We just bought a 2022 Chevy Equinox from them and got a great deal. We traveled over an hour to check out this dealership and I'm glad we did. They made the whole process super easy and Rich was great to work with!! I'm sure we will be back again the next time we go car shopping! We were very satisfied with the whole experience.

I am totally impressed with La Fleur Auto. The salesman treated us well. The purchase went smoothly. There was a small issue that I noticed when I got the vehicle home and they dealt with that quickly. I have already recommended them to others.

I have bought several cars (6) from this auto group and extremely happy with every purchase and interaction with them. This weekend they went above and beyond to get my bestfriend into an suv because her car transmission was failing fast. Would 110% always recommend getting a car from here! Bought a 2019 ram. Everything so far is good. Only complaint is that the truck had price tag of 31995 at their lot but online a higher price. Did not want to sell for the price on the tag they had.

Just bought a 2019 Explorer Sport Platinum. They treated me like a king!! They got me the vehicle I wanted at very very close to my price. This is my 3rd vehicle from them and I recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle at a reasonable price and with the best service.

Buying cars is a horrible experience for me but, not any more! Matt @ La Fleur was kind, helpful and made the whole transition a very awesome one! 5 Stars for honesty, transparency, and all around a good customer service.I'm from out of state but considered buying a vehicle from LaFleurs. Matt was very helpful. Simply outstanding and prompt. He sent me detailed photos of the vehicle and always willing to go back and take more. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in vetting out a vehicle from out of state.Finally, I put a deposit on the car and bought my plane ticket. Matt even offered to pick me up at the airport 1 hour away from their dealership, so add hospitality to the list.But the day before my flight, Matt called me and said they found a problem - they were test driving the car one more time to make sure everything is in order (for me the next day when I arrive). They found that the 4wheel drive would not engage (or engages intermittently). They need replace the transfer case to fix it, but wanted to make sure I knew that my drive back might be a few hours delayed.I decided it was too risky of a fix in case something else went wrong. I have no doubt they'd make it right, but I'm from Denver so there would be no taking it back to their shop.They returned my deposit - no questions asked.I figured they could have easily let me travel to their shop before telling about the issue. That would have made backing out even that much more harder on me. Instead, they did the right thing. Things happen and somethings can go unnoticed, but I'm glad they told me when they knew and to give me as much time to decide.Thanks Matt, Jerry, and Chad. You guys are as honest as it probably gets in your business.

Cerra and Jerry were great to work with. Sold me a hard to find older clear Jeep at a reasonable price. Delivered it to the house and when a small issue showed up a day later that was missed in their inspection they fixed the following day. Will definitely look there again next time.

We traded in a car and left with a new one shortly after. Very good experience and everyone was extremely friendly. I could not believe how quick the whole process was, especially on a Saturday! My fianc� and I will be back next time we need a car.

I bought a truck from LaFleur Auto almost 2 years ago, It was a little higher miles but I have had no problems with it out side of wear and tear items. I refuse to shop anywhere else, The place is clean, the sales staff is very helpful, low pressure, and I really felt like they listened to my needs and bent over backwards to help me get a truck that fit my budget. I felt the were honest and treated me very fairly. Will be my first and last stop each and every time I need a new vehicle. Between my wife and I we have bought 3 from Lafleur now. 5 stars all day long.

I love LaFleur Auto. Easy to work with. Bought several vehicles from them. They just need to to get their repair shop back up and running full time. Any certified mechanic that is looking for a good steady job......go apply! Great people.

I had a bought a 2014 Ford Edge in March of 2021 without a warranty.About 3 weeks later the transfer case went out. Called the dealership and they said they would fix it with no cost to me. Brought in the vehicle and they had it done in two days. Definitely a dealership I will be returning to in the future.

My daughter purchased her first car with Matt at LeFleurs. Maybe it's from my years of working within customer service, but it takes alot impress me. This team hit it out of the park! They went above and beyond to make it happen for her. I would highly recommend going here when you want to be treated with dignity, and respect. In a day and world that has forgotten how to treat people, it was refreshing to watch someone who understands the art of genuine customer care!

