Absolutely terrible service. I am a professional driver. I needed fuel, about $1000 worth. Our fleet cards are down currently so boss gives me credit card number, been using it for a few days now no issues, just manually enter and done. Get here, looks like they are truck friendly. Not many options in Ipswich, SD. Go in to pre-pay fuel and am told no because they don't have the card. Explain my situation again, give her non-working fleet card and told well my boss said we usually can't. Does nothing at all to help, rude as hell! But hey, they probably don't need my buisness anyway. I am through the area one-two times a week and need fuel usually $1000 or more.

Just stopped here... Warmly welcomed and offered to cook up whatever I wanted fresh! Cleanest restrooms I've seen anywhere!

BAD customer service!!!! Lady behind the counter was sooo RUDE! I've meet nicer people at my family reunions! Did not catch the lady's name, but was there at 5:30 P.M. on 05/29/21

Gas and food great. But the service is so incredibly rude. Could not work with them. Especially the dark haired woman. Will never go back because of this experience.

As a trucker this is a very nice place to stop. They did permit overnight parking for trucks. Staff is friendly. The rest rooms are clean. Wide selection of food and beverages.

Great place to stop. Clean and friendly. Awesome selection of meat. I always make sure I stop here when coming to Ipswich.
