I had been with Bank of America for over forty years even back when they were called Nations Bank before they changed their name I could not just hop in a car and go there as their closest office was more than 250 miles away. So the next best thing was to just change locally. Jane Reynolds, Personal Financial Associate (Hot Springs) spent over an hour with me and made that dream become a reality! ~M. T. Limoges

I have been a member for years and I have been a loyal customer. I have had several loans in the past and have paid them back on time or early. I went to get a loan for a vehicle and was treated as if I had no history with them and I am whatever they see on a computer and not worthy to them. I was a loyal customer though I am no longer going to do business with them and can't wait to close my accounts and do my banking elsewhere.

A special shout-out to a lady named Lee, she helped me so much with my account problems in a calm way. She reached out to me to let me know all processes and overall and was a very mature and sweet lady!!! Definitely enjoyed her help!!
