These guys are the best that I have had in many years. I took my truck in for transmission problems or so I thought and it turned out my transmission was fine. They could have charged me and made issues to get money but instead of that we used what I had for the transmission money-wise and put it into my front end getting parts replaced. What other mechanic would not try to gouge you and tell you that you don't need services. Furthermore, I told them to go ahead and change the transmission filter and they told me it did not need it, I had them do it anyway and I paid. But again what other place would be up front and honest about what is needed with your vehicle..

Diamond Automotive is great. I took my car there and they handled everything, even the horrible insurance company they kept me aware of everything! Hot Springs is a small town but Diamond Automotive is HUGE in caring about their customers no matter what! I'm a forever customer

Today my engine shield came loose and started dragging on the road. Went over to Diamond Automotive and my car was brought into the garage within a few minutes. It was fixed while I waited! Plus they charged a very reasonable fee. Out of there in 30 minutes.

Overall extremely satisfied with their customer service and positive vibe!! My friends and I were on our way home from our camping trip and we had just replaced the front right tires with the spare, because the tires formed a huge bubble. As we were going to drive 5 hour back home, the front left tires formed a bubble. It was a Saturday and not to mention it was the 4th of July weekend, so all the auto shops near us were closed. I went though all the process of calling insurance to find out roadside assistance was not covered, and stressed out about the cost of sending a tow to my location. But thank God we were able to find Diamond Automotive!! One of the gentlemen there said they specifically opened on Saturday to help tourist, and I am so glad! All the staff were friendly and competent and I was able to get good used tires to get home safely.Service: Tires

My car broke down while moving from OR to WI in SD. Luckily, I was able to pull over into the nearest town and made it to diamond automotive. My husband and I feel so lucky we made it to this business! Marty and his team were able to run an engine diagnostic, and it turns out my Kia needed a whole new engine. They called Kia for us, and thankfully it was going to be covered under warranty. We had trouble finding a way to tow the Kia back to WI, but Marty was so awesome, he regularly checked on us, and even made some calls for us and helped us secure a uhaul and a car transport in order to bring it back to WI. When we got the truck, they even helped us load up the Kia on the transport to make a safe journey home. We can t thank them enough. Our dogs loved meeting everyone at this business, too. We were traveling through Hot Springs and found a cracked leaf spring hanger on our travel trailer. The guys at Diamond Automotive got us in right away. They did an excellent job on the repair and even took the time to weld in braces. The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

I went to another shop in town and they were pretty rude and told me they wouldn t be able to get me in for about a week. I called Marty and he got me in first thing the next morning. Extremely helpful and very respectful. Marty and Doug got to work on my oil change and had me out in about 30 minutes. Very friendly staff. Good vibes and nice conversation with Marty while I waited. 10/10 would recommend to anyone local or out of town that needs good work done fast.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery, Oil change

We were traveling back home with our camper and our breaks went out. We called around with no luck until we called here, let me tell amazing people. They got us in ordered the parts charged us very reasonably and got us in as soon as they were in. On top of it all delivered us our truck to the campground.

I had a serious problem with my diesel engine and I can not say enough about Marty and the shop. They seriously went above and beyond on the quality of work and how l was treated. They even worked Saturday to get it done! I trusted them and it was the right call!

I ran over a nail on my way through Hot Springs and called Diamond Automotive to see if they could fix my tire with no notice. I was in and out under an hour! The staff was friendly and the service was fantastic! I highly recommend Diamond Automotive!

Shout out to Marty and Doug and the rest of the staff . We were over 7 hours from home and Our work truck had its water pump go out . They had it back on the road after working late on it in two days . Saved our trip ! I would recommend them if you ever have problems . If I ever need work done in a pinch in or around hot springs this is where I am going . Thanks again !

We had tire problems on our way back from a trip and we were fortunate enough to find Diamond Automotive. They were the only shop open on a Saturday in the area and everyone was very kind and competent with the service. We were in-and-out in less than 30 minutes. My right rear passenger window quit working. (It would not roll up.) I was afraid of having a several hundred dollar bill, but since I never use that window anyway, Marty locked it in the up position for far less money than replacing the motor. You ROCK buddy, and you saved the day! I would recommend Diamond Automotive to anybody and everybody. As far as I am concerned, they are the most reliable auto shop in the southern Black Hills.Service: Auto side window replacement

I'm a full-time RVer and I had a dead battery at Cottonwood Campground near Hot Springs. Diamond Automotive's Marty and son, Martin got me the battery I needed, came to the campground and installed it for a fair and reasonable price! They were great to work with and I plan on stopping by their shop when I leave here for an oil change on my Class C RV. THANKS GUYS!
