I purchased tires this week and returned for my "check after 50 miles driven" today. BOTH visits I was greeted promptly by friendly people. I love the windows into the service area so I can actually watch them work on my car! They did a great job and treated me with excellent customer service. Will definitely go back!

Bike something during a basic oil change n didnt tell us. So truck is now in the shop getting engine work or possibly new engine. All over a simple little part.

Today I took my car in and just wanted a balancing check and rotation. I checked on my car several times while in the store and they never once jacked it up or lifted it to do anything barely even pulled it in. Very disappointing. I can't say I will be back or bring my wife's car back. They had 2 hours left in the day to help me I didn't get any help. Car still shakes when driving. Come one walmart yall need to do alittle better here.

The lady that helped me had an attitude problem right off the bat! She told us that she wasn t able to help because they needed to shut the service dept down to fix a light or something not greatWe were able to get them to install a tire so we could make it home thou

Were to lazy to place the rim back properly when I went to buy new tires so the air valve stem was smushed under the rim which lead to it leaking air, now the cap has to be smushed under the rim or else it ll leak air, cheap but lazyService: TiresService: Tires

Very upset...tried to make an appt. They said just get here. Drove an hr and a half for tires that were there...but wernt....and got mid quoted....

It's a good place but it is not nice when u get an oil change u have to wait for a supervisor to check it out

I went today to change a single tire, I was waiting to be attended to, and a guy arrived who by the way arrived after me, and they attended to him first than me, I truly feel like I was being disrespected.Fu� hoy a cambiar una sola llanta estuve esperando que me atendieran en lo cual llega un sujeto que por cierto lleg� despu�s de m�, y lo atendieron primero que yo, verdaderamente me siento como si faltar al respeto.
