Have never had a good experience trying to buy a vehicle from Iversons in Huron. Salesmen never call back and seem like you're an inconvenience when you try to buy something. I'll continue doing my business outside of Huron.

Just don't go here if you have low credit. Or are approved for a car loan and need assistance with it there as in all they needed to do was read the email sent to them to know I had the creditor who was willing to float the loan and no one there wanted to help me, to the point of saying we'll call in a day or 2 and they called back over a MONTH later.

The Service Department has very poor communication skills. I took my car in to get fixed and was charged $158 to tell me nothing was wrong and when the same issues continued, I called to let them know that I was having the same issues. I was told to drop my car off on a Monday. I let them know that I would drop it off on Sunday night. I hadn t heard anything from them so on Thursday I called and got attitude from one of the technicians. They didn t even know my car was there. They stated that they would pull it in and take a look. I finally got a phone call letting me know the problem. When I told him that it should be covered under my warranty that I purchased when I bought the vehicle from them he stated that he would call me back. That never happened and tomorrow will be 1 week since they ve had my car. Good thing I have a second vehicle to use! Communication with clients is key to promoting good customer service. Once my warranty is up, I am done with these clowns!

Called and explained to service that my Ram truck came from Canada and asked about warranty. I also explained that I knew I had broken manifold bolts (who doesn t? Engineered to fail Thanks Chrysler..). I was told it should be covered, so brought it in. Then I get a call to tell me I had broken manifold bolts (thanks for the news), and it would not be covered because my truck was of Canadian origin (that s why I asked FIRST, and what a sham by Chrysler! Way to stand behind your products!)They wanted over $900. For one manifold/side Then I got a bill for over $70 for diagnostics I had already done myself.

Excellent service department. I was visiting from out of state and needed some repairs that my local dealer couldn t seem to find time for. Iverson s took care of everything. Good communications - they let me know what was going on and got the repairs completed in 24 hours despite having to order a part.

I purchased a Kia from the Huron dealership. Wade Hoesing was my salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles I was looking at. Wade was able to find me the perfect vehicle with all the extras I wanted and body style with it being in my budget. Wade and all the staff were very friendly and made it a great experience. I highly recommend them!!!!

We recently purchased a Ram 1500 from Iverson s in Huron. We highly recommend working with Wade. We did not know him prior but we are very satisfied with our experience. Not only did he bring the pickup to Huron from Mitchell the day after we called, the service dept also did a great job! We had them install a couple of additional items that we purchased and the work was completed timely, just as promised.In the future we will look to Iverson s for our vehicle needs.Did we just become best friends?!Darwin & Trina Hofer

Buyers Beware! Purchased a newer pick up from Iverson in Huron SD under the condition a window leak we discovered while test driving the vehicle would definitely be fixed before delivery...received pick up and after first rainfall passenger side floor was flooded, contacted manager at Huron Iverson Auto and he told us we were on our own. Discovered window was never looked at and just delivered as is! Stay Away very shady manager!

We had an overall good experience -- we were a little surprised they didn't offer to put any fuel in the car we bought (it was bone dry) even after mentioning to the sales person the fuel light was on. We were also surprised that no effort was made to clean the car up before we drove it home -- it was pretty dirty -- our first stop in our car was the gas station and the next was the car wash -- and the next day I vacuumed it out! I would suggest that Iverson put a little more effort into customer service in those two areas if they want repeat customers. We did feel that the sales staff was helpful and friendly -- and that Iverson's prices are competitive with other dealerships in the area.

I drove past hundreds of auto dealers, 6 hours to give my loyalty to Huron. Purchased a vehicle with no finance. Didn't have my trade title with me, so unable to get new vehicle title. I immediately overnighted by title. Six phone calls and three weeks later: no return calls, no title. Car sits unregistered. Absolutely would never give them any business ever.

The lease on my Ford Edge was coming up and my husband has always wanted a Mustang! I talked to Dan Heidinger @ Huron Iversons and asked that he keep an eye out for us! A couple week s later he called to tell me they had a few coming in and set it up for us to come take a look! Dan had the 2 I was considering from the pictures sitting side by side with the tops down when we got there! It didn t take long to decide and Dan made the buying process amazingly simple! Best decision and we re loving our pretty lil Mustang!

The attitude of the sales representatives is terrible. The person that was helping us had an air of indifference the whole time and snarky remarks when we asked questions. His job is to make the customer have a good experience and try to make a sale he didn t do that whatsoever. If anything he has made us not want to go to any Iverson dealership anymore.

Website needs to be revamped. Does not advertise services such as detailing a vehicle. It would be nice to see what packages they have and the prices for each package. Website is just very old and not user friendly. A lot of dead ends when clicking on things stating nothing has been published yet . Very beautiful updated location for building and car lot, if only an updated, easily navigated website to go with it.

Very expensive, only get to make payments on cars if you have almost excellent credit, most of the time they deny a payment plan, they require a person to pay like $35,000 for a vehicle on the spot. But they have nice looking vehicles.

Charging my elderly father over $100 to diagnose a problem he can t afford to fix right now...take your vehicle elsewhere! I could have taken it to an auto parts store and had the code pulled for free! I personally won t ever do business with this organization given these shady practices.

5 months ago I bought a car here with 45,000 miles.At 50,000 miles car had severe communications failure.Shorted wire or computer is trashed.Ac wont work.I figured sense their website mentions pride in customer service for 70 years before during and after sale that they would be interested in being helpful.Dan the sales manager was very helpful and directed me to Billion in sioux falls.Take Dans advice and go to Billion in sioux falls.You will anyway.
