Stemper Auto Body was great to work with on fixing my car. Nate did an awesome job keeping me informed on where we were in the process of dealing with insurance. He explained how it works and what I would need to provide to the insurance company. The work was excellent and completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Stemper Auto Body to anyone looking to have their vehicle repaired after an accident.

No one wants to deal with car damage but Stempers makes it enjoyable from the second you walk in there s a friendly smile and excellent customer service. From explaining what they need from insurance to getting the quote done I was in and out in 20 minutes. It took little time to get the parts needed and getting my vehicle in to be fixed up. They dealt with insurance flawlessly. Not to mention my car was detailed cleaned when I got it back and was probably cleaner than when I bought it! I can t thank everyone at Stempers for their attention to detail and care I received. Definitely would choose them again but hoping I don t need too!

Stemper exceeded my expectations when they fixed my vehicle. I hit a deer and 2 months later I had a brand new vehicle again. Stemper did a great job getting parts as quickly as they could and were a breeze to work with. When I picked up my vehicle it was spotless inside and out. Our vehicle was returned dirty, the initial bid was missing obvious damage, and it was not done on time. When we tried to visit about issues, we felt belittled.I went to Sioux Falls for a second opinion. They will take care of the glass issue. I will not have Carson yell like a two year old having a tantrum. A glass specialist has agreed that it is suspect in that the roof and pillars had no chips. He suggested a few scenarios but said he could not make an assumption on how it occurred. It's not about the dollar amount but in the way we were treated. I would rather pay out of pocket than put up with that behavior again.

Stempers have always done a great job with our vehicle repairs. They are great about being upfront about cost and working with insurance. They are busy, though, so with that, it can take several weeks to get in for a repair. In our world, it feels worth it to have local people work on our vehicle and do a great job knowing that we will continue to recommend their services to our friends and family.

I dropped my car off dirty, cluttered and with a broken bumper. I was hoping the new bumper would look nice but my car was spotless as well?! Just picked up my 2017 Impala- to say WOW just isn t enough! The workmanship is outstanding- we have a diamond tri-coat on our paint and they blended it perfectly! That was just the outside- then I opened the door to get in and they had detailed the inside - felt like I was climbing into a new car!! I can t recommend Nate and his crew at Stemper Bodyshop enough!! A+ all the way around!!
