The worst hotel I ve EVER been to. I went with my family and the guy at the front desk was nice enough to wait for us but the moment we got into our room it was FILTHY. Towels were dirty AND USED , the hotel is old which I don t mind, but still dirty. Staff was nice enough to get me somewhat clean sheets, My youngest woke up with BED BUG BITES! Don t waste your money be careful.Rooms should of been way better cleaned.

Overall experience was ok. Location was good. The breakfast service was a no no no. . No matter what, no one should serve bread in its store bought original bag, should not serve anything, any sweets on its store bought packages. Keep the hard boiled eggs in a see through containers. Rooms will look lot better with some new furniture, don't have to be so expensive. The sofa we had in our room needs to be off of the room.

The hotel room is tiny. Extremely outdated. The bathroom vanity is 2 x4s, bathroom has rotting portions. The hot tub was drained. the pool water was green and had a scum ring around the whole thing. Bedding and towels stained. It's across the street from a very trashy-looking trailer park. I wouldn't have paid $75 for this room let alone twice that which I was charged. Avoid!!!!!!

We stayed in room 112 the bathroom was disgusting. There was some substance that ran down the wall, black mold on the ceiling, one light bulb the other was missing and you could see all the dust and grime, the floor of the shower was black, and a heavy build up of rust on the shower head. The main room had skittles on the floor not from us and receipts still in the drawer from the last guest. They moved us upstairs to a clean room. Every piece of linens in this room and a stain on it. The couch in the room was so gross looking if I had a dog I wouldn t those allowed him to sleep in it. We ended up sleeping on top of all the blankets because there was what appeared to blood stains on the sheets. This room was a waste of money and ruined our trip. There was not discount or even apology given. This inn was anything but ROYAL!

Bed was rock hard. The water was orange when you first turned on the water. They only offer 2 towels when there are 2 adults staying. Every time we went out side to smoke there was a lady that looked like a crack head that would follow us out and watch us for a few before going back inside. I wouldn't recommend this motel or stay again.

Very good hospitality from gentleman that chked me in.Room was very clean, great water pressure for showers lots hot water. Would recommend to anyone.Rooms: Great condition, clean.Safety: Seems good lol

The perfect place to stay while visiting Mt Rushmore!! EVERYthing about this motel was perfect!!Rooms: Quiet, comfy, and cozy. We swam in the indoor pool too.Nearby activities: The little town of Keystone has plenty of activities.Food & drinks: Breakfast was great!Noteworthy details: Super close to Mt Rushmore. Less than 10 minutes away.
