Victor dropped what his shop was doing to provide immediate attention. The price for fluids was high and probably overage accounted for. However the immediate attention was so appreciated I didn't bring up any complaints with paying what was asked. I would 100% go to his shop again in the future. Thank you Victor!

The guy was extraordinary. After 3 days of storm he was THE FIRST who actually just agreed to go on the field and try to fix our semi truck. Traveled 70 miles, came at promised time, did he's job in 45min and CHARGED LESS than he actually said. Enough for me to spend time here and share experience, thanks a lot!

Called Victor on a Saturday for our truck that was broke down, needing to keep trucking for a Monday morning delivery in Oregon. Told him what I thought was going on he had us send the driver to him and worked on it ASAP. Fixed the problem and was very responsible priced. Blessed there are still good honest people in this world yet!! Highly recommend and appreciative of him.Service: Exhaust

Viktor came to check my truck Saturday night, he confirmed my water pump was shot.Of course being Saturday evening there was no way to get parts, but he tried. First thing Monday morning he showed up with the water pump and had me rolling in a few hours. Very professional and very reasonably priced. He will be the one to call if I ever need help again in Soiux Falls.

I have a 9 car hauler truck/trailer which is difficult to work on at best due to equipment type but not for Dakota Specialized team, they ve got what it takes when it comes to problem solving! Called them on break down twice this year and completely satisfied each time! Very upfront no bs, tech Victor actually fixes the problem not wastes time and money, got me back on the road quick! Work performed engine/exhaust, recommend for quick response and quality work, Great Job! 5 Stars!!!!Services: Exhaust, Brakes

We unfortunately had a wheel bearing go bad in our 30 ft travel trailer on a Saturday morning. Called a bunch of so called RV roadside assistance companies and got nowhere. Called Dakota Specialized and they came right out even though they don t typically work on RVs. Wonderful service, professional and friendly. 10/10 would recommend to my friends.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Had an airbag on my trailer go bad, these guys came out and got me fixed up quick. Good response time and a friendly mechanic, couldn't ask for better service. Will definitely use them again!

The mechanic that came to help us was very polite but the truck is still cutting off and not starting again without help. We had to cancel our month long trip that we had planned for a year and 15 camp ground reservations in the north west to head back home to NC. That wwas very disappointing.

Absolutely poor behavior as an advertised "7 day 24 hour" mechanic. Left me stranded waiting for a call back for an entire day. The guy answered said he would take care of me after noon. Ignored calls and texts all day. Absolutely disheartening to say people would do that to others when they are trying to get home to family.

Viktor and his brothers are some seriously nice and more importantly great mechanics, me and my father needed to change our exhaust manifold and turbo, viktor instantly started looking for options, he found us some quality parts for a cheaper price and he did it all in a very timely fashion, 100/100 cant recommed enough, thanks Viktor.
