On the way home from Yellowstone to the east coast, panic set in when I got a slow leak on my tire. I called ahead and they said, come over and we will get you on the road. I showed up, they dropped what they were doing, fixed the tire and 35 minutes later, I was back on the road.Very friendly folks and Casey (KC?) got the job done fast. Great guy. Thank you again.

I can't say enough nice things about this place and the people I dealt with here. We were driving across country and the alternator in our vehicle went out. We were able to make it to town and they were able to get me into the shop to help me with the issue. It took a day to get the parts and get the truck running but totally understanding with having to order parts. The price of the repair was more than acceptable and I appreciate the quality of the employees and work preformed.

On a Sunday morning, we hit monster truck sized jump (frost heave?) on the interstate just 5 miles from Kennebec, SD. We limped our camper trailer to the off ramp and the dirt lot at the Clark gas station to discover we had a busted leaf spring on our Jayco 22ft trailer. After a google search, found a number for the one local auto shop, Charley s. They had an on call number and Jordan answered. Very kind. Very helpful. Gave advice. Came up with a plan for the next morning, when they opened back up. Crawled our way to the KOA just down the street (and happens to be conveniently located across the road from the auto shop !)Jordan and all staff were incredibly polite, helpful, affordable, and efficient in helping us solve our SOS camper break.We are so appreciative.

The guys are here awesome! We blew a tire on our 5th wheel and out of all the guys that we called (and it was closing time!) they were the only ones that had what we needed in stock! We were back on the road in under 15 minutes!! Fast, friendly and the prices are good, too! Thanks Charley's!

Great service! Only tire shop within 100mi that had two Lo-Pro 22.5's on hand when I needed them in a pinch! Had me down less than two hours! Dean was super helpful! Will return!

We were traveling to Yellowstone in a Class A RV when our check engine light came on. We were in an unfamiliar area and several gas stations/repair shops were not able to help us. We finally came across Charley's. They were helpful, kind, and affordable. They didn't have the part we needed but took the time to call around to larger shops and to Ford. When they couldn't get a hold of the part they patched up our rig enough so that we could make it to Rapid City safely. Our family is grateful to this wonderful established. Thanks guys!

Traveling from Minnesota to Badlands and points beyond, 90� day and our air conditioning had issues. We called from the road, got great directions. Pulled into the shop and were taken care of by Lee and his team. So impressed they were able to dignosis, repair and get us back on the road in 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My 19 year old son was on his first road trip with friends and heading to the Badlands. He got a flat tire and thankfully it happened near the exit to Kennebec. Their spare wouldn't fill with air and the tire was shot. I called Charley's and told Michelle the situation and she sent someone to help them. They got the spare up and running and the boys were able to get going to the Badlands. Meanwhile, Michelle worked on getting new tires for them to be ready for them on their way back home. She was so helpful and just amazing to work with. She turned what could have ruined the trip into a fun little story to tell about their adventure. I am so thankful to all the people at Charley's, especially Michelle!Service: Tires

My friends car broke down in the middle of our road trip and we got it towed here. Jordan was very familiar, understanding, and helpful with our situation. He even gave us a ride to our hotel so we wouldn't have to walk with all of our luggage. The car needed to be towed back home to Minneapolis but they were happy to keep it safe and stored in the meantime. We were so greatful for their kindness and help!

Called after hours for a flat tire, spoke with Michelle who said they could definitely fix the tire. Once the tow service dropped our vehicle at Charley s, we were greeted by Michelle and their technician. We were back on the road within 30-45 minutes. As we were passing by from Chicago, we realized we needed a new alternator and while this location did not have one on hand, they charged us up, gave us more than one reference for along the way (just in case we broke down getting to the mechanic!) and made an overall overwhelming situation, manageable and stress free. This is a business that is clearly ran on honesty, fairness and above and beyond customer care, overall making it extremely worthy of Service: Battery

Knowledgeable, honest folk. Ran into some trouble off of I-90 and they were quick to help. Tow was much cheaper by calling the shop rather than trying to go through roadside assistance with my auto insurance. Could not have had a better experience with a garage. 12/10 experience. If I find myself in the area again and need work, they would be my first call without a doubt. I worked with Tom and Jordan, both great guys. Thanks again!

Michelle answered the phone before their actual business hours. We were stranded on I-90 with blown trailer tire. Michelle was so helpful and since they were too busy to come help she gave the number of another service to see if they could help... They did! Thanks Michelle for GREAT service. It's hard being on the road no knowing who's trustworthy and Charley's a trustworthy one!

They were are all very friendly. Helped us immediately and got us back on the road in three hours after our car started shaking like crazy. Very cheap, best mechanic experience to date. we needed some emergency assistance on our road trip over NYE weekend and sam was so great to stay past his work hours and help us! He was quick and efficient and was very affordable! He was also super nice and accommodating. Highly recommend if you ever run into any issues on the highway!

Ran into car trouble off I-90. They were willing to stay open late for us and when they figured out the issue only took a few minutes to fix, they didn't charge us anything. Lee and Michelle we're super kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Blew a tire on the off ramp heading home 4th of July weekend. Jordan was willing to come back into work when we arrived via tow truck. It was 45 minutes past closing and did an awesome job. Our family made it back to WI safe because of you.

Sam was a huge help when we were driving from rapid city to iowa, pulled over for a break and realized our oil cap was missing and we were leaking oil. He was quick to assess the issue, inform us of potential hazards, and had suggestions as to what to do next, where to go, and how far we needed to travel. Very personable, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Thank you!

My wife and I were on our way to the Black Hills and had a wheel bearing go out on our camper. Jordan and the guys got us fixed up and on the road in half a day. The staff at Charley's were absolutely awesome, helpful and professional!! It was the perfect town to have our car break down by even though they couldn't fix it because the engine was toast but they definitely diagnosed it correctly! Thank you, thank you!!

The friendly staff at Charley's went above and beyond helping my family when our vehicle broke down on New Year's Eve. They did everything they could to ensure we were safely back on the road in a timely manner. We are so grateful they answered our call!
