Samantha did an outstanding job of facilitating the entire visit from making the announcement, have a tech available the moment I arrived to filing the insurance paperwork. Very satisfied!

Vern Easy just like the commercial says. I made the appointment and they got me right in and had my windshield replaced in no time at all. Picked up my truck and I couldn t of been more proud of the ladies at the Vern Eide Collision Center .

Quick with getting me in as a walk in to repair crack in window just received on travel to Mitchell for doctor appt. Friendly staff. I had been there a couple of years prior for some body work and this visit, let's just say "I love what you've done to the place!" It was a homier atmosphere, much more pleasant waiting area with Kurig and assortment of munchies. They had to push me out the door when the work was done, lol.

I can't say enough good things about this team! Amazing customer service!! I drive 1.5 hours to have them work on my vehicle and will continue to do so because of how easy they are to work with, how fair their prices are, and the quality of their work
