After awhile of searching for Running Boards for my truck with no luck finding any locally. I found a nice set here and purchased them. Great experience and friendly staff. They shipped them to me in Wisconsin and the shipping was fast! They even included the mounting hardware which seems rare for salvage yards to do. Highly recommend!

I used the text message option to try to find rims for my 2021 Redline Traverse. Within minutes I had a response of what was available and a very short time later, I had pictures sent to my phone. I got tires as a bonus. Closed the deal and picked them up 3 days later. They were perfect and a great deal! A simple and easy process!

I m here by acknowledging your company an excellent job on your business. Since I was connected with you guys, all my parts have been getting to me in very good shape. The other thing I would like to add is bad communication.. I appreciate your communication and your kindness. Dustin was absolutely amazing. Originally I purchased a differential but it wasn't going to be available for a couple weeks. He did some voodoo magic and found me a newer differential from a different provider for only a fraction of the cost. He was very helpful and understanding and was able to get me my part so I could get on the road and back to work fast.gice this man a raise!

Picked up a part for my son today. Seamless. Inviting appearance. Clean, including bathrooms and the very nice kids play room. A great place in the country and best of all....the PTLA (and what it stands for!)

I talked to Ryan at 4:45pm on Friday. He stayed late to get me the part pulled, making sure i didnt have to wait til monday. He could've easily made me wait. I appreciate that Ryan! Quality employees are a rarity these days!!!

These guys are awesome!!!!!I was coming from North Dakota and running a few hours late which meant I would get there after they close.I gave them a call at 4:00 p.m. on a Friday before a holiday weekend because the other place in Grand forks North Dakota did not have what I was looking for even though they said they would.They were super helpful and friendly and willing to pull something at the last minute and stick it in the after hours for me.They made it super easy and sent me a payment link via text for the parts I needed. Paid it with Google pay. And that was off the phone with them in like 5 minutes.Everyone else I talked to enroute to Sioux Falls South Dakota said they would not be able to get any parts for me pulled until Tuesday which sucks because I was making a quick trip there and back.If you're looking for parts for your vehicle, these guys are the real deal. Definitely worth going out of your way to visit them.

Love visiting Nordstrom's, always a terrific experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff; but after my last phone call, I LOVE THEM MORE!When I called, I got my question answered immediately, got the price on the part (custom order), and they even texted me a link to Click-to-Order for my payment info!Thanks guys!

Our dvd player in our Honda Odyssey was no longer reading discs. So I went shopping online but eBay wanted a pretty steep amount for a replacement part. I shopped locally and then was referred to Nordstrom s Auto. The person I talked to was friendly and answered all my questions just to make sure the part would fit my van. The part was half the price of eBay and the shipping was only $15 or $20 dollars to my door. I got my part today. It was packed in a box full of air filled bags to protect it during shipping. The part came with a tag, that had the vin of the vehicle it came from. I used that info to get the radio code. Installed it today and works perfectly. Thanks Nordstrom. I ll be shopping with you guys more!