I bought a car at LaFleur last week for my daughter. The sales staff and everyone involved made the process very easy. Absolutely no high pressure sales. I was very impressed with the quality of their inventory. This was my 1st experience with LaFleur. I will be making it my 1st stop next time I need a new vehicle!!!!

Edit:Joe recently called me about the bad experience, and offered car services to make up for it. Not only that, but they changed their system about making appointments to see a car because of this. Im very happy he called to settle things. The great thing about locally owned businesses is that they care - its not some corporate owned establishment where employees can't do anything for an unhappy customer due to strict rules.Original:I had inquired about a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze LT that was for sale late Thursday. Friday morning around 9am, Matt had responded back asking when I would be available to look at the car. I answered that I work during their open hours, so Tuesday would work on my day off. He did not respond for the rest of that day. No text back on Saturday. I know they're closed Sunday. He finally texted back early Monday morning saying that Tuesday would work. I decided to come in before my shift without telling Matt, and when I arrived and questioned him about the car, he simply told me they sold it. I was is shock and dumbfounded thinking... man, what am I going to do now? He didn't bother to text me saying that they sold it. When I told him that I wanted to see that specific car as stated in the text, he said that he didn't know since it didn't have a picture with it, unlike an email. I think that's an excuse because it clearly stated in the text which car I was interested it. Maybe he didn't read it? Maybe he sold it and wanted me to go to La Fleur anyway to look at other cars? Maybe he sold the car within the one hour he texted me Monday morning? I don't know. All I know is that I'm not impressed. Matt did not bother to apologize or anything. I talked to Joe last year, and he would finance me. My mom and I went to La Fleur today as scheduled, hoping Joe was there, but he was not. I was going to buy that Chevy Cruze today. Pictures provide text messages of conversation. I really like La Fleur, and they had my business until this. Many people stated this scenario was shady business.

Buyer beware. I bought a 2002 Nissan Frontier from LA Fleur and was told multiple times by the salesman that their cars are all inspected and repaired before being put on the sales lot. He told me how now they have a repair garage in house they take care of all the cars. He repeatedly told they did a detailed inspection of all their vehicles. When I took the truck to the Nissan dealer to get a recall fixed I was told the oil had not even been changed in a long long time and that there are about $3000 of repairs needed. Starting with a fuel pump, throttle sensor, and leaking power steering pump and lines. They had this truck for two months before I bought it. The salesman knew I was going to take this truck to the dealer for the recall fix when I bought it because I bought the Carfax in front of him and still did not bring up any mechanical problems it may have. I feel they are out for the quick sales and not repeat customer satisfaction.

My name is Tony E.No Stars, it should be negative stars by -6.I Called them secured a price on a 2008 Hummer H2.Talked to the owner about the price and came to an agreementto purchase the Hummer.Set up a time and date to be picked up from the airport after buying ticket for myself and my wife to go pick up the car, had secured a loan from my credit union and had check in hand, two weeks late the day before we was to fly there, I was informed that they could not sell me the hummer due to the fact that they did not have the title or was having title problems. They did not offer to reimburse the money for the ticket and or compensate me for the amount of interest the loan had gathered.It almost seems that they got a better price for the hummer and backed out of the deal.I don't care what others write about LaFleur auto sales I would recommend to buy from somewhere else they are a company which does not stand behind their word and will screw you over if they get the chance.At present I'm out about $250.00 and would not recommend this company to anyone buying a car or truck. VERY BAD BUSINESS, or like their employee told me (Yeah it's a bad deal. My general Manager will call you on Monday) he called a day or so after that text and wanted a copy of our flight tickets purchased that was around June 13 2017 it must have been Friday the 13th because I have heard nothing from them since then and it is July the 3rd 2017.They truly are bad business and should be avoided at all cost.Remember its your dollar that you worked hard for, and with LaFleur promise it will be you dollar lost, if you trust them and buy from them.it should be (-6) but I had to put one star to post this.This statement is a true fact and can be proven in a court of law!!!!

4/16BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!Two weeks after i got the car the air bag light would come on randomly; mainly when it was cold out and then it would turn off. I took it to a jeep dealer and they told me it needed a new air bag which would cost roughly $900.00. I contacted LaFleur and they agreed to pay half but I would have to get the work done at their shop. I have had the car for less than a month and I haven't even made my first payment. The car cost 20,000.00
