Was told the fix would be $70 + labor. Spent over $800 and never fixed the problem. Now they don't know how much more to actually fix the problem.

Honest upfront employees just took van in repaired drove it back up front to me very efficiently . Also got me a few freebies writing pen calender and bottle of sanitizer on a clasp . Great job !

Stayed nearby at Herman Lake the night before in our RV. Noticed abnormal tire wear and stopped by to have them inspect it for me. Great service. Outstanding advice. Recommend highly!

Two people I love dearly could have been killed due to your negligence!!!!!. I will advise EVERYONE from here on out to never do business with you. It used to be a great company. Not sure what happened.

They ruin my vacation back home to see my kids and grandkids because I never told them to check my fluids on my car just 2 tires and their worker never put the oil cap back on. And still have not resolved the problem

Quickly installed a new set of tires on my travel trailer. Balanced them as well. Office staff and technicians were very friendly and tires were priced well.

Quick and affordable oil change. But they claimed the tires didn't need to be rotated because the better tread was on the front. Insurance companies and tire manufacturers all recommend the tires with the better tread be installed on the rear axle. Unsure if they did this out of negligence or inanity, but I'd hoped a place named "Tire Motive" would know about this-- apparently not. They also didn't read the CEL we specifically asked them to check. Front desk clerk was a bit patronizing about the whole situation.Would trust again with an oil change, not much more.

Had a bad tire thay couldn't fix it so sold me a used tire was back on the road In less then half hour didn't break the bank fast friendly service I highly recommend tire motive could only give them 5 stars or thay would get more
