Knowledgeable and reliable! We live 600+ miles away and got stranded in Hot Springs when our 2016 Mazda CX5 hit a semis lost tire on the road. We brought her in on a Tuesday and they were able to have it fixed up by Friday evening! We were incredibly grateful to have these guys work on our vehicle. They came highly recommended by every local we spoke to, including the police department. Truly don't know what we would have done without them! Attached is a photo of their cute, calm, friendly doggo. (: Very helpful during a stressful time.

HILLS Edge Auto Sales were great host for the Hot Springs crusrisers car show to help raise money for Toys for tot's. Great event large turn out with nice weather. This was Totally awesome of Hills Edge.

While visiting my parents, I managed to get a nail stuck in the tire of my Audi SQ5! Hills Edge got me in the very next morning and did a quick removal and patch repair so I could make it back home to Colorado safe & sound. Super friendly & nice thank you so much, guys! I really appreciated it!

Left us stranded & didn't complete the repair. Never told us they were closing early on Friday & were closed on Monday. We were 1,500 miles from home & had our motorhome in their parking lot on Monday. Had to order part on Monday that showed up Wednesday morning. They didn't work on our motorhome on Thursday due to rain. They worked Friday until 2:15 then said he had to leave. The owner never told us he was closed Monday, one of his employees did. We had to call a mobile mechanic to complete the job which would have taken the owner of Hills Edge an hour to complete. Then the owner of Hills Edge called us on the way home to threaten calling the police for leaving without paying. This was after we asked the employee on Friday how to pay the bill. We told the owner before he left we had an emergency & needed to get home. His answer was "do what you have to do". Would not recommend them at all. This was a $5,000 repair bill that the owner walked out on. We did pay the bill but his service was way below standards. Don't know how they will stay in business.9/1/23Nice to see you actually replied to the review 3 months later. We weren't complaining about the parts delivery time. The complaint was that you left us stranded. This was not a holiday weekend & there was nothing posted on your shop about being closed. Anyone with common sense knows when an air compresdet goes out when you have air brakes. You replaced the compresser then after 30 minutes of reving the motor trying to build air you just said you had to leave. We did ask about bypassing the dryer but you said no. The mobile mechanic was the one who diagnosed the problem. The governor has to be replaced anytime the compresser goes out. And we did bypass the dryer to get home & did have front & back brakes working. Congrats on tech of the year. Glad we don't have to use you again. And we did not steal your service. We tried to find out how to pay but you were gone

The guy that changed my oil was so nice. While preforming my routine oil change he cleaned my windows and dusted my dash and doors, he even vacuumed my car out. Great place to get your services done. They also recommended I get my headlight re-clear coated because of the haziness and wow! A hundred times better!!!

We were in a world class pinch. 1000 miles from home on vacation, knowing no-one, and looking for a mechanic who would be able to help us and also wouldn't screw us. We asked around in town and everyone told us to go there. The owner was great. He took time out of an obviously busy shop schedule to help us. He almost exclusively works on domestic cars and trucks, and he had to research my classic 2001 BMW M3, but he figured out the issue and helped us get on our way. For just a few dollars too. I am very grateful. I'd recommend him to anyone, I also noticed that the city uses him for police car repair etc. He's trusted because he's earned it!

As a full-time rver traveling through the area, we had a cracked spark plugs in our truck. We went to mechanic in Hot Springs 1st but he was too busy to look so he sent us to Hills Edge up the road. The owner took the time to diagnose, go get a spark plugs and make the repair. He only charged $31!! This was totally unbelievable price. Thank you very much.

Nice bunch of guys, fair prices and good work. Got some batteries for my truck here and had them install them, they even checked my charging system after the install to make sure everything was good to go!

I was so pleased when I got in my car after the oil was changed. Windows inside and out had been washed, the interior had been vacuumed. I am happy to recommend Hills Edge - good service by good people!
