Inexpensive, efficient, no gimmicks. AC had locked up and was destroying the belt. They just put on a belt that doesn't run the AC anymore and didn't try to convince me to repair the AC for $1400. Saved $1300.

Very friendly and terrific service! My car was stolen and they helped me get it back on the road after the police recovered it. I couldn't believe how affordable a transmission and struts are at Nordstroms!!

Brought my car in to have the motor mounts inspected. The service manager, not Russ, wasn't very friendly to my son and I. Kept telling us over and over, unless it is making a noise, there's nothing we can do. I even explained the vehicle was salvage title and that the motor mounts may have been damaged in the light collision as it would make a sound only going into reverse (transmission mount). My 12 year old son, who is a huge fan of the radio show was really bummed. We only wanted our car serviced there because of Russ (my son really likes Russ on the radio and this was a chance to meet a "celebrity" to him.) I can't say I had a bad experience, just wish the guy at the counter was more patient with us.

They were able to find a transmission for my old Buick quickly at a very affordable price! They also handled the install!

So I was shopping around for a week for a decent mechanic who could bring my truck up to snuff since the last owner had neglected it a bit. Radiator ended up taking a dump among other things. The shops I called wanted to charge me, just for a radiator and alternator replacement, almost a thousand dollars. Nordstroms (Russ specifically) replaced my alternator, radiator, water pump, 5 different hoses, fixed the odometer, installed new wiper blades AND gave me an oil change for under a grand. What's more, it was top-notch work. My 1990 dodge Dakota runs almost like a champ. I'll be bringing her back for more. I could look under the hood and tell exactly what had been done without even looking at the list. On top of all that, the customer service was great. Russ kept in touch the whole way and told me exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I could tell he wasn't in it to nickle and dime me and they were all patient with my questions. If you need to take your vehicle in, this is the place to go. Thanks, guys!

These guys are the best. there have been several times that they have found something just before I took off on a trip that could have left me by the side of the road or worse. They have always been friendly, courteous and knowledgeable whether it was an oil change or finding leaky intake gaskets. I recommend them very highly.

I recently bought a car from someone that had a transmission put in there with a two-year warranty well the trans went out and I went there to get it replaced under the two-year warranty and I had all sorts of problems with it leaking and blowing Trin s fluid all over the back of my car. I then after they installed the transmission took it to billion to find out that I had a bunch of transmission leaks and the seals weren t properly put in and the dipstick tube was leaking. But I came back to them and they made sure that they stood behind what they said and made sure I have zero leaks!

Gave 3 stars mostly due to customer service being polite, prompt and professional. But other than that I was not to impressed, I went to drop off a set of wheels and tires for a dismount, mount and balance and was told they can't do it because tires are low profile (they are not low profile)

This is the coolest auto repair facility I have ever seen. I bring my vehicle to them and they take me over to the Garretson golf course. I golf and they fix my vehicle right.Of course, if you prefer a dealer and their free cookies and being told there are 20 more things wrong with your car, then go for it.

My 2000 Buick Lesabre was in dire need of a new heater core, new intake gaskets, new valve cover caskets and a radiator. Nordstrom's went above and beyond in getting my vehicle back on the road. I had an additional issue arise, related to a different system on the car and they fixed if for me over my lunch break. The Staff is extremely professional and I can honestly say they have earned my business in the future.

Russ said they did not work on and didn't offer any solutions or recommendations to address the brake problem on my Buick Reatta.

This shop is wonderful! They are knowledgeable, fast, honest and fair. They let you know what will need to fixed in the future and give you the timeline of when you will need it done. They are willing to share their expertise and willingly do. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the surrounding area!

These guys are fantastic I love the fact that they don t fix things by process of eliminationThey diagnose what is wrong they fix it and they warrantee their work I always say that I wish they were closer to Sioux Falls but then they would be too busy to get me in. once you use this shopb you will stop looking around for others thank you guys Bruce
