Montgomery Furniture in Madison, SD is top of the line in extraordinary service and meeting the customers needs. Taylor, design consultant, is very knowledgeable about furnishings and up to date design. She gave me 1 on 1 attention and followed through on all requests. She has a delightful personality and eager to please. Oscar is very courteous and scheduled around my timeframe. I was always notified of arrival times. The young men who delivered the furniture were considerate of my home and carefully placed each piece. They were courteous and complimentary. The furnishings I purchased are beautiful and of high quality. I am happy!!

October 19, 2023 My mother was in need of a lift chair. The sales lady was very helpful and understood what I was looking for. It was later in the evening towards closing and they said they could deliver the chair. I was blown away! The delivery guy was very helpful also.Montgomery has a great team there. Thanks so much!

Good selection of furniture and rugs to choose from. Relaxed atmosphere.I took home several material samples and a rug sample. No rush to return samples. Enjoyed working with Darby. My past furniture and rug purchases have all been of excellent quality Can not wait for my new furniture/ rugto come!

Great experience at the Madison store and our associate Karly was very helpful and patient helping us put together a color scheme. When items were out of stock, she researched items that were available and sent us options to choose from. When the furniture was delivered, the employees were very careful bringing in items and placing them exactly where we wanted. Thanks for the great shopping experience!

I was in need of a bed with electronic elevation of head and feet. Darby was extremely helpful and set us up quickly, including delivering it with another employee. Above and beyond. Cannot thank them both enough!

We had a very good experience at Montgomery s in Madison. The sales lady was so helpful and friendly, running back and forth to answer our questions and grab samples of different leathers. I don t remember her name but she was young and energetic. Thanks so much for all the help! My husband and I both enjoyed working with her.

I have shopped here for years, but my last experience was the best. Maureen was a complete pro and couldn t have been kinder or more patient. I chose my fabric and I was very annoying during the process, but Maureen made that process so reassuring for me. I ve only had the furniture for a few weeks and have gotten nothing but compliment after compliment! I absolutely love it... it s beautiful and so comfortable and I just couldn t be happier!! Amazing communication and the entire staff, from sales to delivery, was the epitome of professionalism! Bravo, Montgomery s! Customer for life.

I was impressed with the customer service . I live out of town and couldn't get to the store until 6:15pm.Closing time was 7 PM and Rachel didn't rush me and took the time to pick out the appropriate carpet and pad for my house. I felt like I got excellent products at a reasonable price. By the way, we didn't finish the transaction until 7:30pm. She also lined up the estimator and installer and the contact information . That is going beyond for the customer and I really appreciate it.

The sales team did a great job assisting us to find exactly the right pieces. The delivery team were punctual and courteous. The entire Montgomery's team were professional and responsive to our requests. Definitely recommend and look forward to working with them again.

Maureen was very helpful! I told her what I was looking for and she gave me several options to choose from. Most of them were in stock which was awesome! I love having Montgomery's right here in town! Best service ever!

My wife and I are from Minneapolis and were passing through Madison on our way to visit her sister who recently went to an assisted living home nearby. We needed to buy a recliner chair for her and found Montgomery Furniture. We walked in the door and were very taken aback by how nice the place was and could immediately tell we were in a high quality store. Right off we were greeted with a smile and a "hello" by someone who was with another customer. We were very impressed by the beautiful furnishings they had on the floor. Within a few minutes, Marisa helped us find a chair that was just what we needed. We bought it and they will deliver it within a few days. She makes you feel at home immediately.Great, friendly customer service. We wish this store was in the Twin Cities. I was however, glad we had to hurry, otherwise I'm sure my wife would have bought a lot more than we did. Very impressive! Very professional! No pressure! I run a large Toyota dealership in Minneapolis and notice little details about a lot of things. These people have it nailed!!

We ordered a new sectional, knowing it would be a few months before we would get it. Well worth the wait!! It s exactly what I was looking for! The salesperson kept us up to date while we were waiting, and the two gentleman that delivered it were friendly, professional, and took their time to bring the furniture in to ensure no mishaps! We ll look to Montgomery s for our future furniture needs!!

The employees are extremely knowledgeable about their furniture and knew exactly what was available. You can purchase items that are assembled or choose to put it together yourself. We purchased what we wanted over the phone after they sent us photos to our phone.In the rush of the Holidays they were very accommodating and had our item ready to load as soon as we arrived. They were very friendly.

When we are ready to buy furniture, we always look to the local business in our small community. We are fortunate to have a store like Montgomery's in our town of Madison. We know most of the sales people and that helps when making a purchase like furniture. They're friendly no pressure Style makes purchasing this item enjoyable. A very good experience.

My sales person was very professional! I highly recommend this Montgomery's location. I think the small town experience is truly felt here. If the other locations are anything like this one, you will be pleased with the customer service that is given. Besides the great customer service, they have anything that a person can think of for your home. Bonus, they will find what works for your budget as well. No pressure sales, just true professionals!

Purchased a big man s auto recliner after my husband s knee surgery. Salesperson was a great help with all the features on the recliner. It has been one of our favorite purchases. Also purchased one of their recline beds. I love it!!

Always enjoy working with Montgomery s for new furniture or carpet! Very helpful in finding what we want. Larry was very accommodating and double checked to make sure we got exactly what we wanted!
