires had a bulge in it. We had been checking things along our travels, but did not notice this tire issue yet.We pulled across the way and immediately changed the tire, saving us a blow-out and possible major damage to our trailer, truck, other people on the road, etc.This was above-and-beyond, and we are so grateful to him for his keen eye and safety-mindedness. I did not catch his name, which I regret, but please pass along our gratitude and encourage all of your station employees everywhere to follow his example. Sure makes a good impression about your company.

Super friendly gas station to stop by when traveling across South Dakota. We were greeted on our way out and during the transaction, was met with kindness. This gas station have a clean bathroom, a small casino with a few slot machines, souvenirs and the usual food you find at a gas station.

Driving across SD TO visit family in Wisc. Stopped to fill up and get some snacks. The lovely lady behind the counter asked if I'd found everything. When I mentioned that I had not found any sugar free candy she came around the counter and searched with me. No SF candy but she was so pleasant. I remarked on how clean and neat the store was, including the restrooms, which were pristine. She was very pleased and said she hoped we would stop again on our way back. This gas ststion and store are well stocked, with the one exception, and all staff are there to make your visit pleasant. It was a very nice encounter.

Parking here is decent.Set up for getting gas is decent.The staff was extremely nice.The inside is pretty big clean and well maintained.They have a nice selection of items you can buy.I was surprised to see there was a casino in the back.

The bathroom was very clean and the lady at the front was really funny and kind. She helped us along with tips on eating popcorn in the car and gave us some paper towels for the road.The popcorn here was $0.87 and it was fresh and great to eat on the road!I would definitely recommend stopping here if you are passing by on the road.

Every time we stop here the clerks are always SO friendly. The little things like making sure your lid is on the coffee cup can make a person's day much better!

This station is very well stocked and the ladies behind the counter were so helpful! They offered napkins, wrapped my chocolate candy in a napkin, and even offered a cup to put our pistachio shells in. So thoughtful and friendly!Bathrooms are clean, smell nice, and the store is well kept. What a pleasant experience!

The best experience we have had at a gas station! The lady working on 8/9/22 sometime in the morning deserves a raise! She was incredibly helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to help us!

I travel to a lot of different bodies of water to fish along 1-90 and one of my favorite stops is this Shell station in Oacama. Never been a huge fan of gas station food but this place is an exception. Great selection of road worthy food that tastes great. Staff is always friendly in my experience and the bathrooms are really clean.

PLEASE PULL OFF THE PUMP WHEN YOUR DONE. DONT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE TO GO INSIDE MAKING PEOPLE WAIT!!!! Other wise, this is a very nice place

We Enjoyed our stop in here. It made our morning. Very friendly and it was so clean. Coffee is great and a nice section of other foods and drinks. Definitely recommend! Very easy to get in and out with our big trailer as well

A very friendly, well organized store and clean bathrooms. Sharyl was very considerate, giving us extra paper towels and grocery sacks for our food to make it easier to dispose of them until our next stop. I would recommend anyone traveling through the area to stop here.

We pulled in to fuel up our truck pulling our short travel trailer, and we had hardly put the pump back and they were telling us to pull forward because we were blocking pumps. We maybe we re blocking one extra pump, and needed to change our baby s diaper which would have taken 3 minutes. It was rather rude with other pumps open. I wonder if the boat trailer next to us was also told the same. We won t be back.

Lady working was talking with a customer. I went to go in at 10 pm. Hours said open until 12am. Doors were locked. Had to come unlock them and was very rude asking us what we wanted. All we needed was the bathroom and some snacks. She said she was done working even though it was 2 hours from closing she denyed us of purchasing anything and told us we better be quick in the bathroom. And as we got out. All the lights were off and locked us in until she came and scolded us when unlocking the doors.

The clerk here was so kind, she really made my whole day better. I just bought a couple small food items but she fussed over me like I was her daughter. The store and bathrooms were very clean.

This was a good Shell to stop at, the gas was priced as regionally expected and the restrooms were clean. As I recall there was actually a sign promising that the restrooms were regularly checked & guaranteed clean. The mini mart had plenty of items and the staff was friendly.

Very clean, modern facility. Easy to access with small or large vehicles. Gas prices always seem a little higher in this area than anywhere along the route from Rapid City to Sioux Falls.

well.hello actually coming to this location to fill up. It's one of my stops and one downside to it is sometimes on the busy day they do not enforce vehicles to be movedMy suggestion is on the diesel side you pay with the card and move the vehicle if you want to get some food there's parking available for you . The food is worth noting that is good should definitely check it out.

The bathrooms were very clean. The gas station attendant offered some small cups for our seeds and a napkin for our honey bun. Awesome service!!!!

I stopped to get gas and some how lost the remote to my car, after getting home I retraced my stops and called this shell station in Oacoma. The Man who answered was very nice and informed me that they not only found my remote but took my information to mail it back to me!!! I received it in perfect condition and wanted to say thank you!!!!!!

Always had good service here, but the gas prices do seem a little high. You'll get what you expect for selection and pricing for gas station fare, but the coffee here always seems to be sub-par.

Never before had I been to a gas station and convenience store where the team working there so clearly cared for their work. What amazing ladies and caring touches throughout the store
