I brought my vehicle in to get a rock chip repaired today! The repair was fantastic. The customer service is amazing and makes the place stand out! The staff here is so nice, along with the owner, Doug! The icing on top of the cake of this great experience, along with past experiences with Doug s Custom, is that they clean the interior and exterior of your vehicle! 1000000/10 recommended Doug s Custom!

Excellent service! They scheduled my windshield repair quickly, gave me a ride to work and delivered my vehicle when finished. Not only was the cost very reasonable, the staff was helpful and friendly. And, as a bonus they cleaned the interior and exterior! I will be returning!

I always choose to get any collisions fixed at Doug's Custom! The service is always top-notch each and every time. Attention to detail and getting the job done quickly and correctly the first time are the qualities you can expect from them. They go above and beyond expectations to create happy customers Both times I've had service, they always help present different options and offer very professional opinions to help you pick what's best for you regarding cost and fit/finish. They work with the materials and really know what would be best for each situation.Doug's Custom keeps you updated on the status of your vehicle, lets you pick other part options, notifies you of other issues they find ASAP, and even allows you to work in other non-collision related work to help save you some money (e.g. They take off a scratched mirror to fix the collision but it wasn't covered under the insurance claim).My last collision I got rear ended and it left a mess in my car with hot chocolate all over the dash and windshield. I didn't get to cleaning it up and felt bad about the mess. Doug's Custom fixed up the collision perfectly and even cleaned the whole inside so it looked spotless and smelled fresh! The exterior was left spotless with a high shine I haven't seen for years! Above and beyond my expectations!You won't regret getting your car serviced here!Thanks again for always doing a fantastic job! If I ever need something fixed, I know where I'll go

This was my first visit to Doug s and I can t say enough GREAT things about them. The work was impeccable, the staff friendly and helpful and they even cleaned my car! I met the owner, Doug, when I picked up the car and he was so friendly and willing to help me out on another issue as well. Excellent service!

I bought a Hustler mower from them! Service was great and even did it all over the phone! When we went to pick up they looked carefully over the mower to make sure everything was good to go. If/when I buy another mower it will be from Doug s!

I needed a riding mower so I stopped by and met Cory. He was very easy to talk to and gave me good information. Very good service which is hard to come by now a days. I bought a used rider and was super happy. I took home and tried it out right away. Unfortunately it wasn t perfect for my setup but could work. I called them and asked if it was even an option to return a used mower. They didn t skip a beat and just said they want me happy so they were fine returning it back. GREAT service and customer care. Keep in mind they dropped off and picked up for me as well. I will definitely be using them in the future for a detail, body work, ect. Thanks again Cory!

Came to Doug's after some unfortunate circumstances which left me with a dent in my pickup. They were spot on with the quote & went above and beyond and even fixed a dent I had before I bought the pickup for no additional cost! Ended up saving me upwards of $250 and they simply asked me to pay it forward. What a great deal-best body shop I've been to. Quality of work & customer service 10/10.

This place is awesome! Very friendly and personable! They apologized for me having to wait and thanked me for choosing them! During the time they had the vehicle, they kept me updated. I got into an accident around Christmas and needed to fix my front bumper. When I first went to them for an estimate, they took their time looking at my car. They actually got down on the ground and looked at small details, even I had missed! I received a realistic estimate that I took to my insurance company. While fixing my car, they did a complete check of my vehicle and informed me of anything I needed fixed. They gave me constant updates to let me know when my car would be done. When I went to pick up my car, you couldn't tell it had ever been in accident, everything looked brand new! They also gave me estimates on the other things on my car they found needed repairs!! I'm definitely impressed with Doug's and will be going there again if I need anything!!

Cory and everyone did a great job getting my vehicle in quickly and dealing with the insurance company so I did not have to! They kept in contact with me during repairs so I knew how progress was coming. I would highly recommend Doug s custom paint and body!

They fixed a rock chip in my windshield and I was so happy the cost wasn t too high. They also cleaned the inside & outside of my car (I would have paid more to just have my car cleaned somewhere else than what the cost was) they also came to me and picked my car up. I had a child get sick that day as well so I needed my car back early to go get him. They were able to finish up quickly and my car was ready early. Thank you so much!

Had Doug's Custom Paint and Body replace my side mirror on the driver side. They did a fantastic job they washed and cleaned my vehicle which made me very excited!! I had a low tire they put air in the tire for me, very professional, very kind and easy to work with would definitely go back again!Thanks Cory, Amy & Michelle

Our 2009 Yukon XL was returned to us looking like new. Doug and his staff go over and above anything I would expect in a collision repair shop. They communicate what will be fixed, the progress of repairs, and when it will be done. 100% professional service. Customer for life sums it up.

Top notch annual service for my Hustler mower. Cory takes the time to go over every part that shows wear and tear and let s me decide if I want to replace it or not. The staff is always polite and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

I was in a hail storm in the Black Hills and had major damage to my vehicle with hundreds of hail dents on all parts of my car. Doug and his team brought my car back to looking like new. This is perhaps the only body shop I would recommend for the area. Nice building and terrific service. They really know what they are doing. I personally haven't talked to Doug in a decade but he is consistent and well recommended by many in the area. You cant miss by taking your business here.
